Way over priced. We looked at new cars here and opted to buy at other dealer for a much lower price. We have gone here for service twice. Once for an oil change - look forever and was very expensive even with a coupon. We called to make an appointment and verified the price. On the phone they said $42 with coupon. When we paid they said $65 even with the coupon. They would not honor the lower price and blamed it on the 3rd party appointment booking service they use. They said they have this problem all the time, but still would not honor the price. I contacted the dealership after and never received a call or response. The second time we look it here was for a low tire pressure light. We had issues with the light coming on since we bought the van. There is no warranty on the tires when you buy a new van which is nuts! They charged us about $30. The staff was friendly and they have a huge waiting area with cookies, water, and coffee. I wish they cut back on the glitz (fish tank, wii, etc) and charged lower prices. The employees were nice, but constantly tried to sell and upsell.

Searching for the right used vehicle can be challenging, but from beginning to end, my car buying experience at Motorcars Honda in Mayfield Heights was tremendously positive. This is the second used Honda I have bought from this location. I explained initially that I was looking for a CR-V within my (rather tight) budget. John McCumber was kind enough to email me options as they came in, with no pressure to deviate outside of what I was looking for, until we found the best fit. John was kind, courteous, attentive and patient, and went above and beyond to make sure that my CR-V was safe and in excellent shape. I am extremely happy with my new car and the service John provided, and will absolutely be referring friends and family to John at Motorcars Honda.

Mike saved me! Well, my car at least. My Honda Element blew an axle on the night before Christmas Eve. I had it towed to Motorcars on the advice of my dad who's a regular customer. It was extra important to get it fixed as I had a birthday trip planned at the end of the week and I live in Columbus. They got the car diagnosed the day after Christmas and had me on the road again by Thursday night with great communication along the way. The bonus was a replacement battery for my less than a year old new one that decided it no longer wanted to hold a charge. And then they washed my road weary car too. Michael Harris is a rockstar. He was super helpful, customer service oriented and even more awesome in person when we picked up the car.

My lease was ending and I was not too impressed with the redesign of the Camry, even though I loved my 2010. I was torn between the Accord, the Altima, and the Sonata. All three are great cars but the thing that sold me was the service I got from Joe Bencivenni. Working with Joe was like working with family. Things he did and said during the experience were truly honest and fair not to mention we shared a lot of good laughs. Joe B put me in a awesome Accord suited to everything I wanted. Three years from now Ill be back and I will be looking for Joe. I am so glad he was there because I did not want to leave the MotorCars family!!

I cannot tell you enough how great the staff at Motorcars is! Especially Brian Zent and Gloria Shirilla. This is my second Honda from Motorcars. The service I received from them was outstanding. They both bent over backwards to make sure I was totally pleased when I left. I was given all the information I requested about the car. I am not easy to please, but I must say they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and I did not feel like I was a bother. Even the finance guy was ready for me and made the experience quick and efficient (sorry do not remember his name) I would highly reccomend this team if you are looking for a car. Thanks Guys!!!!! Oh and also everyone in the showroom was very friendly and positive as well!

I walked through the show room... and not one person offered to help me ...the insurance lady told me to go to the front desk ... he never looked up from the computer.... I would say the new generation should comprehend the FOUNDATION of customer service is based on CONSISTENCY.....COMMUNICATION... and CONSCIOUSNESS.... time is the measurement of events passing.... every time I go there it s Something?? I feel bad for what happened tonight, probably this rating is too generous. I have been with Motorcars Toyota for years and really appreciate their help (they deserve 5 stars). However at Honda today, I was only asking for removing a nail from the tire, and it took me 100 minutes and there were many people came after me and get fixed quickly. One of the service genetalman was giving me different reasons for taking such long with a NOT good attitude, which makes me think that he is just pushing me off. I do appreciate that in the end they did not charge me, probably because I am still in insurance, but they did not gave me good reasons for taking such long. I wanted to be a loyal customer and I like motorcars, but I do not want to go there anymore. Hope my feedback helped you guys and Motorcars.

