Took 2.5 hours to do a tire patch. The team was working very hard but they were overworked and there were way too many clients. The dealership needs to learn to say no to customers when they get booked up instead continuing to take whoever drives their car up. Other wise you end up with around twenty people in the waiting area, some of them dosing off on the couch, waiting hours for their cars. They were so busy that there was nobody to give me updates, I had to chase them around to ask what s going on with my tire. The simple patch cost $40 which is also ridiculous, you can get a patch done for $10 - $20 at other places, so there was little value for money. I still like Honda as a brand but for services and repairs I will likely go elsewhere next time.
