Rooms generally old and used, all silicon disgustin arround wet Areas, 3 days with hairs in my shower and sink, After 3thd reminder movement, no hot water in Cluster 12, after 3thd reminder inmediately Action and imrovement. wifi to slow to connect my personal pc. toiletts in front of bar area dirty, Colleges reporting hairs in bed, and after cleaning by themself, next day new hair in bed and towels were found, Fotos are available

The place is excellent in terms of location and services

Room was full of mosquitoes and not in good shape mainly the bathroom

Home very cold, taxed drinks at the head of the client, dubious hygiene, dirty cutlery at breakfast, medium buffet. Very disappointing for a hotel that says standing.

Its an awesome hotel. Kids friendly n great view. Food is good too.

Rooms are not soundproofed... I had to call twice the reception because my neighbors were listening to the TV too loudly and it was midnight.
Hotel, rooms would clearly need a renovation.

Reception staff are good, friendly. Breakfast and staff at restaurant are okay. Room cleaning is good thanks to Mohamed the houseman he is very good.

Hotel far too far from everything but nice for that rested

The Staff there are always doing their best to fulfil all my needs and the awesome thing is that they don't wait for any thing in return I am enjoying every minute there and I always wish to be there for the most of my time

A good service friendly reception specially walks she has a good way I only have a comment with the bathroom but over all it was okay

This is a nice hotel but definitely not a 5 star. I would rate it 3-star+ but not higher.
The hallways as well as the grounds were not kept clean. Our room had 2 different curtains which was strange and it seemed like they ran out of the one that should be matching the other side.
Also be aware that behind building 22 there is the laundry and some very loud outside air conditioning units which can be heard 24 hours inside the room.
It was not pleasant and definitely not quiet. I am not sure if it can be heard in all rooms but definitely in ours.
The price was very reasonable and therefore one can't complain to much but don't expect a 5 star experience and accept that there will be numerous short falls.

This is not the first time I have stayed in KM hotels
I told all my friends about the beauty of your hotel, and many of my friends have gone to your hotel

I was der in march end and april. Quiet a descent place. Entrance is good. Rooms were quite big with massive balconies. Neat, clean and superbly maintained. Food laid out for mrng breakfast was mouthwatering and tasty. Extensive variety of cheese, eggs, chicken and mutton. Also desserts too were quite good. Used the gym, took a stoll in the park. One can also go to the spa. Its quite good and not very expensive.

I was truly impressed about everything. The staff was excellent and really helpful adapting to your needs at any moment. A great experience in Movenpick hotel. Definitely I will book again with Movenpick.

Better service is required. Staff is not friendly, especially the one in the restaurants. Some staff in the Management is good, but overall staff ratings are below average and not satisfactory

It s more as a resort, much better than a normal hotel.
I recommend it for your guests from abroad and staying in 6 October City.

I was shocked that this is the Movenpick
The room was with very poor facilities, not that clean even the tea cup was dirty.
The food taste was not good.

A beautiful hotel with a beautiful view and features many features including proximity to the center of Cairo and the pyramids and the Mall of Egypt

Big hotel complex at 10km in Giza.
Many swimming pools and apartments available.
wifi is available everywhere is free.
the rooms are clean and of average size.
The food is good.

It is out of the city but you will find everything you need once you arrive.

We were put up through our travel company (with my own money!!). We have checked in on 11th morning. Thanks for allowing us for an early check-in. I requested the person on the reception counter to allow us to take break-fast on 11th and 12th, instead of 12th and 13th, as we are going to check-out on 13th by 5 Am. He bluntly said NO and told me that I will have to pay 160 E.Ps per person for break-fast. We had to take break-fast paying 480 E.Ps as we were very hungry.
On 13th as promised, the hotel has NOT arranged break-fast. We had to leave by 5 Am. This is not fair on Hotel's part.
Why hotel is impartial towards booking made through travel agents. The travel agent has not "sponsored" my trip. I have paid full amount in advance.
We are disappointed.
Also the toilet WC was technically not fixed properly. It is not expected with a standard hotel like Movenpick!!

Nice resort and great location far from Cairo and its overcrowded hotel staff are very friendly there is renovation work and this is a good thing but some buildings like 14 furniture really need renovation
The hotel management is keen to comfort the guests and ask their opinion, which is a good thing
The restaurants in the hotel for breakfast are very good
As for lunch, I do not prefer eating from restaurants that I do not know, especially in Egypt, so I look for specific restaurants
Swimming pools, water games and other things are nice
There is also a free babysitting club and golf cars to take you anywhere within the resort

Great Hotel right across one of the best Malls In Egypt. Not that i've been to many, mind you. There are a few restaurants, but only one kitchen that supplies them. If having a front row to an authentic Egyptian wedding your thing: ask for a pool side room in bungalow #12 or even #16. Though I doubt that unnanounced Walk-In's to any wedding are particularly welcome: no-one can stop you from enjoying a front row seat from the privacy of your room.

WiFi works, albeit slowly. Air conditioning gets turned on only if temperatures exceed 30C. During winter heating is not a priority at all. I am freezing here.

Rooms are clean, some with even an additional couch. Laundry is done well and returned on time.

The staff is exceptionally polite and accommodating. Security is tight and in some instances are armed, albeit at the security checkpoint only.

Everything was very nice, clean, tidy, food was excellent, staff was absolutely top. Also many local guests, e.g. weddings etc., so not so many tourists, who often have no manners and "loll around" in the dining room unkempt.

It's a beautiful hotel with best services in totality. Customer satisfaction is their top priority for sure.. Rooms are damn spacious and they provide you with all the modern facilities you must have not even thought off.. We do not have a single point wherein we can raise our concern, it was that beautiful experience..!! The reception staff was so helpful, friendly and courteous.. The restaurant food served was just amazing..This hotel also offers free Wifi with good connectivity.. Just a beautiful hotel with all the 5 star Perks :)

Good hotel to stay with family , rooms need restoration and improve quality of restaurants

Breakfast: bad for those who take a latte only (no coffee machine, no cappuccino, no nespresso, and no choice either).
For the bedroom, an old sofa, and the air conditioning is not working properly.
For a 5 star, I think there is a lot to improve.

The hotel is old and dirty; it needs a make-over. It is very difficult to access due to some road changes in the local area. It is not a place I would return to. The staff is friendly; but not well trained.

Good for weddings but very far ..
