Unbelievably horrible service. I brought my vehicle in a month ago for service and waited more than two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, when I was initially quoted 1 hr to 1.5 hours maximum. The service representative was unattentive and clearly inexperienced. I completed the online survey reflecting my disatisfaction and afterwards received numerous messages from the service manager requesting I return him call to discuss my experience. I called and spoke with him and he said how important it was to retain my business and that he would send me a voucher for a free oil change. While speaking with him, in an effort to give them a second chance, I scheduled a minor repair (blinker not working) for this past Saturday afternoon. Unbelievably, I waited more than two hours again for what the service representative told me was probably just a bad bulb and a quick fix. I monitored the link to the page that updates the point in service, and my car showed that the work was completed after about 45 minutes. However, it transitioned to " final touches" for over an hour, never progressing to the "ready for pick up" point. There were several other customers in the waiting area, so I didn't necessarily think this was a concern, although it was an excessive wait. Finally, I texted the agent asking why it was taking so long, and did not get a response (he came out and helped another customer and did not acknowledge me). At 4 pm, after 2 hours of waiting, and with the service center closing, I went out to the service bay and asked the other agent about my car, at which point a mechanic was walking by and said "Do you have the Odyssey? That's been done for an hour and a half"!!!! I couldn't believe it. The mechanic then looked at a desk and realized that the paper work had never been picked up, and was left unattended. The service representative who was "helping" me didn't even apologize, simply handed my key to the mechanic and asked him to show me to my car.
I assured everyone present that I would never be back to Foundation Honda for service. And now I will have to fight off repeated requests to "discuss" my disatisfaction...there is nothing to discuss. They screwed up, not just once, but twice and they lost my business.
Unless you have a lot of time and energy to waste on routine maintenance, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for service.
