Horrible Communication between front desk and the ...

Horrible Communication between front desk and the service department. I made an appointment for a tire a have a warranty for, I pulled up to the service door for my appointment and wasn t asked any questions. The service person put air in my tire and told me to have a good day. After talking to 4 different people and getting to the bottom of why I was there, I still sat for 4 hours for a replacement tire. I was told by the person scheduling person this was going to take an hour...just 1 hour. Horrible experience! The Customer Lounge is the reason for the 1 star. It was nice a comfortable.
