We have been using Honda Motorcars for many years now. We have worked with Louis several times. He is wonderful to work with. Always friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to get our car where it needs to be. He is friendly and is exceptional in his knowledge of our car. He seemingly knows just as much if not more than the technicians we have worked with. Five stars all the way around for him. Angela was also very good. She didn't have the fundamental knowledge but was very confident in making sure we left satisfied. She didn't hesitate to have a technician drive the car when requested, she didn't hesitate to take all the time that was needed. Her service is fantastic and she is very nice and patient with any questions. Five stars for her as well.

If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle motorcars honda is the place to go. I shopped around and no one was able to help me or was even willing to help me like motorcars honda. The customer service is beyond excellent Contrell(finance manager) & Chris Daugherty are an amazing team! They made everything so easy and quick. Dont waste your time going anywhere else!

My Service Advisor, Georgiann Perno, has consistently provided exceptional customer service. Over the past two months, my vehicle has displayed random warning signals from the computer diagnostic system. Both Georgiann and the service technician Derron M. took utmost care and showed tremendous patience in diagnosing the issues until finally discovering the cause after four days of trial and error. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and ultimately solving and repairing the computer malfunction which led to additional problems. Georgiann communicated daily updates to me and the expected time for repair while waiting for replacement parts. Georgiann also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I would not be inconvenienced or unable to travel for work.
I want to thank both Georgiann and Derron so very much for a great experience in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle and would highly recommend them to friends requiring service on their cars.

From our first inquiry to driving off the lot, Ken Rainey provided absolutely superb service! He came up with three aquistion alternatives; explained each very throughly; and once we had made our decision the signing process took less than an hour. The 2013 CRV-EX-L features were thoroughly and patiently explained, and we drove off as very happy repeat customers! We heartily recommend Ken to prospective buyers.

I have been getting repeated, unnecessary emails a...

I have been getting repeated, unnecessary emails about getting my car serviced as a checkup. I even called the service department and asked if I really needed to come in if I did not have any service light on, and they said no. I still kept getting emails so I made an appointment.
When I arrived, I was again told by the service team that I did not HAVE to get anything done.
C'ontae Prescott is the one that helped me downstairs. He was wonderful. He explained all my options in full detail, and answered all my questions.
I am extremely annoyed to be getting so many emails about an unnecessary service, and it seems clear that whoever sends those out does not actually communicate with the service department. On the other hand, very happy with the service that I received directly from the service department.

I recently leased my very first brand new car from Robbie Baughman and I could not express my happiness and gratitude enough! The whole process was extremely easy and I drove away in a new, 2015 Honda Civic. Robbie and his sister made this experience so enjoyable and special for me. I could not be happier, I highly recommend going through them and this dealership. I love my new car so much, but already look forward to my next one and I will be sure to use Motorcars Honda on Mayfield Road, especially if Robbie Baughman is still there :)

I had a great experience at Motorcars Honda yesterday when I took my car for an oil change. I had contacted Bob Washell earlier regarding some dissatisfaction over long wait periods at the service center. He was very understanding and was prompt at answering my mail apologizing. I took my other car the next day and he directed me to Georgiann who was more than happy to help me and expedited the whole process. I was out in less than 40 minutes.
Thankyou Bob and Georgiann for helping make the whole experience a good one!
By the way the new waiting lounge is excellent!!

A couple of weeks ago I was in for service on my 2007 Accord, and I have been considering a new car. One of the sales staff Ken Rainey began discussing a replacement for my current Honda. He was extremely courteous and very low key, which I like in a sales staff member. He gave me a price and estimated my trade in, and gave me a written proposal.
I contacted him a couple of weeks later, and I made an appointment of Monday April 29. He was very helpful, on that Monday Morning, as I had a limited amount of time as I had to be at my work by 1:00PM. Ken made every effort to get all of the paperwork done, so I was able to drive my new 2013 Accord to work. He also arrange an appointment to install the Moonroof Visor and Mud Flaps on Friday my day off, which I appreciated as I did not want these items to be installed in a rush.
Ken was a great salesperson, knowledgable about Honda products, and made the purchase of my seventh Honda since 1980, one of the best sales experiences I have had in the over 40 years I have been buying cars.

Recently went for an oil change and had an incredibly great experience. The new waiting lounge is very welcoming and Brandon (night service advisor) went above and beyond. He even offered to arrange for food delivery when I mentioned I was getting hungry! I got work done while I waited and all in all had a much smoother evening than anticipated. Thank you!

