I've been a customer for over a year now. I consider MyUs a little expensive but the service was always great and always reliable so no complains. However lately I can't say the same especially the part of them logging in my shipments.
It used to take them 1 day or less to add stuff to my suite but now the regular is 2 days if not more when you are on the weekend. Which can be annoying when you want to ship your things but you know there is one 1 more shipment that had already arrived to them so it will make more sense to include it since it's already there but then they take days to add it to your suite. Also lately the reviewing processes are not as consistent. Last week they split a makeup shipment and flagged a LIPSTICK as a medical item that requires further review. And to make it worse when they were done reviewing days later they didn't devide the weight between the splits but ended up carelessly applying the total weight to both splits so it was like I was going to pay for double the actual weight. When I contacted their customer service they only then updated 1 split and ignored my request to update the 2nd split too. So now it might not be double the weight but still more than the actual.
My opinion is charge whatever you want as a business and it will be my decision to accept or not. But once I do I need to feel confident that I'm being given the best service can be provided and I don't feel that much lately. If they continue with this I would be looking elsewhere.
