I give AccuTech Mechanical Services my highest recommendation. They are really smart. They know how to repair all kinds of different equipment. My a/c had a leak which imperiled the mechanics. It was only 6 years old. They knew buying a new condenser would be a hardship for me. They knew exactly how to repair my existing unit. I appreciate their consideration for me--helping me find a cost effective solution. They are honest , highly professional and knowledgeable.

I am a property manager for a commercial office portfolio, and we use Accutech for most of our HVAC work (maintenance and installation of new equipment). Since we have so many units, I interact with Accutech constantly, and I have been very happy with their work and service. Victoria is very helpful with scheduling work in a timely way, and Bruce is always available to explain exactly what has gone wrong with a unit, and what needs to be done to fix it. The techs do a good job of really diagnosing problems accurately. Some HVAC companies I've dealt with will just fix the obvious problem without looking further, (which can cause a unit to fail further down the line). Accutech has done a good job training their techs to look further, and find out why something went wrong, and fix the underlying problem to prevent recurrences and larger issues later on.

Great company, i called them and they came out the next day and installed a new ac unit in the pouring rain! I kinda felt bad cause they were soak. Can i do 7 stars??
New nest system. Had an issue and Bruce helped me out over the phone to resolve it not working. I feel like a lot of other companies would just send someone out and charge customers.
