Lately our 20 year old home has needed multiple upgrades and it's so nice to have reliable and competent people to work with. Moyer has recently fixed our water softener, replaced our well water tank and after an oil burner cleaning noticed oil under our tanks. The two tanks had to go ASAP and they got it done neatly and quickly with no interruption of heat.

Just had a new furnace / boiler installed in my house. I must commend the Moyer team of Thad and Dan for an excellent job...very neat and clean installation. The old furnace was poofing soot , and yet they removed the old unit cleanly without a spec of dirt from the removal. The installation of the new unit was very professionally done and all the plumbing work looks almost like a work of modern art. Kudos to the whole Moyer team also Jim Smith in sales...who promptly came to our assistance with several alternatives and clear explanations of each different furnaces. His follow through in helping us decide and arrange financing was a great help. Looking forward to years of using Moyer Indoor / Outdoor for our furnace maintenance and as our NEW oil supplier... Most impressive local firm I could find to help us out a tough and desperate situation.. Thanks to all of you who made it a great experience ....

Moyer Indoor/Outdoor installers (Tim & Dan) are the utmost professional installers I've ever experienced! They were punctual, communicative with every step along the way, they didn't blare loud music, raise their voices or use inappropriate language. I appreciated they were respectful by wearing booties on their feet along with having drop cloths leading from my front door to the basement. Tim went above and beyond keeping me updated when it was apparent the install was going to need an extra day. Tim explained the new Heat pump system to me in layman's terms which I understood. On a scale of 1-10, Tim & Dan deserve a score of 1000!

Outrageous customer service. Moyer Indoor | Outdoor bent over backwards to fix another contractor's shoddy work (as they had recently absorbed that contractor's client list). No charge for hardware or labor. Customer for life.

Great gas, awesome plant supplies and dog food in a pinch, for some reason my dog won't eat their pig ears though? he has no problem with others. Amazing company aside from that little issue with me.

I'm so pleased with these guys, emergency call. Nick was great. He even answered all of my questions without hesitation. Professional, quick, knowledgeable, and pleasant! He got my water back up and running in less than an hour! Whew.

Today, I called the lawn care department and asked to speak with a supervisor. No supervisor was available to me and I explained in detail to a customer service rep the situation, per her request. After explaining all, she put me thru to the supervisors voice mail to leave a message. ???
My neighbor directly across the street was having his lawn sprayed, pre-emergent and etc. The beginning of the week I received a call from Moyer giving me a heads up because I am on the "PA Hypersensitivity List for Pesticides" and it is the law they notify me of their treatments because the spraying is detrimental to my health. I need to stay indoors or leave my property. The technician sprayed their lawn then proceeded to enter my private circle driveway, back up a few feet from my addition and exit the other entrance for his convenience. I have dogs on my property. He was driving like a bat out of hell. How ignorant on several accounts! My property is clearly market "No Trespassing". My point is, Not only did he break the law, but if he would have had a spill of the toxic pesticides, I would have been screwed on my property. I really would like to avoid a trip to the ER. I have taken the time and effort to post my property to protect myself from just this! It was explained to my by the rep that the technicians do not know which property is on the list. Maybe they should. He didn't even post a sign on my neighbors lawn that it was sprayed. I guess he was too tired to care this AM.

Follow up- A supervisor, Tom was nice enough to call me back and apologized for the technicians lack of professionalism. They are only allowed to drive on their customers driveway... if my little dog: scottie, westie and cairn would have been in the driveway (often are/property trained) they would have been hit, he was going so fast.

Had furnace cleaned the right way very happy and also a repair that was needed to save life of furnace Doug the technician was very knowledgeable and honest

Shawn and Justin took out my 275 gallon, 65 year old rusty oil tank, and replaced it with a 230 gallon new tank. it was raining hard, and Shawn was lying in mud outside to run pipes etc. Justin got here at 8 am and did not leave until 6:45 pm at least. They both worked very hard. And someone else came back today to finish the filter hook-up to the furnace. The Heating and Air Division of Moyer Indoor/Outdoorare always really good, nice knowledgeable people. We've been customers for a very long time, and plan on staying with Moyer in the future.

