Terrible Service department. I spent 30k on a car at NW and they kept it for three days to certify it for the warranty. I then drive the car for about a month, and a valve in the power steering breaks, magically, I was told it must if happened after the inspection which is a classic mechanic lie. So he kept my car from Friday-Thursday. I call Thursday for an update and was told it was being worked on and I could leave a message for the technician and he would call me when he s finished. 4 hours later and no call so I show up at NW, only to be told they ordered the wrong part so they had to reorder the correct part and now I have to wait until Monday, probably later knowing this place. I also just got to pay my first car payment on a car I can t even drive. Extremely disappointed in NW Subaru and the Subaru brand as a whole, I would trade my car in if I could and switch to a Honda or something that performs better. Would give 0 stars if it was an option!
Update: I have been back to Nate Wade a few times for small replacements and oil changes and they have been much better then my first visit. Very professional and fairly quick as well.