What a great dealership. We showed up at 730 and the crew stayed until 10 getting us set up with a car. They were super flexible and gave us pretty much everything we asked for. The warranty they're offering is unheard of where I have shopped before. Definitely happy with our time here and will go back more than likely.
The kids even loved the trip with their downstairs kid zone, pretty nice place.

We sincerely regret buying our SUV from this delearship. From the awful sales experience to the double to triple wait times and highly inflated interest rates they pitched us - we will NEVER be back. The sales people we dealt with were totally disorganized and EXTREMELY unprofessional. We gave management the opportunity to make things right and they failed miserably. If you re a woman or foreigner (our sales person s word not mine) especially - steer clear of this place.

Today me and my lady was in Motorcars Honda and received I mean "Great" service from a nice young lady by the name Stephanie Talbot! I mean we couldn't ask for better service and help! This young lady has put me in a different frame of mind of Honda services! If I have to visit again for any reason, she is the employee I want to help me! I can't say enough about her because I am still astonished with all the questions and information she helped us with! Hey I say she should be a person in charge there because of her skill to help you with what you need and the level of explaining to you what you ask and need to know. I could go on about this wonderful young lady, but I just want to get my point across that this service at Honda has been great! There was one other that has also made this visit wonderful, John Karides. He has shown us nothing but good hospitality and good service, and I am in awe of the compensation he has giving us for our time! Thank You Motorcars Honda! I shall RETURN!

I'm not a customer of Motorcars, I'm not even from Clevland. I'm visiting my daughter in Shaker Heights who suggested I use their Premium Membership even though I have a 2007 Mercedes. What a great suggestion! Last night I had a late appointment and was greeted by Brandon Baker,, Night Shift Advisor. What a wonderful greeting. Brandon was very attentive to what I said and
genuinely assured me my long "letter of request" would be not only read by the technician but followed. "Mark, the Service Technician, even called me later to suggest a change to my note - he was very knowledgeable even though not working on a Honda which was very reassuring! Brandon and Mark were so kind and thoughtful I made them promise to open a dealership in Chicago - but only if they came too! And the Meredes runs beautifully! Thank you, Brandon and Mark!!

Shaul Janes was great. He was very responsive to my questions and not at all pushy! We came in for information about turning in a leased car early and getting another car. While I'm not sure if we will do it, he treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot, and not wasting his time at all. If we don't do this now, we will definitely be back when our lease is up.

I have had such a great experience with Motorcars Honda for the 12 years I've owned my Odyssey, as well as 2 car leases, that it takes the anxiety out of car shopping, leasing and maintenance.

I went to Foundation Honda to purchase my new car. First I ll say that, they do make you feel welcome. Going in I was a little over the edge because of my past experiences purchasing vehicles. The team there really do a great job! Every question I asked, was answered. Everything that I wanted, they made sure I got it. I had a few bumps on my part financially and I still got what I wanted. I went to Motorcars for tire alignment and also some noise underneath my car, Stephanie Talbot (one of the service consultant) was very friendly and helpful, she really pay attention when I am describing the problem I found on my car, and wrote a very detailed paperwork for the technician to follow up. Once they diagnosed the problem, Stephanie called me right away, and tell me what needs to be done, quoted me 45 minutes to get the job done, instead, they managed to fix my problem within 30 minutes (nice!) When I go pick up my car, she explained to me what's been fixed, and gave me some free car wash coupon across the street, knowing that I owned a white car, and also realize that I am a clean freak =)

This will be my go-to service center if I ever need to get anything fix on my car. Thank you Stephanie!!

I've been bringing my cars to Motorcars for service for over 20 years. I'm a Honda loyalist, driving my cars 14 years each. With my most recent car, it was turning 14 and I felt it was time to go ahead and look at replacing it. Motorcars has always taken great care of me and my cars on the service side, so naturally, they'd get the first opportunity to earn my business. I started researching online and asked for a quote. I was contacted immediately and had a couple of good conversations with Rich about what I was looking for and my timeline. Rich Klimkowski made the process very easy, gave me a fair price on the car I was trading in and a great price on the car I was purchasing. With everyone I worked with (from sales and finance), I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Motorcars to anyone for either service or sales.

I brought my car into Motorcars Honda for some belated routine maintenance, and thanks to Andre in the service department, my visit was quick and pleasant. He took the time to review my car's maintenance needs, explained what should be done now (OK, so I was a little behind schedule on a few things!), what could wait, and then did everything to make my experience cost efficient. He told me exactly how long it would take, gave my car a thorough look-over, and advised me on future needs. It's so nice to know there's a service department that treats you like a person and not just another routine plug-in diagnostic. Thanks again Andre.