Moyer replaced my fuel oil tank last week. The two technicians could not have been nicer. They arrived exactly on time, and then cheerfully completed their work. They took care to clean up after themselves. Thank you, Dan and Dave!

I use Moyer for Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Pest Control. Their work is always well-done and professional, and their policy of up-front pricing allows me to know what things cost ahead of time.

Reasons why I will not continue to do business with Moyer Indoor/Outdoor (plumbing department):

1 - Lack of customer service. They could not be troubled to return repeated emails or phone calls.
2 - Service charge went up 50% ($59 to $89) with no explanation from Customer Service at time of booking. I was told "sometimes it goes over her head to tell people." Everybody makes mistakes but this should be conveyed to customer prior to working on a job.
3 - I hired Moyer Indoor/Outdoor to replace O-rings. I come home to a new cartridge, no new o-rings, and a faucet that leaks more than before
4 - Home was not returned to the condition (or better) that it was found in. Your recording on the phone states you will do that.
4 - Supervisor came out and was on the phone the whole time dealing with technician issues. Relative who was there "supervising the task" said she repeatedly asked supervisor to order O-rings. Technician a week later called me and asked if we wanted o-rings ordered

Reached out to address with management and they could not be troubled to call back. If you want a job done right the first time, do not hire this crew. This was our second bad experience in as many months.

UPDATE: second technician called to schedule an appointment and see if he should order O-rings. Again lack of communication within your own Department by second technician. I explained we are no longer doing business and when I get home, I open up the mail to find your bill for this whole debacle! In the interim since I want a faucet that does not leak and I'm not willing to wait yet another month to get this repaired, Lowry technician came out and fixed it the first time the first try. He went out of his way to point out additional flaws in our home that two separate Moyer technicians completely missed ( glaring main water valve shut off corroded right above soft water heater they were just out to look at, poorly plumbed shut-off valves in other portions of the house, etc). All issues that a trained plumber should have picked up on when out for various other things you were out for. Check, us ignorant homeowners should have picked up on these issues they are that obvious.

I usually buy most of my bird feeding food from Moyers. Great people and great service.

Very disappointed. We had Moyer come out to spray our large Maple tree today for spotted lanternflies. When I was speaking with them on the phone I explained that it was a very large tree. They assured me they would be able to spray the entire tree top to bottom killing them on contact. They sprayed the tree for literally 3-4 minutes and only the bottom 1/3 of the tree. Not worth the $95 I now have to pay. I will be calling in another company for the next treatment as this seemed less than worth the cost.

Job well done and great communication skills i would recommend Moyers to anyone

It was 2 pm and I got concerned / dispatch told me they were on their way./ Mike Dimotsis the service tech was fantastic!!
He explained options and was able to repair rather than replace the disposal/ also filled me in why it took a little longer than usual

I was referred to Moyer through Liberty Mutual and Solutions referral. Contractor stopped by quickly to pick up the insurance information. But never provide me their estimate after two weeks. I since requested a new contractor from Solutions .

We have been a Moyer customer for over 20 years for oil delivery and pest control. Moyer just replaced our oil tank. The guys were great! They were very respectful of my home when removing and installing the new tank in our basement. They were courteous, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know about the installation and operation of the new tank. Highly satisfied customer here!!

Great source of bird seed, chicken feed and supplies

I was very pleased with my dealings with Moyer Indoor/Outdoor. Everyone involved, from Mike coming out to give an estimate to Matt and Tim during the install, were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The Moyer technicians installed a new cast iron boiler. They worked very hard to install and remove cast-iron boilers. The work was excellent.

