I m so glad I joined these team of experts. They are always keeping me updated.
Excellent treated, very friendly staff, highly trained and understandable in the situation you spend, immediate response to your questions, I am satisfied with this company company, if I recommend it 100%
This company is nothing but a scam after a representative took my personal information then he tells me they don't offer services in my state, although my state of residence was asked at the beginning of the conversation so why he couldn't be honest with me from the get go and kept me on the phone for an hour and half..
They have been incredibly supportive and helpful through this process. They have worked with us in the midst of yet more hardships, during our time frame of being under contract with National Debt Relief. They are professional, courteous, and caring. Extremely pleased and have been under contract for almost two years.
Very fast and easy way for us to get out of debt, best solution
The process is simple. The monthly withdrawal amount is reasonable and the staff is very professional and courteous. I hate I waited so long to start the process.
NDR is working hard to resolve my debt issues, however make sure you read carefully the details in the contract and fully understand them.
Besides charging you ridiculous amounts to settle accounts when you can call the credit companies and settle for no fee. Was charged over $600 for a account that was never settled, cancelled the service and was still charged for fees. Was enrolled for over a year they settled two accounts, wouldn't call it settle because with their fees it was what I could have paid the creditor in full. Since calling the credit companies I was able to settle 3 within 1 month. This company is full of crap
Worse thing I ever tried to get into and then when they told me they gonna send me a email with all there information never got it
I am slowly being relieved from the burden of having to think always about my credit which I really could not pay.
I thank the National Debt Relief for this program of helping people in the situation. It's so relieving also to think that I will be cleared from my debt legally soon without stressing myself so much on how to pay on my own.
This company works with you AND more importantly, FOR YOU! When my mom passed away due to Thyroid cancer, her bills became my bills. I wasn't sure what to do or who to turn to.
I'm a teacher, living paycheck to paycheck and I was feeling overwhelmed, however, National Debt Relief was an answer to my prayers!
Thank you for unloading such a heavy burden!
Thankful that I chose NDR to help me with my debt. Their customer service is excellent, and every time we talk on the phone, they make sure everything is up to date. I look forward to being debt free!
So far So great, they have resolved one of my debts, 3 more to go. No complaints so far, reduced my $5,570 card to $1900, yes that's not a typo, saved me $3,600. What's not to like?
Definitely not worth enrolling...they say they going to save you $$$ and in reality they really don't. Let's say they save you 30% with a creditor you're really only saving 5% if that because 1 they charge you 25% of the original bill and you have to pay $10 per check....you are better off negotiating for yourself. I'm unrolling out of the program... DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY SCAM YOU!!! If you are in a heap of debt file bankruptcy way cheaper and your credit is clear after a few years with this your credit gets worse and its no garuntee of savings
So glad they are able to get some of our debt taken care of .
Very professional and friendly staff. Always willing to answer questions or help assist you in every way.
It makes me feel such relief that I'm getting my bills paid in a way that I can afford. It's such a big block off my shoulder thank the lord for this program
There doing what they said very professional answered all my questions and much faster than expected National Debt Relief Helps one in need
The online experience was great, BUT when I got a phone call from a local office, the rep told me I cannot receive help because the minimum debt they have programs for is $2500. Now why couldn't that be specified on the website, so I could've just went somewhere else ?
I have only been with NDR for a few month but the service has been amazing. They have gotten amazing results for me.
Amazing group of people!! Great customer service and friendly professionalism.
They have been awesome to work with. They take the stress away of dealing with debt.
So far so good for resolving some of my debts, but the months waiting for debts to resolve the more late fees that add on to the debt and increase the balance.
The consultant that helped me was very informative and walked me through everything step by step. It alleviated a lot of the fear and the stress behind the situation.
The person that i tried to get answers from was no help what so ever. Not good at all i am still mad about it wan't to know process. ???????????????? She was no help what so ever. half of a star??????????
