Way higher priced than competitors and quite duplicitous. They sold us 4 new tires with a "free rotation for life" and then claimed that no such offer was possible, even when presented with the original advertisement. A sign on the street claimed a $19.95 oil change and yet none of the service techs believed me until they went and looked at it. You'll get free cookies and coffee, but expect to be swindled. We saved almost $1000.00 by shopping around for the 105k service.

I recently worked with Michael to negotiate the purchase of a new 2013 Honda Accord LX. Although it took a while, he was very patient & we eventually arrived at a mutually agreeable price. I recommend obtaining internet quotes in advance. I worked with Molly when we picked up the car. She was also very helpful & friendly. I am a fan of both Hondas & Toyotas, so this dealership is definitely a good resource for those living in the area. I'll also add that as a woman negotiating on my own, I felt that the entire process went smoothly & I was treated with respect.

Definitely the best new car buying experience I've ever had. Initial internet quote was extremely competitive. James, the Internet sales specialist was helpful but not pushy. They found the exact color and model I wanted. Financing through Honda financial was easy and the finance folks were very helpful. The experience was painless, nobody was pushy, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want (brief conversation about extended warranty but when I said no that was the end of it). A good experience all around at Motorcars Honda.

He was down to earth and knew what I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Before I met Adam I though all car salesmen were the same, but he proved me wrong. If you want a smooth car buying experience I would not only suggest going to Motorcars Honda, but to directly seek out Adam.

My wife, Mary Ann and I, would like to sing the praises of Michael Lesko, Portfolio and Customer Service Manager, at Motorcars Honda in Cleveland Heights. We have been loyal customers of the Motorcars Honda for many years and when my 1997 Honda CR-V came to a halt after 243,830 miles (it was the transmission), it was time to get another CR-V. We were introduced to Michael Lesko by one of the service managers and from that moment we knew we were in not just good hands but GREAT HANDS.

Michael is a great professional who knows how to work very well with people. He has outstanding customer service skills. He has incredible PEOPLE SKILLS and this is really very important. As a result of his personal interest in our needs in terms of a new car, he made it possible for us to drive away in a new 2014 Honda CR-V EX! It's been a while (1997) since I had a new car and I'm loving it. Thanks, Michael, for everything! I really did not even think of going to another Honda dealer after the many years of not just excellent service for both of our Hondas but for the friendship of the many people who are part of the Motorcars Honda team!!!

My husband and I have bought or leased nine cars from Motorcars over the years. When we went there a few weeks ago to lease our latest Honda CRV, we again worked with Marcus Capps, the best car-sales-and-leasing specialist in the business and one of our favorite people. Marcus isn't just knowledgeable, genial, reasonable and kind, though these would be remarkable characteristics to find in anyone. Marcus is also unique among the many automobile-business people we've dealt with around the nation because he possesses a quiet dignity that conveys respect for himself and respect for his customers. This wonderful quality, combined with his great intelligence and sense of humor, makes our visits to Motorcars events to be looked forward to with pleasure. We know we can count on Marcus to make us feel appreciated and at home, to answer all our questions, to try everything he can to make sure we get the car we want and the best deal possible, and to make the experience a delight. How often do you hear that about a car salesman? To say I recommend him highly is an understatement. You simply won't find anyone better anywhere.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I came into the dealership yesterday, November 21, 2019 around 5:15PM to look at a Honda HR-V. However, I was very disappointed in the sales representative that was helping me. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name and he never gave me a business card but, I remember him saying he was the Internet Sales Manager. Anyways, I've leased my last 2 cars from Honda (although purchased from a different dealership) so, ideally I would have loved to stay with Honda but, the sales representative was not willing to work with me and kept telling me how tired he was and how he was ready to go home. I had advised him that I went to look at a Hyundai that was slightly more expensive and they gave me a better deal then what he offered and asked again if there was anything he could do. He blatantly told me that I am better off getting a Hyundai and started highlighting the aspects of the Hyundai that was better than Honda and said it was a better deal and I should just go with them. Needless to say, as walking out the dealership I called up Hyundai and let them know I was ready to move forward. Again, I am just highly upset with the experience because I expected more from Honda as I have ALWAYS had great experiences with them up until yesterday.

I currently have a 2008 Honda CR-V that has been working great for me, so I decided to some research on Honda Dealers because the brand is so reliable. During my search, I came across Foundation Honda and after looking on their Facebook page, I was very impressed by the promotions and great deals that they have to offer. The videos featuring the young lady by name of Kayla, are very entertaining and they always keep their page updated with the newest information. I can t wait to go in to find out what deals they have to offer me. Hopefully I ll win one of those prizes :)

The service at motorcars is exceptional. The staff there is friendly and very helpful if you are in a jamb. I had a tire blowout near motorcars on the way into work. They were able to squeeze me in for service and get me on the road in about an hour without an appointment. I have not used there service dept in the past but after todays visit, they have a customer for life.