My husband and I purchased a home that had no air conditioning and knew that central air was not an option for us. Jim met with us and we discussed a Mitsubishi mini split system to cool our home. We anticipated purchasing a system that would maintain half the house so we could at least get rid of some of the window air conditioning units and reclaim our windows. Jim was so helpful, we were able to get both systems with their financing arrangement.The installers were all very polite, worked hard from the minute the started (even outside in the drenching downpours). They placed drop-clothes and wore booties throughout the interior work area and were very neat. They explained the use and maintenance of the system. We can now live in our home without having to open and close doors as we move from room to room. And did I mention QUIET? WOW! From scheduling, to estimate to installation, Moyer Indoor/ Outdoor has been fantastic to deal with!

Had central air installed in my ranch style home. They were very professional, knew what they were talking about. The crews that came to do the install were very conscientious and hard working and such a great group of guys! I highly recommend them.

Their customer service is extremely poor. As a new customer they stated they could not help us but furthermore stated we would have had to use their services for a while to be considered important enough to assist. As a former business owner this is unbelievable.

Had my boiler break in December. Finally, just accepted that the thing was no longer usable, so I called my service provider, Moyer. They were very quick to respond by having a salesman show up same day. He spent his time informing me of all my options, while giving me incredible recommendations. and within less than a week I had a new system. The installation was incredibly kind and courteous. Could not be happier with the result. I encourage all to consider Moyer, not only for their hvac installations, but their overall service in general.

Then buying my pigeon feed their for last 10 years and attending their pigeon shows the last 3 or 4 years excellent service

Good source for all your needs around your house or business from plumbing and heating, to your pool or yard maintenance, and even pest control. This company does it all!!!! Highly recommended for quality services.

Moyer lawn care dept is horrible they destroyed my lawn so I cancelled and then when I told them they came out with a service manger a week later who just raked the area and placed grass seed down and has not followed up with it since he came out. Lawn still damaged. Highly I don't recommend this company for any of the deptments or services . They have bad customer service as well

This was our first experience with a clogged sewer drain and water in our basement. The men who came from Moyer were more than anyone could even ask for. They were friendly, professional, thorough, patient with us, had a very good attitude. i could go on and on. IF we need help again --- believe me we know who to call. THANK YOU !

Catherine was exponentially helpful, professional and caring -when I needed it the most. Ben on my heat pump performed magic under difficult circumstances.

Ben repaired the low voltage wiring in air handler, found unit was off on low pressure, repaired leaking connection to air handler, evacuated and added 9lbs.
Ben found that the unit, installed by another company, had a slow leak from installation.

I want to thank everyone involved for doing their best to support me given my limited funds including Catherine and Mary Farrell (they are both a treasure!). Now, I'm embarrassed that I've forgotten the name of the manager I spoke to who sent Ben, as a senior (which the circumstances definitely called for!) technician, to my home. Was it Kevin?? Nevertheless, I'll never forget how he did what he could to professionally and responsively address the issue I was facing.

I now have, and will continue to have, a service contract with Moyer!

Jim, from the plumbing division, responded quickly (2:00 from call). He quickly identified my issue, an improperly installed drain pipe which over time caused a plumbing clog. He corrected the drain pipe installation and then cleared the blockage.
He was prompt, professional and thorough.
I have been using Moyer Indoor/Outdoor for more than ten years.
I am very satisfied.
I would recommend Moyer to anyone.

Have never been so insulted. Asked for estimate on converting from oil heat to gas. Salesman would only come to my house M-F between 9 - 4, which means I had to get up an hour earlier to go into work early, work through my lunch break so I could leave my office 1 1/2 early to come home and meet this guy. He showed up on time, took 5 seconds to look at my current heater and then we sat down to talk. He rattled off some numbers, offered no information about what heater is best for my house. Didn't know pacific product information and had to look it up. Didn't ask for the sq ft of my house. Had no heater specs for me to look at and compare and REFUSED to give me a written estimate. Moyer expects a customer to look at a $11,000 job with no specs, no written estimate! And I was told could write down some heater names and look them up later. Seriously? When I said I preferred a written estimate he whined at me about all the hard work and time it takes to do a written estimate for a customer. And mentioned that because I'm not a current customer it wasn't worth his time and effort to give me something in writing. Whined some more about the possibility that I might get additional quotes to compare. Well DUH! Of course I will . What homeowner wouldn't get at least 3 quotes when spending between $8,000-$11,000 for a new heater and hot water heater. Nor would the salesman send me an email with some links to product websites.
As an assistant to a heavy highway construction company, I require cut sheets and a written estimate. Not because I can't remember what was told to me but because I expect a HVAC company to show some class and a little effort to make a sale. Convince me why Moyer is the best choice as a contractor. Isn't my business worth a little effort? Didn't I make an effort to accommodate his schedule? All I heard today was a bunch of whining about how hard it is to send an email or type an estimate or deliver product specs.
I now remember WHY I am not a current Moyer customer nor will I ever be!