My wife Kim and I highly recommend you ask for and work with Rich Klimkowski. I like to think we approach shopping for a car deal with diligence. Rich Klimkowski made it easy for us to choose Motorcars again. He saved us money and valuable time. Here's why: Rich is knowledgeable, hard-working and decent. He knows his stuff. It was easier for us because any questions or concern I had, Rich was always reachable or followed up with answers in a timely manner. He truly conducts business as a "customer representative". I'm from NY and staying in the Cleveland area. I came to Foundation Honda on recommendation from my friends and family and boy was I glad I came here!
I was greeted by and taken care of by Fielding Cloud. This gentleman provided excellent customer service and reassurance as I had a very horrible experience at a dealership in NY. He made himself available to me, readily answering any questions I had. At one point I had a question regarding the car and technician Derron Marsh came out to answer my questions. These two gentlemen, Fielding and Derron, were excellent, very knowledgeable in their fields and definitely deserve recognition for their work!

Having visited several dealers, I really began to loathe car shopping. Within minutes of walking through the doors of Motorcars Honda, Mike Mastropietro had my wife and I feeling comfortable. It was nice to finally meet a salesman who didn't need to "spin" a deal to sell us a car, he gave us the car we wanted at a price we couldn't turn down!
I couldn't be happier with my new CR-V and in a year or two when we need another car, our first stop is going to be with Mike at Motorcars Honda.

We're lucky to have such a great place to buy and service cars in Cleveland Heights. Motorcars Honda is convenient and the staff is efficient. Recently I needed service for routine maintenance and was able to get an appointment quickly that fit in my schedule. After the car was done I got a complete rundown on the outcome of the work performed. When I went back to pick up my car the checkout agent Greg Kramer made sure all the paperwork was in order and tirelessly answered all my varied questions. My wife and I really enjoyed the personal warmth Greg added to the event.

Went to sit down with my one year old to watch tv and there was a dog roaming the building which i am allergic to . Pros: Lovely waiting area with coffee and warm cookies.
Cons: Went in for a simple tire change (winter to all-seasons) and was charged much more than originally quoted. It also took 2 hours, when at other places (Midas/NTB) this has taken 20-30 minutes. I really wanted to like the place because it's really a nice facility, but everything was just slow and frustrating.

My saleswomen Ms. Vernell Ivy was a pro, as well as making my wife feel comfortable about her Honda purchase.The entire staff was very friendly. And the cookies..Perfect!! They don't hassle you or make you feel like you have to pay a high car note. Took 2.5 hours to do a tire patch. The team was working very hard but they were overworked and there were way too many clients. The dealership needs to learn to say no to customers when they get booked up instead continuing to take whoever drives their car up. Other wise you end up with around twenty people in the waiting area, some of them dosing off on the couch, waiting hours for their cars. They were so busy that there was nobody to give me updates, I had to chase them around to ask what s going on with my tire. The simple patch cost $40 which is also ridiculous, you can get a patch done for $10 - $20 at other places, so there was little value for money. I still like Honda as a brand but for services and repairs I will likely go elsewhere next time.

I cannot express how extremely pleased I am with my new 2015 Honda Accord and even more pleased with the service I received from Robbie Baughman. I live in the Buffalo area and I called them because they had a used MINI I was interested in. I was put through to Michael Lesko and he checked on it and informed me it was sold. Unfortunately they didn't have any others so we said our goodbyes. The next day Michael called me back to let me know the financing fell through for the other guy, so I asked him to hold the car for me and we hit the road. He told me what items he would need me to bring and I was able to email some of them to him before I even left. I arrived at the dealership around 4:30, he had the car all ready for me to test drive it. While we were waiting on the paperwork he showed us the high tech service department and the very nice customer waiting area. Once all the paperwork was filled out I was on the road around 8:30 that night with my new MINI! Michael & the financing gentleman (I can't remember his name) were very professional and friendly. Michael is very easy to talk to and such a friendly hard working person. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, near or far.
I also have to note that their dealership was really cool. They run a fully automated-style shop and run off of solar power!

Molly J. is absolutely outstanding! We've been working with her since May when we started looking at Honda Odysseys. I originally was planning to buy used and was able to view several models. After reviewing the used models, I decided to ask about new Odysseys. I didn't get any "push" or sales pitches from Molly about looking at new - it was totally my decision. Molly was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with my husband and me. We came back to the dealer several times to test drive various trim levels and review certain features. Molly let me know immediately when 2014's came on the lot and was already able to explain all the upgrades in features. She sold us on the 2014 EX-L and was able to get me the color I wanted within a week! I have already referred friends and family to her - she is now our "car girl'. Can't wait to deal with Motorcars and Molly again!

As a result I think I found the proper car for me at a price that was affordable. Unbelievably horrible service. I brought my vehic...