Steve really took time to explain what each item was in the financing and purchase documents. I've had great service here in the past, and look forward to the same excellent service in the future.

NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN! Bought my lease out and financed my car on 9/3 and it is 10/6 and the lease still hasn't been paid off and I am showing past due because they can't get their act together. No one can give me an answer and no one is of any help. The general manager is only available by email and won't take phone calls. They care more about getting good reviews and followers on their pages than they care about giving proper customer service. Go to a different Honda dealer. There are plenty in the greater Cleveland area that I am sure would be more helpful.

Just got a Honda CRV certified pre-owned from Charlie and Lawrence. They were extremely helpful. Excellent pricing, straightforward process and very pleasant customer service. We were able to do a one-stop shopping and closed the deal within a few hours from stepping into the dealership's door. Highly recommend it! New ownership team is doing an excellent job!

Michael Lesko took time to help me and my husband find the best option for our family. We needed a vehicle that would accommodate our busy life with three toddlers. Michael took the time to listen to our needs and researched several options so we could effectively and efficiently choose a vehicle that would fit our needs. He even came in on his day off to meet with us since it was the only time we had childcare. I strongly recommend him and Motorcars; the entire process was seamless.

I was anxious about going to car dealerships until I purchased a car from Motorcars Honda. My experience at this dealership was close to "outstanding" and I would recommend Vernell Ivy (sales and leasing consultant) to everyone interested. She's professional, helpful, extremely pleasant and well-informed and " no pressure selling". I also feel that I should taken a friend along with me to the finance guys at the dealership as with the adrenaline rush I brought some packages which I regret. Overall I am glad that I went there and would not consider buying a car anywhere else.

ANGIE was Fabulous! My alternator failed and I needed a tow. WHILE I was waiting for the tow truck, I called Angie to let her know I was being towed in. She had the valet waiting for me, and Angie made it very easy to transfer my children's car seats and other possessions to the loaner car she arranged for me. She kept in constant communication with me about my repair issues, and the timing of the repair. This made it possible for me to arrange my day more productively and diminish the stress that is associated with pop-up car emergencies... thank you so much Angie for making what is often a stressful situation much more pleasant. :)

I felt totally at home when I went into the dealership. The Sales Manager and the Salesman were so kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and worked with me to be able to lease a Civic . I have had Civics and a FIT in the past, but this, by far, was the easiest of transactions. I am so grateful to Joe Bencivenni and Ben Molnar for their patience and their quality service !!

From the first phone contact, to completing the paperwork, the test drive, and the final handover, Rich was knowledgeable and accommodating. I honestly had no intentions of purchasing a new car. Unfortunately the car I was driving gave me no other option. My parents visited Michael first to do some preliminary work on my behalf (actually unbeknownst to me!) and he made the entire process a breeze. They presented him with a budget and an idea of what we were looking for and he gave them a list with some great options. Of course the car I decided I liked best had just come into the dealership and was not scheduled to be ready to show for another five days or so. I was planning on going the next night with my parents to see what they'd found. Michael had that car ready to go by the time I got there (approx 24 hours later) and worked out a very fair deal for us. There was still one item that needed to be addressed and by the time I had the car he had a service scheduled for a few days later and even picked it up at my job and left me with a loaner. Michael basically dropped everything he was doing and gave us his undivided attention over a two day period. He handled everything in the most professional manner, but with a great sense of humor! He made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I am grateful for my experience with Michael and I LOVE my car!!! I would absolutely recommend him to my friends!

Have had a great experience with Motorcars Honda and the service department there. Melissa Evans was the point person who I dealt with and she kept me posted on how my 2016 Civic was doing as I had damaged the front right end and blown the tire and warped the rim. Though I did not damage the suspension of the car I had put the wheels out of alignment so that needed to be done as well. All weekend Melissa kept me informed on how my car was doing and what repairs needed to be made. Melissa Evans is a gem of an employee please keep her, she is a great team leader. William Moore

I highly recommend Motorcars to everyone I know. I have never had a bad experience with their salespeople or the service center in the 10+ years that I've been going there. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. I have worked with Brian Zent and Burt Weiss for the past 5 years and have had nothing but terrific experiences. Most recently, I worked with Rich Klimkowski, a newer member of the team, as well as Brian and Burt. Rich was a great addition and has the same mindset as the others. They took care of me (and my five-year old son) from start to finish, ensuring that the car-buying process was as easy as possible. Motorcars Honda definitely has it all: awesome service, great cars, and excellent prices. I ll keep going back for many, many years.