Have been a customer for 40 years from plumbing, oil heating, lawn care and security monitoring and have never had an issue with Moyer. Just had a new Lennox AC installed. Thad and Dan spent a full day here making sure all was working well. They was very respectful of our property. Even pointed out some issues with other equipment we had that needed to be addressed. Have complete confidence in their ability to get each job correctly.

Everything went great with brine tank installation. Mike was a true professional. Thank you so much to Kim for all of the attention and keeping me in the loop.

Just had a new a.c. and heater package installed with humidifier. Thad and Dan did a great job. They made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction - despite the daily downpours of rain. They took the time to explain everything along the way and at the end went over the whole system with us. Very professional and courteous.

We just had a SpacePak high velocity air conditioning system installed in our old 3 story Victorian farmhouse. The installation took 6 working days. The installers were very professional, worked very hard, answered all of our questions throughout the installation, were very knowledgeable and kept our home as neat and tidy as possible during the installation.

We used to use Moyer for everything... Pool Service Contract, pest control, Plumbing and Heating/Air. They even installed our HVAC system to the tune of $20,000. Every year they kept getting worse and worse service and less and less professional. Now it is by far the most incompetent company we've used in the last 20+ years in bucks county. They charged us $650 to replace a Sum pump that others charged $300. I would stay clear of this company at all cost.

I was introduced to Moyer Indoor/Outdoor by a family member and I have been one of their biggest fans since. I had been a loyal customer with another heating and air conditioning company for 15 years and since working with Moyer, I have not looked back! Moyers prices for their products and services are far more reasonable and I have been treated as if I am the most important customer. The service guys communicate thoroughly and listen to my ideas and views on things. Michael Terranova is the ultimate Comfort Advisor and is not pushy and very personable. I had my furnace installed in 2017 and this week Moyer installed a new Air conditioning system. I was impressed with Thad on the furnace installation and asked that he be the lead on my AC system. Moyer heard my requests and I am a happy customer...once again! Thank you Moyer!

Just a quick note to acknowledge another GREAT job performance by the Moyer Team. Quick history: we made an after hours call on Mon 10/19 after detecting a leak in our HW Heater. The answering service processed our call and the on-call service agent ("PAUL") returned our call within minutes. Paul reviewed fees and upon our request, came to the house and offered to begin immediately. Due to the late hour we deferred repairs to the following morning. Paul arrived within his projected time; the old unit was out, the new unit in, clean-up was completed, all questions were answered and Paul was off-site in short order. Paul has been in our home on previous occasions. We have always been impressed with his professionalism (quality of work and customer concern). Being retired military, we've traveled around the country (and overseas) and have experienced varying degrees of customer service; Hands down Paul would rate high amongst the top ten performers. A truly Stellar Performer! Highly recommend Paul for a position that would allow him to share his requisite skills in a training manager/supervisory capacity. Please forward these comments to the management staff and extend our sincerest appreciation to the entire Moyer Team that was instrumental in responding to our needs.

Great company. I m tired of constantly seeing your drivers in the middle of the road tuned into their phones. This happens more often than it should be, apply the same courtesy driving to main roads as you do in your shop area. More than 5 occasions I had to take a deep breath and prepare for impact with situations your drivers create.

Have relied on Moyer Indoor/Outdoor for many years. They are extremely professional and reliable and they get the job done. They up-dated my heating system and they continue to do lawn care. I can't do without them.

