Resort is very quiet and very beautiful guest rooms where the number of few not encountered a service average slow in the response and slow in the procedures of entry boring, either restaurants and bad old furniture and old I could not sleep because of the large number of mosquitoes do not deserve the price paid explicitly does not deserve five stars and those who care about luxury advise him to move away

Room is not clean, it was really dusty and garderobe was smelling very very bad. Shower cabin was dirty. Water cut off, tempature control, planty of flies are the other problems for me. I'm really disappointed about my stay. I was hoping much better stay for my travel.

Good evening, the rooms are beautiful, and their nations are distinguished by the beautiful sea. The service is excellent. The animation team is beautiful. They offer all the beautiful parties.

Hotel is too old need renovation staff need to be more professional except Amir at reception

Very good hotel, but the evening meals are not very varied.
I spent 5 days and for the rest nothing to say.

Movenpick chain hotels are always remarkably fascinating and luxurious in accommodation, relaxing cozy view, delicious food, elite catering, and cleansing is excellent too.

A 5stelle dated, but comfortable, spacious rooms, extensive buffet, great pool area, great service .... shame out of season (I was here for work) ..

I worked for Dayouz, but the place is very very large and we add it from the first door to every corner where decent people and customer service taste but problem departure time Badri

Movenpick Hotel in Cairo Media city is one of the biggest hotels in the country with vast landscapes and beautiful structure and swimming pools that are huge surround by beautiful trees and flowers, the view is out standing from every where, service is very good as well, considering, house keeping, room service, restaurants, entertainment shows out door at pool side, and well equipped Gem and health club, I really recommend enjoying a stay in Moevenpick hotel, Cairo Media City.

Very poor hotel, service isn't nice - if you are going through the trouble of staying there, you're better off staying at the Hilton.

Good rooms, good food, friendly staff. Completely enjoyed my business stay at the hotel. Recommend great variety breakfast at the hotel too.

Movenpick hotel is a very good option when you are out with family. It's huge and you can have access to swimingpool from any room.
Food is decent and they have room service available as well.
It's a kind of resort with good parking facility.
It's not a luxury hotel though and the rooms are not very clean and most of them need renovation.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in . All the services are very excellent and I am very frustrated .thank you for making me and my children very happy

Good and of course the prices of us and the corner of the car fire the whole fire expensive expensive.

very bad experience in this hotel, knowing that I love Movinpick in all other countries, very bad rooms and very old room, room feels dirty, the room is far from lobby and no help, the reception team are not welcoming and looks serious, there a bef baf or Raid to kill inscts in the room! which reflects what is there, the food in breakfast was bad and not fresh and coffee was bad
I will never go there again, I know that I will not receive any action on these comments , but I really have to send them because it was the worst experience for me

But the halls need to be renovated, and the furnishings are very worn out. Even the linens do not match the hotel name, and for food, it needs an experienced chef

I visited this place at Mohamed Heneidy Theater and we both enjoyed it and the kids

The staff in all departments were very friendly and welcoming.
The room was very clean & comfortable but the supply of tea, coffee and sugar was limited.
Parking area was not worth the value of EGP60 per night.

You can enjoy your stay in Cairo

The location of the hotel is far from the center and with the traffic there is not a good place to stay if you like to visit the capital ... If you like tranquility there you will find it. The hotel is quite old, it needs a good refurbishment, the food is not very good..at least when I have "eaten" at the free buffet avia leftovers .. Hotel staff very friendly and friendly.

We stayed two nights with the group tour. Hotel has good ambience, huge lobby, room were almost perfect (if the fridge works and nearly block sink), comfortable big beds, Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties which was great, close to Pyramids (it is convenient if you want to visit the Pyramids), far Great hotel, highly recommended

No water or any drinks with dinner
No variety in dinner foods
Only 2 small water bottles/day and any additional water is extra charge.
Every night, the laterazza caffee provide an animation with a singer. This made the stay was laoudy and not quite as usual.
The overall quality is not as from the past 5 years.
I hope the hotel return back as 2011 or 2012 :)

OK stay, not a very high end facilities, room (including wash room) are OK but not to a very high standard as you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. Basic stuff missing from washroom like cotton buds, tooth brush etc. Breakfast is just OK. Limited variety of fresh fruits. I had a bit of struggle while ordering food as couple of times staff wasn't able to understand the English well.

Although I didn't use pool and other kids facilities however, those apparently look good. A quiet place to stay though with family.

A pleasant stay, high quality hotel and a special mention for the nice lady receptionist Mirna.

The ambience was good and room was excellent and very spacious.The staff at the restaurant were discourteous except for few.

We stayed in the Hotel allready 5 Years ago and we liked the Place.
Also this time our stay was o.k.
Maybe you need to do some renovations in the Rooms?
