The Yogurt was tasty and even though the place is small is very fun and charming. The problem is that it was a rip off because I ordered the small size but they just filled half of the container. I complained about it because when I asked about the sizes they showed me the containers sizes. Very sad.

They make their yogurt on site here. We had the original tangy, which was quite good. This is a fun place to stop by. They offer discounts for trivia or other challenges. There s a Nintendo in the space but we couldn t get it to work.

Fun and affordable place to get froyo! Three flavors available and several choices of toppings on the day I came in. Small inside, but seating available. There are trivia questions which allow you to get discounts and board/card games to play while enjoying your treat!

The original tangy froyo with go crazy fruit toppings was amazing. This wasn t the best part though. They have some super fun trivia that can get you a discount on your delicious frozen treat. We ended up with 20% off. If your balance is on-point, you have the opportunity of getting frozen yogurt for free. The catch: you must stand on your tip toes for 15 seconds with your eyes closed. No hopping and no leaning. GOOD LUCK :)

True, they have trivia and you can get a small discount if you know the answer. They also do have a few board games and this mini Nintendo with a stack of games. But at the end of the day, they only have three flavors: original soft (which would be tart anywhere else but is really good), chocolate, and tangy which is very lemony almost like a lemon slushy. And then you can t put your own toppings I , which I ve always hated. Plus the space is tiny. I mean them no harm, but I rate this as so so. I need a fro yo shop with lots of flavors, more topping choices, and the ability to put as much fudge on top as I want without feeling judged when I ask for more.

Not impressed by this place. Sure it's "quaint" and has trivia to make things interesting, but they've recently raised prices so you basically have to spend $7/cup for unlimited toppings (or get fleeced by paying $1/topping). I got the "soft" flavor, as opposed to the tangy one, yet soft itself was tangy. And the consistency was liquidy, almost more like frozen ice. Maybe I'm in the minority on this (no idea honestly) but I'm looking for creamy froyo, and this place doesn't give the toppings flexibility you get at many others.

So good. Tastes like actual yogurt as opposed to various sugared down replicas. Also, if you can stand on your tippy toes of one foot with your eyes closed for 15 seconds you get a small for free! And the various trivia questions that get you certain percentages off your purchase are awesome to try and figure out. Add the old school Nintendo one can play with multiple games and this place is A WIN

Love this place. Super delicious frozen yogurt available in original or tangy versions. Lots of good toppings including fresh fruit for those that don't want candy (they have those too). My family particularity enjoys the trivia board challenges to get 5-20% off order. An acrobatic challenge gets you a free yogurt but you'll have to see if you're coordinated enough. Does NOT feel like a chain. Board games. Chill vibe.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt store I have ever been to. I like to take dates and friends here. Delicious yogurt and nice atmosphere. They have video games and board games you can play for free also. Pretty small store but I don't think that's a bad thing. It can be kind of hard to find it from the outside.

Answering the trivia is where it's at! This is a quaint yoghurt parlor seating few and serving even fewer (yoghurt variations) but what is served is fantastic. I opted for the Fidberry with blueberries and, verily, it was good!

The trivia questions were relatively easy yesterday - likely because it was the start of the week (perhaps they pull a NYT and build up to the excruciating Sunday crossword). We worked with "what are three words that end in "Dous" and "two countries that begin and end with same letters other than 'A'".

Fun place!

Not the friendliest service today unfortunately. The woman acted annoyed we came in. I asked for regular plain yogurt and got the tangy instead but I didn't even want to go back in to tell her about it. Definitely won't return. Too bad because the other reviewers seem to really like the place.

Really cute place and convenient location. Friendly staff I am just reviewing the bubble tea. I am glad the option is there but it s not quite the same as professional bubble tea shops like Kung Fu Tea or Gong Cha. The bubbles seemed a bit old and stiff, while the milk tea was not well shaken up for consistency. They also don t have brewed tea option and I think it s all powder-based. Again ! I am happy they provided the option and it s not bad.

Its a nice little spot with fun ways to earn discounts on your yogurt. For example, they have daily trivia questions you can answer to get discounts that build on top of each other. Last time I visited if you could name 5 Metro stops with University names you got 5% off. Add to that if you could unscramble a word that was a topping. Add to that if you could name 5 countries with the letter "z" in it, but didnt start or end with it. And add again if you ordered your yogurt singing it to the tune of "Dancing Queen" by Abba. I got 20% off!

OMG, the molasses cookies! This place is amazing and they always have a crowd, for a good reason! If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to go, or just breakfast. Its delish for a treat. The prices are not that bad either, I don't think anyway.
I am a big fan of Mr. Yogato!

Mr. Yogato's is the bomb! Best frozen yogurt in Dupont (and DC)!! The flavors are always delicious, and they have different options of regular depending on how tart you like it. The staff are always friendly and let you taste all the flavors. Best part of Mr. Yogato is the awesome atmosphere. The shop is filled with games, including a Super Nintendo, for you to have fun with friends! And there are trivia questions and other funny tasks (such as getting a Mr. Yogato stamp on your forehead!) you can do to get a discount on your froyo. Love Mr. Yogato!!

Funky yogurt shop. There are a list of rules, tasks and trivia that can earn you discounts (and make you laugh. If all else fails take a stamp to the forehead for a nice discount). They also have an old school Nintendo NES and a bunch of cartridges to play.

The selection of frozen yogurt isn t large, but the taste is great. They have all the desired fruits and they look fresh, plus the necessary toppings. It was interesting not filling the bowl myself, but I appreciate a flat price for a ton of yogurt and toppings. There s also some trivia on the board to help give discounts!

The very best froyo in all of DC. The owner, Steve, is one of those guys that is the smartest you'll ever meet, but the nicest and most relatable. He owns this small shop in the heart of Dupont Circle. Customers can take geography quizzes or do funny things like recite the Braveheart speech to receive discounts on your order. They have several top notch flavors to choose from and tons of toppings. if you're a fan of mochi, it's the best in the city. Perfect texture and taste! I also get the original tart with mochi and fruity pebbles. It's perfectly refreshing.

Very small froyo shop with fun puzzles and challenges that get you a discount if you solve them. They have battleship and SNES and other games to play while you enjoy. The selection of froyo flavors is very limited but the selection of toppings are not!

Got a small strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries and chocolate sauce. Super delicious and refreshing.

This place is such a pleasure. It is the opposite of everything boring and sterile you've come to expect from chain froyo places... from the board games to the fun ways you can get discounts. I take people here whenever I get the chance.