I did a lot of research on these companies because I needed help. I wasn t out buying jewelry an expensive cars, I was just making ends meet. I got out-of-control using credit and I realized even if I made minimum payments it wasn t contributing to paying off what I was using. All of these companies need to make some money to stay in business and do what they do, so I m not going to rate that. What I m going to do is rate customer service and transparency . OK now, don t call them on weekends. But if you call them on weekdays you will get very personal service. They will stay on the phone with you till you understand . And if you get into a jam while in your program they work around it. Just be honest. I m human and I need what they offered.
I did this to remove debt. I paid my bills but I was not decreasing my debt
I decided that I need to be more aggressive
In getting the debt down. The process seemed easy to setup
They have a lot of fees that they don't tell you about. 2nd day delivers and client fees that are not explained and there is a monthly service charge. And you can only see 90 days of your statements which makes it hard to track your progress and how they manage the funds. And you will not have all your debt paid in 48 months. But if you have to do this they work. And they do not send you a paper copy of the debt that is done so you have proof.
NDR is helping me get out of debt that I thought not too long ago was impossible! Having an addictive personality I racked up my credit cards too the max in just several years! After realizing what I had done I felt hopeless, scared, and depressed for a long time losing a lot of sleep too! One day I was online and saw NDR's add an hesitantly filled out their info on it and quickly got a reply back from a very friendly associate. They helped me figure out how much I would have to save a month to make payments toward my debts and estimate how long it would take to get rid of it all. Its been a little over a year an NDR has resolved almost half my debts! I wouldn't know where I'd be without them. Thank you NDR for being a lifesaver!
The representatives were very helpful and helped me get the best possible rates to settle my debts
I was incredibly skeptical at first, the entire program just seem too good to be true. The program is extremely flexible and will work with you to get things done. In the end, I could not be happier with their service. It s saved me so much time and hassle and stress. I was able to sleep at night, and I m now debt-free. Thank you so much. What a lifesaver.
Excellent
I m so happy that they have program to help get back where you were before
This company has helped me in more ways than one. It s been a secure and trustworthy place to fix my debt, their upfront transparent customer service is more than just a 9-5 - they want to know, like really know, your life struggles financially so they can maximize ways to help your pockets and stay afloat concurrent to paying off creditors.
I d recommend this debt relief program to anyone that really is needing financial repair to take place in their life. Granted, one has to not care about allowing their creditors to scare them by the endless phone calls about missed payments (at first) and watch their credit score drop tremendously; All in all, I ve saved over $6k working with Nationals Debt Relief and I m certain once you talk to an agent, you ll find how this company can help you as well!
It has been at least 7 months of being enrolled in this program. At this point I am satisfied and truly grateful for being accepted into the program. It has truly been a blessing.Everyone that I've spoken to have been so friendly, helpful and understanding. They have made some great settlement proposals some that I have been able to approve and some that I have had to decline. At this point everything has been legit from what I have been told from day one. They email and call when a new proposal comes up and your able to login to your online portal and see everything that is going on.Your credit does get affected and drops alot that's been really hard to see but I was warned that it would happen but that I could always rebuild it over time.At this point I highly recommend national debt relief.I hope I still feel the same way all the way through or I'll make sure to write another review.
I didn't dream of what happened.my money was about .$2,200,I was told to pay $824.Thank you National Debt Relief.
My 1st account to be settled with National Debt Relief and it was settled for less than half of what I owed. Awesome! Can't wait to see what they'll do with the other 4 accounts.
I'm currently working with them and every time I get a notification of a debt settlement, I can feel the weight being lifted little by little. Very pleased so far!
I have only been with national debt relief for four months and already one of my accounts have been taken care of. So far so good very happy.
I had many questions regarding the program, and the representative answered all of them putting me well informed in a way that I could comprehend to.
I applied today, and was approved. Later on, I was told I would have to let the debt relief make me go at least 3 months behind on my payments F that 1!! I cancelled it !!!! What a rip off company.Sounded too good to be true and it was!! Don't fall for it!!!!
I just finished paying my first creditor off with National Debt Relief. I was happy with getting the debt paid at about half the price. I was surprised when more funds were being taken from my account afterwards. I found out that along with the monthly fees (nominal fees, not much) there is an additional 21% (of the original debt) processing fee collected by National Debt Relief for each debt they settle.