Unbelievably horrible service. I brought my vehicle in a month ago for service and waited more than two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, when I was initially quoted 1 hr to 1.5 hours maximum. The service representative was unattentive and clearly inexperienced. I completed the online survey reflecting my disatisfaction and afterwards received numerous messages from the service manager requesting I return him call to discuss my experience. I called and spoke with him and he said how important it was to retain my business and that he would send me a voucher for a free oil change. While speaking with him, in an effort to give them a second chance, I scheduled a minor repair (blinker not working) for this past Saturday afternoon. Unbelievably, I waited more than two hours again for what the service representative told me was probably just a bad bulb and a quick fix. I monitored the link to the page that updates the point in service, and my car showed that the work was completed after about 45 minutes. However, it transitioned to " final touches" for over an hour, never progressing to the "ready for pick up" point. There were several other customers in the waiting area, so I didn't necessarily think this was a concern, although it was an excessive wait. Finally, I texted the agent asking why it was taking so long, and did not get a response (he came out and helped another customer and did not acknowledge me). At 4 pm, after 2 hours of waiting, and with the service center closing, I went out to the service bay and asked the other agent about my car, at which point a mechanic was walking by and said "Do you have the Odyssey? That's been done for an hour and a half"!!!! I couldn't believe it. The mechanic then looked at a desk and realized that the paper work had never been picked up, and was left unattended. The service representative who was "helping" me didn't even apologize, simply handed my key to the mechanic and asked him to show me to my car.
I assured everyone present that I would never be back to Foundation Honda for service. And now I will have to fight off repeated requests to "discuss" my disatisfaction...there is nothing to discuss. They screwed up, not just once, but twice and they lost my business.
Unless you have a lot of time and energy to waste on routine maintenance, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for service.

Me and my hubby would like to share our opinion about Motorcar and especially Rich Klimkowski. We had a pleasant experience leasing a Honda Civic. Rich did a wonderful job from start to finish, he understood our financial situation and helped us decide what vehicle is good for us. Very professional and discreet, Rich handled the process within short time- I was amazed that we drove the new car home in the same day. I will recommend Motorcars dealership to my friends and family.

My wife and I first visited Motorcars Honda in May to look at SUV's. Raj was very patient and open about the leasing and financing pro's and con's. We visited I think six or seven times and went from an SUV to a Civic Touring which we leased June 30. Raj never tried to push a car - he let us decide then worked with us. I live in Cleveland Heights so Motorcars is our local dealer. I would not hesitate to recommend Motorcars and Raj particularly to anyone who is looking for a car.

I took my ridge line in for a stability problem bu...

I took my ridge line in for a stability problem but was told I needed new fuel injectors. I wanted to take somewhere else but was told it was not recommended to drive. I relented, because when I purchased the car Motorcars offered a lifetime power train warranty.
But when I brought this up, the service manage said he never has heard of such a warranty. That when foundation took over, Motorcars took all the records and they have no way to find my paper work from my deal. I found the warranty from another Honda I bought and hope to find my copy for my ridge line, but I thought all past motocar Honda customers should know, that Fondation Honda May not honor the warranty.

Went there for a/c recharge work. They told me one price when I made the appointment. But when I was getting my car back adviser tried to over charge by $50. When I ask for the reason he became angry and made me feel like asking for discount. 10 minutes of discussing later he realized that he was wrong. At motorcars, the act like their sh@@t doesn't smell. I can't imagine how many people over paid for the work done to their cars.

Anyone and everyone looking to buy a car needs to consider going through this company no matter where you live. I live in MT and I contacted Sophal Yan about a civic type r they had that I was interested in. After talking back and forth for a bit they sold it to me for sticker price which is incredibly rare for this car, most dealerships will mark them up an easy 5k dollars. Not only did they sell me the car at an incredible deal they even offered to have the car personally delivered to me. Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Sophal Yan is an incredible sales person and I recommend anyone to go through him.

Shaul is a professional, honest, no pressure, super nice guy with a great sense of humor, who seems to really care about his customers. This is the third car we have leased from Shaul and we will return to him next year when our Civic lease ends. There were NO SURPRISES when we were ready to sign the deal with Finance, everything went through just as Shaul had explained. Great Honda Service Center. The people there is friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically, Georgiann, she makes sure that you will be satisfied with the service received, finding a good balance between cost, benefits, and safety.
I have been servicing my Accord over there since 2010, no issues so far, the car is running like silk.
The cost, yes is kind of high, but in line with the average market when it comes to professional certified automotive service.