I have dealt with Motorcars Honda for several years. Have bought several cars from them. Their service department is great, especially Georgianna. She is the sweetest person and always smiling and happy. I have no complaints except one. The tire pressure light keeps coming on and they can't seem to get it fixed. Not a big deal but very annoying. Other than that they're the best and I'll be getting another car there next year.

We bought a new Odyssey. The door would catch on front quarter panel. Took it in to be fixed. They fixed the door sticking but only touched up the paint chips with the pen. Paint job was all bumpy....not acceptable. They ordered us a new van. This one has a terrible rattle coming from wheels/brakes...Took it in once but problem persisted. Took it in a second time and was told it's a problem with the Odyssey and Honda does not have any fix for it. So, I was told when they come up with a fix, they will contact me. 32000.00 for a (2nd van in 6 weeks)problem van that they have no fix for. Not acceptable....not happy

Professional, courteous and patient with all of my questions. My salesperson and his manager also did not try to "hard sell" me on cars and/or options I didn't want. I had a very specific budget in mind and what I absolutely needed from my new vehicle; they were respectful of my requirements and limits. We have bought cars from Motorcars in the past and now I have a new vehicle from them as of yesterday. Could not be more pleased!

Updating my original review from 1 to 5 stars because Foundation Honda did what little others do, and reached out when they wronged me, and made it right. Long story short, I had gone in to buy a vehicle, which they sold and didn t tell me until I arrived, after promising not to waste my time and treat me wrong. I appreciate that they took my review and opinion seriously, and appear to be fixing prior policies to not cause bad service to others. Thank you Foundation Honda, I appreciate working with you this time, especially Wendy and Charles, I love my new Honda Civic, and hope this dealership continues to show customers they care to improve like they showed me.

Note: they even went to far as hand delivering me something I left in my trade in to my house!

If you are going to buy a brand new car at Motorcars Honda, you must inspect it very carefully as you do it for a USED one.

Recently, I have a bad experience with it. When I opened hood at home, I was so shocked due to DAMAGED and repaired condition.

When I made a claim it, Motorcars tossed this problem to Honda Motor Company. No apology, no my salesman, no paying attention.

If making "customers for life" is truly the goal of your organization, then you need to find more men like John McCumber. If first impressions count for anything -- and they do, then John immediately struck me as a man of honesty and integrity. A gentleman, and a gentle man. He took the time to show (and test drive) a Civic, a CRV, and an Accord, even though our initial contact had been with another sales associate, and our purchase would be credited to that associate. A true team player!
Long story short: we purchased an Accord. But, get this -- we bought an Accord from Motorcars in 2002, and a Rav 4 from Motorcars in 2006, but this is the first time there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers in the car when we came to take delivery (we had mentioned that this was going to be "Libby's" Honda). A very thoughtful gesture that my wife loved!
I believe that God directs our steps, and that he brings us into contact with others for good reasons. Does that hold with buying and selling automobiles? Why wouldn't it? I want to thank John, and wish him the best of success in everything he undertakes.

Knowledgeable, friendly, he was handling what seemed like 20 people, but made me feel like I was his only priority, nicely done. A little out of the way but will definitely will be servicing here from now on.

Flatscreen t.v.s - free cookies and coffee in the customer waiting lounges. They explained what the were the problem was, cost, etc., very well. It was a great experience.

First off I want to give a big shout out to Rich Klimkowski salesman at Motorcars Honda. He was fantastic to put it lightly. I ve purchased way to many new cars in my 43 years of age to count and he was by far the best salesman I ve worked with. He made my mental breakdown of buying a minivan as enjoyable as possible. He was always ready to answer any and all questions even on his day off. If you want to buy a new Honda then skip to the front of the line and seek out Rich Klimkowski for your Honda buying needs. He worked his A## off to make sure I got the best deal. In fact they destroyed 3 other Honda dealers by thousands. No joke. Plus he has a comfortable office where no high pressure salesman ship is allowed past his door. He is also a great listener as I sat on his couch he had in his office and asked him questions as if I was visiting a theropist to help with my decision of buying a minivan. In all fairness I really like the Odyessy. So if you re in the market to buy a Honda then run don t walk to see Rich Klimkowski. Don t work with anyone else.

'Alyssa' is the worst Repair Represtative that I've ever come across. She performs with some sort of repressed anger. My sister calls it 'Nasty Nice'. The Honda Rep says the right words in the correct order, however with disdain. I'll never go back there.