The Honda service team welcomed me to the garage, having arrived on time. My scheduled service was finished ahead of time, and I was offered coffee, television, and a clean waiting room. After I was directed to the cashier/receptionist, I was provided a free car wash and additional information for later visits. Also, as a courtesy, I was asked if I needed anything else, and my license plate was fully secured. The global Honda Network provides if I need further maintenance!

I had a service appointment at Motorcars Honda and when I pulled into the service area I was greeted right away by a very nice young lady (porter) who told me what to do. I then went into the service department and within a matter a minutes I was at the desk going over the reason I was there and out the door with my rental for the day and on my way to work. I was impressed!! Later that day I received a call from a gentleman named Adam Henton to let me know my car was done. I then at that time spoke with him about a matter I was not unhappy about from the purchase of my CRV. Adam was very tentative and professional and told me he would see what he could do. Adam called me back just a short time later with a resolution I was very pleased with. I wanted to write this review only because I wanted acknowledgement for that young man because out of all the different service departments I have been to, he was absolutely the best, most kind, most considerate most professional service person I have ever dealt with. Thank You to Adam first and foremost and also to the rest of Motorcars Honda Service Dept for making my first experience a VERY GOOD one!!

On July 6, 2015, I experienced a problem with my navi system in my 2013 Accord Coupe. It cut out while I was driving on the highway causing me a bit of concern. After calling the service department, I finally got it into the dealership at about 6:00 PM.

Mr. Brandon Baker, a night services advisor took care of me. I have to say that he was most through in his assessment of my problem and assured me that he would call me at 8:30 PM to tell me about it. Well, he did call at 8:30 PM and was very pleasant and professional. He told me what the problem was, (my radar detector caused a short) and how it was fixed. My car was completed and back to normal within 3 hours! A record time considering that the service department was busy.

I can't say enough about Mr.Baker. He is thorough, professional, true to his word and extremely personable to deal with. If you have to take your car in after "normal" hours, do see Mr. Baker. He is a terrific Service Advisor and a man of his word.

Thank you, Motorcars for hiring him. That's why I am a long time customer and will continue to be.

I'm so pleased that I purchased a car through Motorcars and that I use them for my service needs. Went in last night for an oil change and replacement of a tire pressure sensor. Stephanie Talbo John, and Tony were fantastic. They listened to my issue with the sensor, then went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. I won't even think about taking my car anywhere else! Thanks again for your help, Motorcars team!

Stephanie Talbot provided excellent service during my visit to the service department!
This was my first visit to Motorcars Honda and it will not be my last! I I truly appreciate the late service hours. I had an appointment for 7 PM. On arrival I was greeted warmly by Stephanie. All I needed was an oil change. She told me exactly what services would be performed, how long it would take, and what the cost would be. Stephanie periodically informed me of how the servicing of my vehicle was going. My experience in the customer waiting room was wonderful! Free Wi-Fi, coffee, soft drinks and snacks. I was very comfortable! There was a slight delay in the servicing of my vehicle. Therefore, Stephanie did not charge me for the services rendered. This proved to me that Stephanie wanted me to be a customer for life! And I will be!

I purchased a used car recently with the help of Vernell Ivy. She was extremely helpful and she took the time to answer all of my questions. There was not one time where I felt like she or any other member of the Motorcars team was being pushy or just trying to sell me a car to get me out of the door, but rather they were just trying to make sure I was making the right decision. The manager was up front and honest about the price which I really liked as well. I would refer Vernell and the rest of her team to anyone looking to make a car purchase, especially if you don't want to feel hassled or pushed into making the wrong decision. They took their time, made me feel comfortable, and I really feel like a made the right decision after buying from Motorcars Honda and working with Vernell!

It was a very pleasant buying experience! I was literally stressing over the idea of having to purchase a car. The whole idea of looking, test driving, and talking to different dealers was something I didn't want to do. Michael Lesko made my experience stress free and enjoyable. He provided excellent customer service! I knew I wanted an used SUV, and I found the perfect one, a 2012 CRV !! There was no pressure to buy and it was a very friendly atmosphere. service adviser is Jay.
They Don't do any service and charge money from customers, Honda had sold me a Vibrator which is 2015 Honda CR-V, I had taken out a printed recall or repair form for fixing this vibrator to them which they don't honor.
They service technicians are not trained and they don't know basics of how to mount a wheel on to a car.
Will never recommend this dealer ship to any one.