First time buying a new car and experience couldn't have been better! SO happy with my new Honda Civic.

Brian Zent and Rick Hammer made the process quick and easy for me and were so helpful with any questions I had along the way. Ingrid in finance was also so nice and great at explaining everything as well.

I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed to rush into a decision. They gave me plenty of time to make sure I felt confident in my decision and I couldn't be happier that I chose to go with a car from this dealership.

All the staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive to detail! Would definitely recommend anyone to come here for a vehicle!

She was so considerate that I have a 2 year old kid and she made conversation, great personality and very personable! She is a great rep and you guys should keep her around. Listen, these folks are great, period. From the initial phone inquiry to the test drive, to the actual dealership, to the customer service to delivery. My man, Shaul Janes, I would buy from him and only him (no offense to the other associates). He was just real, and friendly, knowledgeable and if he didn't know something, he was honest and went and found the answer, even if it was a day later. He is not greedy, told me the truth about my questions, very polite, top notch!!! Jim Waterwash was excellent and fast. I was in, out, paperwork was ready. One of the best if not the best car buying experience I have had and I got a great deal on a great ride.

Horrible Communication between front desk and the service department. I made an appointment for a tire a have a warranty for, I pulled up to the service door for my appointment and wasn t asked any questions. The service person put air in my tire and told me to have a good day. After talking to 4 different people and getting to the bottom of why I was there, I still sat for 4 hours for a replacement tire. I was told by the person scheduling person this was going to take an hour...just 1 hour. Horrible experience! The Customer Lounge is the reason for the 1 star. It was nice a comfortable.

Honda Motor Cars prices were great. The people in the building were great. Mr. Lesko was not even my sales rep and spoke with me with genuine interest for at least 20 minutes! However, my buying process was not as smooth.

My wife and I agreed we were pressured to buy. For example these are some of the things we were told by our sales rep (Would rather not name him on the web)

"The price would go up tomorrow."

"You should put money down before you leave, I have to sell this to someone if they ask to drive it while you are gone."

Michael, this car will not be here long.

When we did leave, he made us assure him we would be back in an hour.

He refused to tell us a possible interest rate on our loan. He would not give us a ballpark estimate until we signed a purchase agreement. I called our bank about this, and they agreed it was suspect.

I have read other review about this person including that he gave them roses when they bought their car. Our Honda Odyssey was beautiful and clean, but was empty on fuel and I had to fill it up with gas on the way home. I am still perturbed by that, as it was not the case at dealerships I have worked with in the past.

To fix bumper.After two months later my credit show
shows returned car finance account.It wasn t cancel and look like i am going to hire attorney to settle this issue.I will never buy car at this place they don t take care customers.

If I could move my Honda warranty to another deale...

If I could move my Honda warranty to another dealership I would. I bought my car from Motorcross Honda and Foundation bought them. The lady that was my point of contact did her job to the best of her ability but the constraints that she was under made it difficult.
A rodent chewed my wires and my car wasn t working properly after having my car for a day I got a two quotes. One was for over $2000 and the other was for $660 after speaking with the gentlemen he told me he couldn t guarantee the work if I chose the $660 route and I should do the more expensive option. So I called my insurance company to make the payment and they called me back and said that the work would only be $535 and I should just pay it out of pocket since my deductible was $500 I said ok and went to pick up my car.
Before my car was complete they found another problem with my rear caliber that was under warranty but you can t change a caliber with changing the brakes and that would be an additional $400. I asked them to repair and and to my surprise my car was $1200 dollar. I was furious. The lady tried to explain the difference between insurance hourly rate and customer rate which I understand by my insurance adjuster just told me an hour ago what the rate should be. After going back and forth we settled on $1090 and I went home.
On my way home my tire pressure light comes on no big deal it s been cold and my car was sitting a few days I get out and notice the same tire they took off to replace my caliber was flat again no worries a simple mistake I filled it and was done. Until I wake up the next morning. My tire is completely flat I take it back to Foundation and the young lady says it s going to be $35 dollars I told her I wasn t paying it because my tires were fine when I dropped it off and we didn t do an inspection when you gave it back. She relented and fixed my tire. Long story short don t spend you money fixing or buying a car there s no customer culture here. I felt deceived and they are just like every other car dealership!