In other words, if they were to settle a $1000 original debt for $500, you will pay the $500 + $210 (to NDR)= $710 + other monthly fees. Yes you save 30% off your original debt, which is good. But not the 50% they boast about.
I am still sticking with the program but I am disappointed.
Love working with this company. Customer service is excellent and they are efficient in what they promise!
I was in a world that was collapsing in on me and I contacted National Debt Relief. They gave me the freedom to get back on my feet. My debts are getting settled and I am able to take on higher paying jobs with my new freedom. I see my debt completely disappearing in the near future.
Company is okay, very much like any settlement company out there these days, but they pay for most of their accreditation such as that A+ BBB rating to attract customers since they appear to be #1. Also, from what I understand, they take advantage of their employees. This company is the example of an old candy apple. Looks great on the outside, but rotten inside.
Very pleased with our experience. Great customer service as well!
I feel satisfied and blessed to have found you as a company to alleviate my economic problems
You have kept me informed at all times of the financial situations of my statement of accounts with the creditors
Thanks once again
Best company in restoring your credit. Thank god for National Debt Relief
This was one of the worst dissensions of my life. Even when i attempted to pay creditors off threw them they wanted me to continue to pay monthly not one lump some. They never delivered on there promise they just made my life even worse. I would not wise them on my worst enemy.
Thanks a lot National Dept Relief!!!!!
Everyone is very helpful & I am very satisfied
with the staff I have spoken to. I will highly recommend your company to my friends.
I called NDR last week inquiring on their services but was swiftly dismissed after providing my zip code. NDR referred me to a similar company "in my area", named CESI, which is located in NORTH Carolina instead of South Carolina. After More
National Debt Relief really does everything they say they will! They took so much of my stress away by dealing with my creditors and settling my accounts! Every single staff member I spoke with was friendly and professional every single time. They truly helped me get my life back on track. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you NDR!
Getting results so far. Let's see how much of a cut they take when my debts are resolved. Attentive and communicative customer service agents that sound like they're actually American.
They helped me out so much with my debt that I'm incredibly grateful. I was so stressed out with my debt that I didn't know what else to do. Luckily, from a friend, I called National Debt Relief and they helped me out. If it wasn't for them, idk where I would be right now. Thankfully, most of my debt is taken care of and I can breathe a little easier.
I've been with National Debt Relief for a year and a half. Yes they have good customer service but there are much better ways to manage your debt. They instructed me to stop paying all of my payments of the accounts I had enrolled which made the accounts severely delinquent and turned into charge off accounts. Thing is no matter if you settle the debt or not, the charge off will remain there and has a HUGE impact on your credit score. So settling your debt this way is pretty worthless. Now that I'm in a much better financial situation with my income I'm having trouble getting credit to buy a car or a home because my credit score is so low due to these charge offs. I recommend a credit counsellor as opposed to any "debt settlement" company. They made money off of me and I'm worse off than I was before I started with them. BIG MISTAKE!
Great customer service! Since I have been in the program they have made it easy and stress free as I move closer to becoming debt free.
Good Customer Service and works hard to get u back on track with ur Credit i have no Complaints Thank U
Some of the reps are amazing. However, I did not enjoy my time with this company. I was paying more in fees than to my debt. I figured out a little to late what this was about. I could have paid my cards off faster than going this route. Never again.
Since 2015 I put myself into major credit card debt due to careless spending on my credit cards. By early 2016, I realized that I was in trouble with credit card debt to the point where I was unable to sleep. I originally stuck to making the minimum monthly payments to my three creditors (Barclays Visa, Discover and American Express) since I did not make enough money at my job during that time period to pay more on my minimum monthly payments. I first looked into debt mediation with NDR and two other similar companies in April 2016. I was very weary about trying these services because I did not know anyone personally who has gone through this or who has at least openly talked about their experiences with debt mediation. Another reason is because I was paying attention to the bad reviews from these companies as opposed to paying attention to the good reviews. Despite the bad reviews, NDR in 2016 had more good reviews than their competitors and they are a member of the Better Business Bureau which was important for me. I called NDR and two of their competitors and all three offered the same scenario as to how they can assist me.
