We had a fantastic experience purchasing a new Infiniti QX60 from Motor Werks. The whole process was easy from arranging a test drive that could fit my busy schedule to financing to handling our trade-in. There were no surprises and everyone was very low pressure. It was the best experience we have had purchasing a new car. Our salesman, Giorgio Ferrari was very attentive to our needs and thorough throughout the whole process. Peter Gioulos in financing was also very helpful in ensuring our needs were being met. I highly recommend Motor Werks and look forward to dealing with them again on future car purchases.

Paid for a 2014 new E350 Mercedes Benz on December 30, 2013. Found out they never processed my title. It is now March 3, 2014. I now have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks if they actually have sent the paperwork in for my title. Still have not received proof that they did actually finally sent the paperwork to the state so we can get title. Cannot get an owner or a general manager to call me back. They are either on vacation, in a meeting, or will be in later. Have left multiple emails and messages. Great sales people but one of the worst run dealerships I have ever bought a car from.. Parts manager was to get back to me about an accessory I wanted I waited 3 weeks for him to get back to me, then I bought $500 worth of parts at another dealership. Finance paper person was in too much of a hurry. Pointed and said sign did not explain anything. Gave us the wrong extended warranty, and several of the papers that were filled out had the wrong model car. No one seems to care at this dealership except the salespeople The parts manager, Finance guy who process the papers, owners and general manager just are pathetic. In 50 years of buying cars I have never run into a worse run dealership. There is no excuse for not filing the papers for a title. Disappointed on what I thought was a first class dealership. Boy was I wrong.

Giving them my name and all info , but they announcing different individual when car is ready. Pagers not working. While car in service went upstairs to see what new features offering MB in newer MLs. Dealer does not now simple things, such as "when this model/body came to the market". Asking him to show me certain car , which they have for sale on website - in couple minutes he saying : "car has been sold". How about another car: same year different exterior color? He tried to show me pictures on his computer screen!!! I told him that I want to see and/or have test drive. Disappeared for more than 10 minutes. I have no idea where he can go? I purchased a car from this dealership without actually visiting the dealership since I live a 1,000 miles away. Throughout the transaction, they provided excellent, clear, and most importantly, honest information. They handled a lot of things well and sent me 3 or 4 next-day envelopes at no cost to me. But I waited to drive the car for a little before I post a review. Well, when I went to register the car at the DMV here in Houston, I was told that the paperwork was delayed by 3 days (30 day limit) and as such, I was charged $200+ late fees and taxes on late fees. I wrote the sales manager, Andy, explaining what happened and sent him the documents proving my case. Well, let me tell you, I just opened an envelope from them and it has the full amount I was charged by my DMV.
Couldn't be happier with the car, their honesty and the fact that there is still good professional people and companies left in this world. I HIGHLY recommend them based on my experience.

I schedule a weekday morning at 9AM to bring in my car for a recall. I provided my VIN and they stated there was it would take 30-45 minutes. At 10:15 I went to the service desk and they told me the recall takes at least 1hr, and they found another recall that wasn't brought up when I scheduled the appointment. This was for a battery sensor, a very easy part to replace. The service desk said it would take 15 more minutes to wash my car, which I was not told about when I dropped it off. I was surprised they didn't mention this because some people are particular about detailing their car... I said skip the wash, I need to leave.
I ended up leaving at 10:40AM, just in time to make my 11AM appointment. I wasn't impressed with misinformation I was provided when scheduling and I don't plan to use Motor Werks again.

