I bought a 2015 Impreza here and then had to have that car's transmission rebuilt two years later. No fault of the dealer, I just happened to pick a lemon. Both through the sales process and service they were impeccably professional. Pedro, in service, especially deserves a shout out because there were a couple interactions where I was less than cordial and he took it like a champ, and remained totally unfazed and helpful, willing to answer all my questions. Car prices are fair here, but service is VERY expensive. The people are excellent, but if you don't have a warranty you're going to be paying a pretty penny to have major repairs done. That being said, every six months i pay them 90 bucks, I get the tires rotated, oil and filter changed and they inspect my car top to bottom to make sure that it's in good running shape, so regular servicing is well worth it here.

The sales side of this location is very nice, understanding, helpful and respectful. I cannot say the same for the service department. After consistent problems with oil consumption over a 9 month period I took my car in to have it fixed multiple times. Every time I took my car in it was like they were seeing it for the first time even though it had only been serviced at Subaru dealerships and should have a service record. I drew the line when they told me they wanted to take out my engine block to reseal gaskets. This had already been done a couple months prior at a dealership in CO. When I spoke with the service department manager about why they could not fix my car, he was dismissive and had no intention of understanding me. Terrible customer service and management. I have not been back and have a great mechanic now!

If you are thinking of buying the new Ascent and you care about MPG I would consider another car. On a tank of gas my car gets around 16-17 mpg which includes about equal time around town and freeway driving. We took a road trip across the desert and only got 21 mpg. I brought it up when I went in to pick up my license plates but was told it just needed to break in. After our first road trip (around 4000 mile on my car) I called twice to speak with someone about it and both times was sent to a different managers voicemail and never received a call back. At that point I made an appointment to have diagnostics ran. They told me everything looked fine, that they hadn t had an complaints and that it was probably the winter gas mix. I was also told that I could check back at 5000 miles and make a report with Subaru.
I took my car in for an oil change around 6000 miles and spoke with the same gentleman. I asked if I was being unrealistic and this time I was told that the cars aren t getting the stated gas mileage and that it would be nice if my average was over 20 mpg. Yes, I totally agree!
I m extremely disappointed. I regret buying this car. Our family downsized in hopes of having a more fuel efficient car but instead we ended up with a smaller car with about the same mpg.

Had a lovely time at this dealership and I felt very taken care of from the time I walked in. I had great options to choose from and had a hard time deciding on what vehicle would be the best for me and I asked for Eric Lithgow's professional opinion and was not led astray. He didn't choose the most expensive one to get the sale but carefully considered what would be the best car for me and my finances. Which is super appreciated when I'm so new to all this for my second car purchase. Even the finance department was fantastic as again they took my situation into consideration and didn't try to sell me the most expensive option as it wouldn't be best for me. I feel the gap insurance and other choices we chose have me perfectly covered. Just a wondeful experience overall and I enjoyed chatting with everyone I met there.

Bought a car from them last week. Compared to other experiences at other dealers I have had, this was very pleasant - from the sales experience to the final paperwork. They even topped off the gas tank for me. Also, I had some service done today on another Subaru that we have. Changed out the CVT fluid and then had a recall taken care of. What a difference the dealer makes! They charged less than they quoted (actually paid about half what the other dealer wanted up North) and were much more pleasant to deal with and even washed my car. Oh, when I called in to find out the status of my service at one point, they didn't push me into a voicemail because my service advisor was too busy. The asked me to hold while they found out - and then let me know. Their shuttle service was on time and a pleasant vehicle to boot. I also noted that they have an oil change/tire rotation special - which the other dealer doesn't apparently have. Sure wish Nate Wade was closer to Layton where I live so I could do my routine maintenance with them!