By the summer of 2017, I realized that making the minimum monthly payments was not going to work nor was it productive due to the high interest from the creditors. I was already about $20.000.00 plus in debt and I did not want to spend twenty plus years paying off my debt. I called NDR again for help and without repeating everything above, they offered me a possible settlement of about $400.00 a month for about 3-4 years to pay off. In April 2016, NDR offered me about $200.00 a month settlement for about 2-3 years to pay off. So I knew I made a mistake and I should have started in April 2016 when I realized I was in debt. I accepted NDR's offer and they gave me instructions on updating my home address/phone number with Amex and Barclays to NDR's Manhattan address/phone number. They told me not to contact Discover because NDR does not have a good working relationship with them and that once again, they cannot guarantee that Discover will cooperate as Discover does so on a case by case basis. NDR gave me a few forms to sign which included the Power of Attorney in case I get sued by the creditors and they instructed me to cease paying the creditors. NDR also has a very nice website where we can upload any collection letters from the creditors on their website so they can handle the matter.
From there onward, it was not entirely smooth sailing with the payments because there were times that I was unable to make my NDR payments. NDR was very fair and if I missed a payment, they would allow me to make it up at least within the next three months at no additional cost. The reason for the monthly deadline is because if too much time goes by where I do not make up any missed payments, NDR stated that the creditor can make the claim that I am violating the terms of the signed settlement agreement and that the creditor can exit the NDR program so they can pursue me outside of NDR. Another problem was that when NDR instructed me not to pay the creditors anymore, I started getting collection agency letters and phone calls. According to NDR, they cannot contact the creditors right away (despite them telling me they would do so once I start the program) because I need to have some money in my NDR account so they can show the creditors that if they want their money, they have to go through NDR as opposed to going directly through me. So this is why I cannot give NDR five stars because I think they should contact the creditors immediately once people start their program. This was very nerve racking for me to get the phone calls and non stop collection letters not just to my home but also to my job despite me changing my address/phone numbers with Amex and Barclays.
In the end, I paid off my debt by March 2020 and I received letters from all three creditors that my debt has been paid off for less. My credit score has also improved a little I do thank NDR for their help.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is like a modern day mafia. They make so much money off your debt it's insane. They make unrealistic promises of when you would graduate as they call it and when you reach that point, you are nowhere near the end point. Then, they eventually sell your debt off to another company that gives you a loan and finally a guaranteed end date. My 3 year program will finally be over in year 6. I cannot Express enough, look into other options such as trying to settle your debt yourself. You really do not save any money by using this company because they profit off your struggle in such a way that you end up paying more to settle debts.
Hey thanks T Hill for all of the help. I really appreciate it.
I was nervous at first, but after finally getting my first settlement agreement (after 6 months), I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can't wait to be debt free.
At first I was hesitant to try NDR but I gave them a chance since I had so much credit card debt with little way out. I was pleasantly surprised as my experience with NDR has been nothing but positive. I am now on track to be debt free in 24 months thanks to the team at NDR!
We have been very pleased with the service from NDR. It is good being able to get our debts reduced and out from under a difficult time. Thank you so much.
They were the best people to get you help I've ever dealt with.
National debt relief saved me thousands of dollars and gave me a manageable payments that I was able to afford and help get back on track towards Financial Peace.
Honestly, I don't think I could have gotten out of debt without taking out a loan, if it weren't for National Debt Relief. I am SO incredibly thankful for this company and all of their hard work. Whenever I called in, they were friendly, helpful, and were able to answer any question I had. They always knew potential problems (ie taxes) and what I could do to fix them.
One thing to think about. Because of where I was and who I had helping me, I was able to go credit card free fairly easily. Be prepared to not use any credit cards while you are on this program.
Love this company! They are helping me to raise my credit, although at the beginning I resived a lot of annoying creditors calls, then they stopped, my debts do not rise anymore and my credit is going back up. Plus, they have an amazing costumer service!
Two down. Three to go. National Debt Relief has resolved two of my 5 credit cards in the last few months. Every time I get a call or e-mail from them it's such a huge sigh of relief. They work hard to make sure you get a fair and affordable settlement. This is a perfect solution for those people who don't want to file for bankruptcy. Best of all, no more calls from creditors. They handle all creditor inquiries. It's a very simple process and they walk you through every step. So far, it's the best financial move I've made.