Great selection of domestic and wild food & treats. They also carry feed for all aviary and equine needs. Dogs welcome and spoiled with a treat from the owner!

The Moyer crew came out, removed my 54 year old oil furnace and installed a new one plus a programmable thermostat in one day. The crew was very courteous, kept me in the loop of everything they were doing, explained my new system and how to program the thermostat before cleaning up. Beautiful job!

Thad, Dave, and Leon installed a new oil boiler in our home, working hard to complete it in a day and half. They made sure we were totally satisfied with everything and took the time to explain how the system and new thermostat worked before they left. The guys were thorough, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with the service we received from Moyer with their HVAC and Plumbing departments. Every person we spoke to was friendly and helpful. When the techs came to our house I felt that they took close care to providing quality work. We will be sticking with Moyer Indoor Outdoor for future home services and will recommend them to family and fiends!

Tech that came for my AC repair - did the work before telling me the price. $600 bill, when I was expecting about 1/2 of that. GET A QUOTE BEFORE THE WORK.

From first call, all those years ago, I felt a metaphorical arm from Moyer wrapped around my weary, heavy shoulders. From A to Z, I could find positive adjectives to express my thoughts on Moyer. Professional, amiable, caring, compassionate, cooperative, prompt, empathetic, polite, organized, tidy, respectful, knowledgeable, trustworthy, devoted to service, understanding, helpful. I could go on. Sometimes the initial contact is an A+ to pull you in, then as the service goes deeper, there is less quality. Not so with Moyer. I recently had the pleasure of trusting Moyer for big services. Mike, Thad, Dan, (I wish I could bottle their supportive professional working skills of expertise and camaraderie...truly rarely seen.) Jim S., Jim L. ...all came through to create a safer, more efficient and comfortable home for me. How can you put a good visual on peace of mind and security? Moyer. Just had our HVAC system replaced by Moyer. Thad, Dan and the third person (can't remember his name, sorry) were fabulous. They were friendly, polite and just wonderful to have around. We have been using Moyer for ages. When we were told the HVAC should be replaced, we went and got 3 estimates for the job. Moyer was not the most expensive nor were they the cheapest. Since we know what we get with them, we decided to stay with Moyer. The install took 2 days and when they were done, they cleaned up better than when they first went down to the basement. I definitely would recommend Moyer.

I recently had our 60 year old oil tank replaced. It was in the basement and was quite a project requiring draining oil , creating a new base, new lines to oil tank and cutting the tank in half, so they could emove it. Sounds messy, right? Not with Dan S and his partner. They arrived promptly at 8:00, laid down tarps and card board, walked quietly in and out of house and basement, and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional! So glad we were recommended to try Moyer's when we moved to Chalfont 25 years ago.

Kudos to Ben and Andrew, who recently installed a whole house humidifier at my residence. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. They are excellent ambassadors for Moyer Indoor/Outdoor.

I had Moyer over my house Feb 3 to replace my old oil tank. Listen to them if they tell you that your oil tank is old and needs replacing. Since my old oil tank looks just fine to the naked eye, I was skeptical when they informed me that my tank may be 35 40 years or older. I examined the underbelly of the tank, and there were various states of rust throughout, however there was one area where there was dark colored rust, and when rubbed it released an obvious odor of heating oil. I doubt I had a year or two before I had an environmental disaster on my hands. At installation time the Moyer folks stepped me through the process and answered all my questions even when I thought I was being a pain. At the end of the installation I was confident that everything was completed correctly, and I completely understood the process through its conclusion.

Really bad service and there's stupid people on the customer service side.

We had Moyer Indoor | Outdoor replace our old existing whole house air conditioning system. "Justin" and his partner arrived on time and went right to work, placing drop cloths etc. The techs work well together, could sense what each other were doing and what needed to be performed. They were very professional and were very polite and their work was neat and tidy. They cleaned up all areas and even vacuumed. They demonstrated and explained all functions of the system. We were very pleased with their work. We have been a Moyer customer for 51 years and have never had a bad experience with any of their services.