Robb is a really funny and great salesman that never makes me feel forced into a sale, and he always gives you the best deal and breaks down your options very well. Our 2016 Subaru Outback was due for it's 90,000 mile service. I called around to area Subaru dealerships, as well as the independents, and found Nate Wade to be the most friendly, professional, and have the best "bang for buck" for the service being performed. I went in, they identified a recall issue, and not only fixed that, but performed the service on my car.
They don't have a cafe in the dealer like another area Subaru dealership--as waiting for 5 hours was a little rough; but there are food locations in the area within walking distance.
Kevin, my service advisor was friendly, professional and very thorough in in his explanation of all the work performed. I appreciate good customer service. Please keep up the great work!

This is my favorite Subaru service so far! The staff were super nice. Thier customer service is the best I've ever seen. There's always someone there who would get your door, make sure you've been help and answer your questions. They provide nice drinks, healthy popcorn, Mac desktops, and comfy sofa in the waiting area. I drove from Idaho to Utah and the tire pressure light was on for the entire time; I was so worried and had stopped twice at two gas stations to check my tire but it was fine. When I finally got to salt lake, I went straight to this place and explained my situation to them. They were so patient with me and checked my tire for me. Most important, they explained very well for my car's situation and analysed the possible problems and solved the problem! Highly recommend it to everyone.

Bought a new Ascent a week ago Monday. Took it in to get the Clear Top applied to my hood. That went well, though they are not as friendly and informative as Mark Miller Service in Southtowne. I drove out, low pressure light in the tire came on and turned around. They found a nail, plugged it and charged me $18 for it. I just put new tires from a tire dealer on my 2017 Outback in October and got a nail and it was repaired for free since that is offered with the purchase of the tires. Nate Wade Service could have done the same I feel. The light was on, I drove about 2 miles, light came on and that tire that was plugged as under inflated to only 30lbs should be 35 lbs. I went back and the service guy blew me off on topping off the tire. Had to go to Costco to get it properly inflated. Had a similar experience with Nate Wade Service with my 2017 Outback when we bought it. I'll go to Mark Miller in Southtowne for service, though I LOVE purchasing my Subaru's from Nate Wade, the service department is lacking.

I've never had to return to get a service item redone. You'll get your own service advisor who will get to know you. Simple services are on demand at the express Bay. I had not asked for this since i was running late on time but they decided to do it without my permission. I had also asked for my car not to be washed(they use a roller system which i don't like) but they washed it anyways. I purchase a 2015 Subaru Crosstek on March 14 2019 with mileage 67,565 from Nate Wade Subaru, My sales man was Nick Westover, whom I told I live in California. After arrival was introduced to Mr. Nicolas S Polus Business Manager, He was kind to sell me an extended warranty. Since I only spend the winter here the rest of the time, car was kept in a covered storage. 8, 2020 I had investigated getting a mountain bike, and looked under neath the car, as how to install a caring devise. To my surprise I saw a lot of rust on the muffler and other parts of the bottom of the car. I drove to Nate Wade Subaru and was given the run around. Had mileage of 75,264 Did get an estimate of repair part of the rust, on only of mfler which came to $ 3,404.98 ended up cancelling my extended warranty since it did not cover rust. I was charge $75.00 for cancellation. When I bought this to the attention of the salesman his comment was I do not tell anyone about the snow.

In terms of how often you should do it, every ten to twenty days is a good benchmark to follow. Also, you should wash your car after snowfalls, rainfalls, and whenever the temperature goes above 0-degrees during winter.

Terrible Service department. I spent 30k on a car at NW and they kept it for three days to certify it for the warranty. I then drive the car for about a month, and a valve in the power steering breaks, magically, I was told it must if happened after the inspection which is a classic mechanic lie. So he kept my car from Friday-Thursday. I call Thursday for an update and was told it was being worked on and I could leave a message for the technician and he would call me when he s finished. 4 hours later and no call so I show up at NW, only to be told they ordered the wrong part so they had to reorder the correct part and now I have to wait until Monday, probably later knowing this place. I also just got to pay my first car payment on a car I can t even drive. Extremely disappointed in NW Subaru and the Subaru brand as a whole, I would trade my car in if I could and switch to a Honda or something that performs better. Would give 0 stars if it was an option!