National Debt Relief already settled 2 of my 3 accounts. I cant believe what they did. I as so happy with them that I would recommend them to everyone. I researched about 6 of these types of services before I signed on and felt National Debt Relief was the one to go with. So happy I did. I recommend you only use this service when there is no possible way to pay your debts. I had a very bad situation where I had no choice. Always do your BEST to pay your bills. Thank you for helping me National Debt Relief.
National Debt Relief made it possible to have ONE scheduled payment and month and to be able to settle my debt in under 3 years! They have been great with communication and in under a year they came to a settlement with the largest debt provider I had! It was settled for $6000 less then what I owed! This has been the best option for my situation of losing my job and falling on some very difficult times.
Fast, organized, and all around professional service.
prettyyyy tight; slowly but surely getting out of debt. they have settled 2 of the 4 accounts i submitted. almost at half my debt costs.
They'll trick you into there program with all the comfy words while you're in financial distress give you veil promises and you'll end up saving nothing. be smart if you contact them don't get manipulated.
Writing this to you readers as a survivor from there scam, i went all in with there program and only after 9 months in i realised what they're up too.
WATCH OUT!!!
Fantastic group of people who actually work with the people. They are always true to what they say and get the job done!
Very professional, courteous and thorough. Also excellent about explaining everything up front, even the not so good parts, so there are no surprises. They've made me feel informed and prepared. I now feel like I have a plan in place and my future is brighter!
Have been having nothing but good experiences with NDR they have delt with my creditors in a timely manner and kept them off my back while arrangements were being made with each of them.
So far, I am quite pleased with National Debt Relief. They have settled
three of my accounts saving me thousands of dollars. Yeah!
So far my experiences have been nothing but positive. They communicate with me whenever necessary and are always available if I have a question. They appear to me to be doing exactly what they promised me which in today's business environment sometimes is hard to find. They are definitely helping me get my situation under control and have taken a mountain of stress out of my life.
Ben Bergman was very nice. In the beginning I was very nervous about doing this. He was reassuring and explained things slowly with written documents.
I think I needed this program.
Thank you very much.
Maribeth Jergens, PhD
This was an ok experience for me. Up until the operator/CSR hung up on me while I was talking to him. That's not good customer service and I wont be using national debt relief ever again. One and DONE.
Easy to work with all customer service polite and knowledgeable. This company saved me from a downward spiral of financial crisis
National debt relief helped me a great deal with my debt resolution.
Great customer service.
It's taken longer than I thought it would, but I'm glad things are being taken care of & I don't have to file bankruptcy.
They have always been very helpful when I call and have been very helpful when I have received legal summons. I just wish their legal team communicated with me better.
Don't do it, if you can afford it file bankruptcy instead!! They kept asking for more money I was already paying more then half my paycheck every 2 weeks , I was $29,000 in debt and they never even got to half my creditors , They're signature line "let me put you on hold 3-5 minutes while I check on this" , Then after I filed bankruptcy and opted out they were like that's to bad we could have helped you .
National Debit Relief has delivered the service they said they would with professional and caring staff. Thank you, NDR I can breathe again
I was debating giving a one star review, however, their call center people do their best to help. Their tagline of 50% is very misleading...the fees are significant and you end up paying 70% plus, while this is a great savings they aren't really anywhere near as good as they say they are. I also saw this from a previous review, but will repeat it...They only work with one creditor at a time, horribly inefficient and will beat the tar out of your credit. DO NOT, under any circumstances, try to use their online communications to get your questions answered. At best they will just tell you that you have to call, at worst, they won't answer you at all. I also completed a significant amount of my payments early, but miscalculated the total amount...This is going to result in them taking another FULL payment rather than the small amount remaining. They said you have to make the request a minimum of 5 business days in advance. I had tried to get this answer online last week, but they took a business day and a half to get back to me and tell me that I needed to call. I won't be getting that money back until after the program completes and they do their audit on the account. Customer service? I think that might be a bit generous.
I'm new to NDR but they are taking care of my problems like they promised. They keep me informed about everything.
