He owns this small shop in the heart of Dupont Circle. Customers can take geography quizzes or do funny things like recite the Braveheart speech to receive discounts on your order. They have several top notch flavors to choose from and tons of toppings. if you're a fan of mochi, it's the best in the city. Perfect texture and taste! I also get the original tart with mochi and fruity pebbles. It's perfectly refreshing.
