As of September 2020 they are not operating. They claim to be still functioning but it has been almost a month and items have not yet left their warehouse. They are publicly lying and claiming that services take 4-7 days.

Update 1: Things finally shipped after complaining to them on Twitter (where they respond) and manging to get on the phone with the CEO's assistant.

Update 2: They responded below. They do not respond to customer service requests, only to public posts.

Update 3: They have now lost several of my packages. After complaining they have agreed to refund me for the lost items so I can send them to somewhere that's operating.

Update 4: They have instead credited my account... at a service I can't use right now because they're not operating.

Update 5: The CEO sent out an e-mail apologising... but they are still spending heavily on advertising while their existing customers are having to take to Facebook and Google to get results. Check the "Community" tab on their Facebook page and you'll see the real story.
