Just a quick note to acknowledge another GREAT job...

Just a quick note to acknowledge another GREAT job performance by the Moyer Team. Quick history: we made an after hours call on Mon 10/19 after detecting a leak in our HW Heater. The answering service processed our call and the on-call service agent ("PAUL") returned our call within minutes. Paul reviewed fees and upon our request, came to the house and offered to begin immediately. Due to the late hour we deferred repairs to the following morning. Paul arrived within his projected time; the old unit was out, the new unit in, clean-up was completed, all questions were answered and Paul was off-site in short order. Paul has been in our home on previous occasions. We have always been impressed with his professionalism (quality of work and customer concern). Being retired military, we've traveled around the country (and overseas) and have experienced varying degrees of customer service; Hands down Paul would rate high amongst the top ten performers. A truly Stellar Performer! Highly recommend Paul for a position that would allow him to share his requisite skills in a training manager/supervisory capacity. Please forward these comments to the management staff and extend our sincerest appreciation to the entire Moyer Team that was instrumental in responding to our needs.

Pls Note - we attempted to send comments through the "Express Customer Survey" tab above however Paul's name couldn't be found...high tech is only good when it works. The old "Paper Survey" left by the technician (attached to the hard copy receipt) was more reliable. Just saying...
