I know some of you avoid dealerships thinking it will cost more, but let me tell you about my personal experience. Their customer service was friendly and professional. They also keep in touch with you over the phone and through text about your car's repair. The cost for labor was the same if not less than any other shop you'll go to, and they have all the parts there that they'll need as opposed to other places that will go to the dealership for parts and charge you more on top of that for shipping. My car was fixed correctly the first time, and I ended up saving money by going to people who are Subaru certified and that's all the work on every day. THANKS!
