They were OK until the past couple of months. Now, whenever I call them, I can't get a representative; I only get voicemail. They were supposed to deduct my monthly payment from my bank account last week, but they didn't do it, and I had no way of knowing until I checked my balance a week later. I had no way of knowing that there was a problem because they didn't notify me immediately. I tried to contact them after I got home from work, but all I got was voicemail. They need more convenient hours. How are working people supposed to contact them?
