Read to the end: I ran into a dead end in trying to work out a solution to a problem with Subaru. Through my purchases and recommendations to friends and family, Subaru has experienced over $300,000 in sales, but it made no difference to them - in fact, the person I spoke to at Subaru customer service was downright rude.
I contacted Mark Leutzinger at My Auto Import as I've dealt with him before a found him to be very reliable. I explained my disappointment with Subaru (NOT My Auto Import) and he took it to the next level with his Subaru regional rep. End result? They not only met, but exceeded my expectations!
My Auto Import, I will be back for future service and purchases because of Mark! He deserves a raise :-)
