I'm from NY and staying in the Cleveland area. I came to Foundation Honda on recommendation from my friends and family and boy was I glad I came here!
I was greeted by and taken care of by Fielding Cloud. This gentleman provided excellent customer service and reassurance as I had a very horrible experience at a dealership in NY. He made himself available to me, readily answering any questions I had. At one point I had a question regarding the car and technician Derron Marsh came out to answer my questions. These two gentlemen, Fielding and Derron, were excellent, very knowledgeable in their fields and definitely deserve recognition for their work!
