Lousy hotel. Lift breakdown and no repair being done. The hotel room very far and no buggy service provided. Washing basin clogged. The door card can not function for the same day so can not open the hotel door. Very lousy service and facilities hotel. Advise not stay this hotel until they prove have improved the above.

A wonderful experience and fun I have to repeat it always .. The feeling of a good place and a professional team and in particular Menna from the front office :)

All in all our family of 7 (5 adults & 2 children) stay at your hotel was a good one. Our grandchildren loved the water park and could not get enough of the water slides. Loved the pillows (wanted to buy one) and the mattress.....very comfy. Room size was very good and cleanliness was as well. Breakfast was adequate (omelet station very good) and it is your typical European style breakfast. Being USA citizens, we enjoy waffles, beef bacon, and crispy hash browns at breakfast which was not available. Also, felt the pool table in the bar area should have been included in the room cost so did not play as much pool as we would have liked. All in all however, we enjoyed a relaxing time together and will recommend to our friends who have children.

I am never visiting this hotel again. There was no hot water in my room for 5 days. Despite repeated phone calls, no one responded or fixed it. ACs don't work properly.

Room is too old! Food was good first day we arrive yet, the second day it was awful!

1)No need for parking fees. It should be free since we are not in the town down.
Else it can be absorbed in the room rate.
2)Your rooms are equipped to serve for summer swimming pools. So it is important to avail at least one slipper at winter.

Returning to the Movenpick Hotel again, as we are always customers of the Zed Fc sports team. The hotel is constantly improving. We thank the people in charge of the hotel s management, especially the worlds in the main restaurant, headed by Mister Ahmed, restaurant manager, Mister Reda and Muhammad Saad Ayman Kamal and Nada. We also thank the kitchen and chef Mohamed Abdel Hamid, Chef Shaban and the chef. Ali and we thank Captain Ashraf from the health club, and this encourages us to stay in the hotel permanently. Stayed for 3 days in the resort staff in the reception in the very taste and morality and I love thank them especially thank you for the welcome and help and special thanks for his loyalty to the good treatment

More resort than hotel. Open spaces and large rooms with balcony. Bathroom fittings need an update. Breakfast was...mehh...

The experience is more than great, rooms are excellent, service is top notch

The rooms are old and need here or there something to be repaired. In the bathroom shower was not really working , water also was not down from the bath. Stuff is somehow not really helpful in those Questions- it can not be in the 5 stars hotel. I do not advise do stay here.

I was there for an event, the out doors was very good and it was taken care of. The food was very good. Every thing was on point except the hall that the event took place at was not clean you can see large spots on the carpet , it was really dirty, wires hanging from the ceiling.

The hotel has very limited Menu options, especially for a Vegetarian. Even in Non-Veg, one can't find enough options. The Coffee Shop, is completely empty. No Cakes, No Pastries. Seemed like they didn't take off the Haloween decorations, they had prepared for some "deserted coffee shop".
It was my first experience with Move n Pick, and I must say it was quite disappointing. The property is big and beautiful, and a lot can be done if managed properly. Even at the Entrance, those lights on top of the building gives such a sad and depressing look. Take them off. If you want to do something, please do it whole heatedly or don't do it at all.
And please remove that noisy sound system which you use at the bar for Singers and Belly Dancers. It is way too loud and makes the experience of sitting at the bar all so terrible. And for the Bar, if you want to charge EGP 225 for a 30 ml glass of Jameson, which is the price of Dubai bars, then please provide Dubai like ambience. Otherwise, you don't deserve to charge so high.
I repeat, your property has amazing potential, but you all have to put in some serious effort to do it right. Hope to see you again.

Hard working group, nice hotel and reception in taste and especially loyalty

It was bad service and an unprofessional attitude that I have seen and faced ever at one of the Movenpick hotels. You should revisit your policy that any hotel has the name of Movenpick, should comply with the professional standards of the Movenpick franchise.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They prepared breakfast for us even if it was past breakfast time.
They are working on the facilities when we visited so poolside area is noisy and dusty. I guess they are getting ready for spring.

We hosted the company's annual top performers celebration at the hotel's garden. Nice place and all went well. My only comment is they should have provided more shade for all of the tables knowing that we were in the middle of the day.

There is a good service I stay fo on night put the people there is very good in the communication and the way they deal with the customers ,also the rooms is always clean and the place is totally different comparing to other hotels here in Egypt ,I hope from you guys to visit this place you will be so happy

Mashallah, the hotel is very beautiful, far from noise, noise and crowding, and their services are excellent
In particular, the restaurant manager, Ahmed Al-Aziz, and Brother Ahmed El-Sayed are loyal to their work, and elegant in dealing with customers.
Clean rooms, complete services.
Most of the sports teams and scientific missions stay at this hotel.

Reception was okay, rooms were clean but outdated, furniture was old and uncomfortable, bathrooms need service, AC very old not working properly, breakfast was mediocre, waiters and captains were extra helpful but chefs were not friendly... Hostile in some manners... Coffee was terrible, watered down and tasteless had to order instant coffee instead

Great hotel ... I attended a conference on the use of software in industry
It is located next to the Media Production City in 6th of October City
From Helwan there is a microbus from Helwan that goes right in front of it
But the worst thing about it is that you have to cross the street to enter the hotel
It is a street of cars running through the speed of the missile

Excellent place. Nice food . Very relaxing environment. A lot of amenities. Helped me a lot when I was in trouble because of my luggage lock malfunctioning.

Hotel with many pools and structured in many small buildings. Rooms well furnished and quiet. Various restaurants, the extremely cheap buffet but with a great variety of choices and also of good general quality. The service is the typical Egyptian, accurate and timely. Like many hotels in Egypt outside the hotel nothing for miles.

I spent 45 min in several U turns and one bridge till I finally found the secret passage that lead to the Hotel main gate

It is a very remote place and I would not recommend it

This hotel was a bit far from the city and it was too big that we had to walk 5 to 10 minutes from our room to the dining area!!

Please enhance the quality of foods .

The environment around the hotel is very beautiful....however, the rooms we stayed in has very dated furniture and broken equipment. Fridge internal was dirty and actually the fridge was broken. Floor and carpet cleanliness is much to be desired. No bedroom slippers was provided. As well as bathroom and towels cleanliness has to be improved. Hope the management look into this feedback . My experience gave me the wow factor on first impression, but as we enter the room.... We were disappointed.....