I ve had numerous work done here and every single time it is just awful service. Had transmission work done and it was an aweful experience. Someone got fired throughout the process, had a warranty claim done and they never got back to me after a month to only tell me it wasn t approved. Aweful service. The facility is just about the only nice attribute to the dealership. Take your business somewhere else. Please

I worked with Bill Toth whom I had met at the Auto Show in 2014. We talked about two or three different models and some months later finally I decided on the Honda Odyssey EXL. He was very knowledgeable on the car and answered questions directly. I probably made it easy for him because in the end I knew what model I wanted and all he had to do was tell me about the features which he did very well. I recently had an excellent and phenomenal experience with Motorcars of Cleveland Heights. I waited a while to write my review to be sure and levelheaded, and after a week I cannot wait any longer. I just thought if you are reading this review, you should know that Motorcars of Cleveland Heights is a rare jewel cluster of car sales. Brian Rapopport provides customer care that is out of this world. Sincerely, his knowledge, kindness, and professionalism are seemingly never ending, along with Frank Waite just as well. These special people are a real asset to any business. Ryan, Trevor, Mike, Kevin(honda), and Keith(in service) have also bestowed stellar customer care during the exciting yet stressful time (acquiring a great vehicle). Anyone who treats customers with so much kindness and respect is a rare jewel himself, and truly gives Motorcars an edge over the competition. I bought my 2006 Civic coupe from Rick Case Honda ...

I bought my 2006 Civic coupe from Rick Case Honda in Cleveland about six years ago, and had a great experience there at the time. So when my wife and I found out we were having a baby, I knew I would need a bigger car with four doors. I went back to Rick Case Honda for an appraisal on my Civic, just to see what the trade value would be, not looking to buy. My experience was very different than it was in 2010, and in spite of me making it very clear that I had no intention of buying or even beginning to look that day, everyone I spoke with seemed interested in trying to sell to me while I was there.

So I decided to go to Motorcars Honda, where both my father and brother bought their last cars. I met with Vernell Ivy, and explained the same situation to her: that I was not interested in buying yet, and was only looking to find out how much my car was worth so I had a starting point. She was the exact opposite of the sales reps at Rick Case. She waited with me while my car was being appraised, and simply had normal conversation with me. She waited for me to begin talking about my situation and why I was beginning this process, and offered to answer any questions I might have, without trying to talk me into buying anything while I was there that day.

From there, I had a few email conversations with her, and decided to come back to test drive a few vehicles. I was debating between a 2016 Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (Motorcars Toyota is right across the street, so she was able to help with both). I am a researcher, which means that I don't make any big decisions without thoroughly investigating and asking a ton of questions. Not only did Vernell answer all my questions through several weeks worth of back and forth emails, but she was always very quick to respond, and never seemed irritated or pushy.

I ended up leasing the 2016 CR-V, and Vernell was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was nice to find someone who actually listened to what I was looking for, and didn't try to talk me into a sale I didn't want. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone who is looking for a new car.

When I bought my CRV a few years ago, my choice of dealership was largely based on my expectations for the service department. I put a lot of miles on my vehicles and depend upon their reliability and good service. I was intrigued by the reputation of Motorcars Honda's service department and its incredibly convenient service hours. I am glad to report that my expectations have been more than met, and where I buy my next vehicle is an easy decision thanks to the Motorcars service department.

My most recent service experience was exemplary. The first hot spell led me to discover my air conditioner was malfunctioning. Georgiann Perno, who has provided me with excellent customer service on many previous occasions, handled my service appointment swiftly and expertly on a busy Saturday afternoon. Fully expecting that my repair would not be completed in the short period I had available that afternoon, I was not surprised to learn that a part had to be obtained to complete the repair. Georgiann, on her own initiative, arranged the use of a car for me for the remainder of the weekend.

Unfortunately, on the way home a hole in the street caused a puncture in the sidewall of a tire on the car I was given. On Sunday morning, I returned to Motorcars and said I would take responsibility for replacing that tire. Stephanie Talbot, the service advisor on duty that morning, made sure a replacement tire was in stock and then informed me that because I have been such a good customer, I would not have to pay for the cost of the tire, only for the balancing if I thought that was fair. More than fair, I'd say! Stephanie had the tire replaced and me on my way in what must have been record time.

My air conditioner repair was completed on time and at the estimate I had been given.
Thanks to Georgiann, Stephanie and Motorcars Honda for another example of great customer service.