I can't count the number of times that they've given me above-grade service for either exactly what I expected to pay or even slightly less. They always call to approve any additional expenses if they see things that need to be replaced, and the one time that they had an inventory issue and were not able to fix the part within the same business day, they provided me with a loaner car and had mine completed first thing the following morning.

Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle yet from Nate Wade, I have to say they are fantastic. I only came to look at what vehicles they had in their used car inventory, but was able to test drive a car I seriously considered buying. They allow you to take the car out and about without having a sales person with you. They are very friendly and professional. I loved how low pressure they are with all potential clients. They actually care about people and to help you, rather than the sale. Unlike other car dealerships, they do no bombard me with calls/texts. I get the occasional email and text, but not to the point that I want to block the number. I hope to do business with them very soon. Nate Wade Subaru has been awesome to my wife and I. They have serviced my Crosstrek with never an issue. Easy process and good workmanship. The Service Advisors are awesome. We recently purchased a new Ascent and the process was great. No high pressure sales to get all the ad-ons, just the things we wanted already. We have photos with half the staff at the dealership with us the day we were picking it up. The Sales Person was patient showing my wife all the technical aspects of the car. They also had a separate appointment set for her to come in and get a personal lesson on how to work everything and get the best out of the vehicle. All the folks at Nate Wade treat us like family. This is the second review I've left for Nate Wade. I wish it were a little better. I was recently in an accident that totalled my first Subaru. My first call was Nate Wade to get a new one. I waited four days for a call to set up an appointment. I understand there is a pandemic going on but I needed a car immediately and dealerships are an essential business. This is the second time Nate Wade has failed me. Wasn't a hard sale, I needed a vehicle. I have given my business to Mark Miller Subaru. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother with Nate Wade. I don't think they are terribly interested in making money and they will waste your time.

Great customer service and a great area to wait for your car to get fixed up. Snacks and refreshments are available for free which is nice. There s tons of seating and tables for if you need to get some work done. They even offer to wash your car before you go. Sometimes it takes a second, but they do good work and a little wait is always expected. Monday-Friday are walk in days but Saturday is appointment only.

They also had the wrong name for the car and didn t change it til the 5th time of me calling them. They also said it was going to be $5000 to $7000 to get my car fixed which was fine. Then I called back on the day they said my car would be done and they said it s was going to cost $10,000 and they didn t even start. And this is after two weeks of my car sitting at their shop. They will try and jerk you around in anyway possible. On top of that it took them over a week just to get my car diagnosed. Which was already diagnosed at another shop and they already knew what needed to be fixed. If you want someone that Values your time and money take tour car to Angels Automotive! They are on point and keep you very in the loop about what s going on. I highly recommend taking your car anywhere but Nate Wade Subaru where they just try to get you for top dollar. I know some of you avoid dealerships thinking it will cost more, but let me tell you about my personal experience. Their customer service was friendly and professional. They also keep in touch with you over the phone and through text about your car's repair. The cost for labor was the same if not less than any other shop you'll go to, and they have all the parts there that they'll need as opposed to other places that will go to the dealership for parts and charge you more on top of that for shipping. My car was fixed correctly the first time, and I ended up saving money by going to people who are Subaru certified and that's all the work on every day. THANKS!

I watched, Nicholas Poulos, ( Business Manager ) , clean his office from top to bottom, with a ( disinfectant spray ), you name he cleaned it. He thought that I was in for an oil change, had no idea that I was going to be his first customer of the day. To say the least, I was quite impressed. This dealer ship, all of the people that I met, kept their distance ( as they should, and quite friendly ). If you need a new or ( in my case a used Subaru ) this is the only place, you need to go.

Pretty easy process. They are connected to AFCU, which cut a good 30 minutes off our visit. Only thing that kinda sucked was the wait.
