Our 2016 Subaru Outback was due for it's 90,000 mile service. I called around to area Subaru dealerships, as well as the independents, and found Nate Wade to be the most friendly, professional, and have the best "bang for buck" for the service being performed. I went in, they identified a recall issue, and not only fixed that, but performed the service on my car.

They don't have a cafe in the dealer like another area Subaru dealership--as waiting for 5 hours was a little rough; but there are food locations in the area within walking distance.

Kevin, my service advisor was friendly, professional and very thorough in in his explanation of all the work performed. I appreciate good customer service. Please keep up the great work!
