This is the second time we have used My Auto for routine maintenance of our Volkswagon Passat. I am really impressed with the customer service there, especially Mickala Vandop. She gave us a clear rundown of the work needed, with pricing, importance of each service. She is friendly, courteous, and efficient. I am also impressed that the quote for the tires we needed was about $150 less than quotes from other local tire businesses.
