My oil change was taking longer than usual so when I went to ask why they told me they are removing a part from my car due to a recall and installing a new one. I had not asked for this since i was running late on time but they decided to do it without my permission. I had also asked for my car not to be washed(they use a roller system which i don't like) but they washed it anyways. I had my dog with me and since he was excited to be in a new place he was pulling on the leash and I overheard one of the salesman say, "Who's walking who" as I was leaving. A bad experience all around and I have already converted 2 family members to do their business at Mark Miller.