They informed me I could use a courtesy car for a recall service appointment. I arrived depending on the the offer. Only to be told a car wasn't available. Never offering me a ride home via their Courtesy Ride Service, nor even offering me access to the bicycles. Nope. Never going back.

I would give them a minus five stars!
I leased a honda from Motorcars and had a nice experience. I ended up subleasing my car to a friend. At the end of the lease he scheduled two separate appointments for an end of lease inspection and both times inspector didn't show up! He turned the car into the dealership thinking all was fine and I received a bill for $2900.00. They were charging for excess wear and tear. When i leased the car I also purchased the "refresh care" which was supposed to take care of all dings, scratches etc and refresh the car like new! When I called to ask about servicing it Honda told me the car had already been sold and we have to pay the bill! I was notified after the car had already been sold with no course of action! IU have left numerous messages for the controller and store manager without even a phone call! I will gladly remove this review once this is handled appropriately!

Best experience ever! If Motorcars Honda doesn't have what you're looking for, ask them to get it because you WANT to buy from them. Everyone we spoke to was kind and capable, but Raj is the best;) This dealership offers so many things that you can't get anywhere else. Nitrogen instead of air in the tires, a blinking 3rd brake light to deter rear end collisions, and a LIFETIME powertrain warranty as well as a super inexpensive additional warranty that covers everything else until our car is over 100,000 miles!! And there's a surprise ending... get your vehicle here to find out what it is! It's worth the drive.

This was the first time I ve ever purchased a car for myself, and Motorcars Honda went above and beyond to make this experience simple, straightforward, honest, thorough and fun! I primarily worked with Brian Zent and Debbie. I traded my Mazda RX-8 and used the money or a down payment on a 2014 Honda Accord. I feel that Honda provided me with a fair trade-in price for my car. Also, I mentioned to Brian the features important to me and the price ranges I wanted to stay within and he arranged a test drive that was easy and effortless with Debbie. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicles and was pleasant to have as a passenger. Being that this is the first car I am leasing and that I am new to Ohio, Debbie has been a great help in providing me with guidance necessary to obtain the documentation for my car plates. This was not expected of her, but she occasionally checks in on me to make sure I am enjoying my car and to see if there is anything else she can help me with.

It has been about two months since I received my Honda and I am absolutely enjoying my car. The team was great to work with and they have earned my trust; I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I was mostly happy with my experience this time. I ve worked with Joe for years and always appreciate his help. Ben is new and learning the ropes. I think he tried his best, but I ended up being there for four hours which probably wasn t necessary. I had the same issue the last time I had a car serviced there. I hope that MCH continues to offer the same great service that they have for in the past. I do trust them and I think I got a great deal on this new lease car. Overall, very happy.

Feel like we were tricked into purchasing a sub-par vehicle and 3 months later are still struggling with the service center to get an issue resolved. Very disappointing since our first experience was so great.

We had our 2006 2-door civic there to replace the air bag on a recall recently. Did a complimentary 200 point check while in. Found a defect I know to be an issue on that year, replaced the part same day. Fast service. Friendly staff. Keep you updated on progress and repairs. Gave us two vouchers for car wash next door too!

The service and attention were great. Although they were very busy, our sales rep, Ken Mack, hooked us up with a test drive of a vehicle we had shown interest in from earlier conversations so he could finished with his other customer. Beverages and cookies were offered as well. After our test drive we were presented with several options for Lease/Purchase and given up front estimates. All of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed to decide. Ken was able to show us the colors and options we were asking about and made the decision easier without overwhelming us with options. We got the CR-V we wanted. Finance went smoothly and our experience was great. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this dealership and we always recommend them to our friends. The after purchase is always great too.

This was our first purchase with Motorcars Honda. We dealt with Rich Klimkowski who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We appreciated that he was willing to be flexible with our schedule and was not pushy with what options we chose or didn't choose to purchase. We appreciated his honesty and advice. He helped us to find the lowest price that we were able to finance. It turned out to be quite an enjoyable experience with only two meetings and much of the details being able to be completed online or over the phone. We are very pleased customers and hope to return in the future, even though there are many dealerships much closer to our home.

FALSE ADVERTISING OF A PROMO. Said if you match all the winning numbers you ll win $5k, I thought ok this is probably untrue but let me call anyways. They said no if you match everything up you re a winner! I come in to get more information and they tell me oh no but you can have a consolation prize which is a smart watch ok y all lied but where is my watch then?? SURPRISE: the watch doesn t exist and they just want to give you a sales pitch. Y all lied about this why on earth would I want to buy anything from you???? Never in my life would I buy from somewhere that blatantly lies to potential customers. Shady as hell.
