On July 6, 2015, I experienced a problem with my navi system in my 2013 Accord Coupe. It cut out while I was driving on the highway causing me a bit of concern. After calling the service department, I finally got it into the dealership at about 6:00 PM.

Mr. Brandon Baker, a night services advisor took care of me. I have to say that he was most through in his assessment of my problem and assured me that he would call me at 8:30 PM to tell me about it. Well, he did call at 8:30 PM and was very pleasant and professional. He told me what the problem was, (my radar detector caused a short) and how it was fixed. My car was completed and back to normal within 3 hours! A record time considering that the service department was busy.

I can't say enough about Mr.Baker. He is thorough, professional, true to his word and extremely personable to deal with. If you have to take your car in after "normal" hours, do see Mr. Baker. He is a terrific Service Advisor and a man of his word.

Thank you, Motorcars for hiring him. That's why I am a long time customer and will continue to be.