This was my first time going to a Honda Dealership and I must say the sales service from Ken Rainey was absolutely outstanding. This by far was the smoothest deal for a car I have ever done. Ken's hospitality and knowledge of the vehicle was great. I would recommend MotorCars Honda to any of my friends.

I've never had such a more satisfying experience buying my Honda Pilot than I did with Vernell Ivy at Motorcars Honda, she made the whole process so easy. We've been to many car dealerships and they were very pushing, but Vernell was just the opposite. It was refreshing to look at a car and not feel the pressure to buy it.
I would definitely come back and buy another car from her in the future and I will highly recommend that you ask for her because you will get top notch service.

After filling out a form for more info, Michael Mastropietro called back very soon to discuss the car, our situation and get the process started. Changing my rating from 2 to 1.

The service at this facility seems to have taken a real nose dive over the past year. As a customer of MC in the heights This is a real disappointment.

A few service team members have carried forward that great car side manner that had been a hallmark of Motorcars over the years. But I ve had a number of interactions with people meeting me in the bays as I arrived who seemingly couldn t have cared less about me as a customer. Mostly exhibited by the younger kids working intake.

When I call in, I m sent from prompt to prompt to prompt, answering questions about myself as a customer, only to be asked again by the potentially eventual human I speak with after the prompts maze.

During a recent service visit, it took me 30 minutes of phone calls, navigating through call prompts, being transferred and dropped to a dead line before I finally just gave up and started hammering the operator option in the call prompts to finally get someone that actually helped me. Insane.

It s strange to me how, with all of the amazing tech that s been integrated with my historically favorite facility, the staff seems less informed and less connected than they d been in the past.

I remember Chuck frequently walking through service to talk to employees and customers to make sure there was a great experience. That was amazing, but those days and that customer experience behavior seem to be gone.

The shuttle drivers are really nice, as are a couple of service advisors. But they are now the minority, sadly.

I hope you guys make real effort improve in these areas. If not, I ll sadly be looking elsewhere for service.

He went over all the features and we compared all the models online with him before we chose our #1 vehicle and then took it for a test drive. The showroom is clean, salesman are professional and not pushy, it was a great experience. I will recommend them going forward.

A couple of months ago I was looking for a Honda minivan for my wife at Honda Motorcars. As I was walking around the showroom I was approached by a nice gentleman named Shaul Janes. Shual took all the time in the world to find the minivan I was searching for. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My wife loved the minivan he found for us!!!
He was very patient and found answers for all of our questions without any pressure. A specific example about Shaul's courtesy was that the minivan needed some service done and without hesitating Shaul helped out setting the date, time and even took care of a loaner for a couple of days.
We would be happy to buy our next car from him or to refer others to him.

I went specifically to Motorcars Honda because of all their good reviews, and I really wish I could give them 5 stars. I did end up buying a car with which I am fairly satisfied, but not without some difficulties along the way. Here are the pros and cons:

Pros
1) Sales associates are super friendly, nice, and go out of their way to help you.
2) You don't feel pressured or pushed towards making a decision
3) Wide enough selection of cars that I felt like I had something to choose from.
4) I feel like a got a fairly good deal on the car I bought.

Cons
1) Within a week or so after I bought my car, the alternator gave out in the middle of traffic. Not necessarily Motorcars' fault, but not a great start. Also, they told me they had checked over everything (brakes, oil change, etc) and when I pulled the battery out to check it after the alternator incident, I discovered it was almost eight years old and corroded. Would have been nice if they'd checked that when they checked everything else.
2) It took over two months and several phone calls to get the title. However, when I finally did get it they had paid for my plates and sent them to me as well.
3) I bought a warranty when I bought the car and was supposed to get the information booklet and card in the mail. It's been about 5 months and I still haven't gotten it. The warranty isn't thru Motorcars so it isn't exactly their fault, it's just one more frustration.

Just a few of my impressions. Based on everyone else's reviews I think this is a good business and I just happened to have a somewhat frustrating experience.

At first, i went to Rick Case Honda and bought my 2009 Accord Coup. Unfortunately, half a year later, i had an accident and my car was badly damaged and i decided to have it replaced. I visited RC, but left unsatisfied with their overpriced rates. Couple days later i stumbled upon Motorcars while visiting my grand parents and long story short, i left that day with a 2013 Accord Coup. The person who made this happen, was James Petitt. I've spent a lot of times with different sales people and work in a similar industry myself, but dealing with James was the most pleasant experience i ever had when buying a car. He knows the cars, he knows the deal and he won't rip you off, not but too much at least. I had my ex-wrecked car traded in for much more than anticipated and the new one was both worth it and affordable.