The team is lead by general Sales Manager Chris L who was my first connection. He was professional and attentive to my requests in what I was looking for and more importantly with what I wanted to spend. He had Louie and Chris assist me with details, test drive and assistance with the great features in this amazing car. I then went to do the dreaded paperwork of financing...... This is not the dealership for you if you are purchasing out-of-state. After working with MotorWerks salesperson, Angela, I sent a pre-purchase inspector there to check out two 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS. One car was available to view. The other CLS sold the night before.
Angela said she had another CLS available, but it was still going through the certification process. She provided a price and description. I opted for the inspector to check the car out since he was there to inspect two cars. What Angela failed to mention is that the car had BODY DAMAGE. The hood and bumper were damaged, as well as the driver's door which had a dent in it.
The car had been in an accident even though the CarFax was clean. Angela failed to mention this. Later she claimed that she hadn't actually looked at the car. Really? So, there was no indication the car needed body repair? The manager seemed to know the car was damaged when I called the next day. So, that was strike #1.
The next morning the car inspector sent me his notes on the CLS that wasn't damaged. It passed inspection and so I called her to let her know I wanted to purchase it. Guess what? No answer. I texted her. No reply. I called the dealership and asked for her. All calls to her went unanswered. I even called and texted the internet person who handled the process with Angela. No reply.
I persisted for two hours until a new lady from the internet department texted me and told me that Angela was busy with another customer, but would call me back. She went on to talk about the warranty of the car and so on...I asked about the car and said I thought the car might be sold. Apparently, it was still available because we continued to text about warranty information. By then it was going on one o'clock. It's all good, right? NOPE.
The customer Angela was busy with was the one buying the car I wanted. You think Angela called me back? Nope. The day ended with no call from Angela. Never heard from her again until it was time for her to try to sell me another car.
So let me recap: I paid an inspector to inspect the 2014 CLS, I called to buy it the next morning and got blown off. How hard is it to be accountable, honest, and to exhibit integrity?
How hard is it to call your customer and tell them what is going on?
Well, it's extremely difficult, if not downright impossible for the folks at MotorWerks Auto Group.
And guess what? Zach, a sales person from their sister store, Barrington Hoffman, called and said he had a CLS. He knew what had happened at MotorWerks, and offered a CLS he had for sale. Guess what? Another horrible experience.
I spoke to Zach at the end of the business day. We went through all of the details. The next morning at 9:30, the inspector calls to say he is on the way, but this time, the folks are MotorWerks tell the inspector they lost the keys to the car. They tell him they would contact him when they found them. Hours later, they called him and told him the car was sold.
Do you think Zach contacted me? Do you think you think he answered my email inquiries about the lost keys? Nope.
If they are unwilling to sell to out-of-state customers, they should say so. According to them, they can't stop people from buying their cars. No deposit was mentioned...nothing.
Greedy, thoughtless, careless, ignorant and unprofessional are just a few adjectives I would use to describe this dealership.

My Sirus had not been working for months and we took it to another service department close by and even though they had tried to fix it multiple times it still gave me issues. I only took it once to this service dept and it was fixed! Amazing! We actually made two trips, we originally were interested in the Infiniti JX but decided the pilot better fit out needs, we came back to buy the pilot at motor werks because on our original visit Steve was very helpful and had great knowledge about the vehicles we were interested in. Steve also was not pushy which is very important to us. We don't like when sales people try to push you into a decision, on out second visit Steve had the Pilot ready when we pulled up so we can test drive it and answered any last questions with confidence. He also helped us in negotiating the price with the manager. Overall he was a pleasant individual to work with. They could care less about you as a customer. If you make a deal with them and drive 5 hours to buy the car, they will still sell it to someone else. All because the other person paid $2,000 more even though you had a deal and we re already on your way. Great business ethics!

This dealership showed a complete lack of respect for my time. I called ahead to verify that a vehicle I wished to purchase was still available before driving 2 hours to see it. This included scheduling an appointment to meet with a sales associate. I arrive to be told that the car had not been there for two days. Lack of communication especially between the call center and sales. I DO NOT recommend patronizing this establishment. Omar should be fired!

I bought a BMW from Motorwerks 7 months ago, and I cannot speak more highly of their customer service! I have bought many cars, but this dealership goes above and beyond any other to satisfy their customers. They are respectful, highly customer oriented, and always responsive. For all my appointments, they have actually come to Chicago to pick up my car, and drop off a loaner via their Innercircle program. Absolutely amazing service, and Erik Swanson and Tom Zapato have been absolutely fantastic to work with. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to Motor Werks for over 20 years. What always keeps me going back and buying cars specifically from them is the impeccable service. I have bought many Mercedes and BMW s and never once have I had a bad experience.
Recently I brought in my Mercedes GLK that needed service B work and some other things done. I have worked with Sylvia Drwila the past few times. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and really takes pride in her job and helping her customers out. She is always on top of communication. In addition she really tries to make sure her customers get any all discounts due to them. I really appreciate the follow up she does to. She always wants to make sure even after pulling out of the lot, that everything is ok.

I was looking for a 2021 GLC 300 Coupe and they responded. They worked with me through the entire process. They got me everything I wanted on the vehicle. I worked with a young lady Carly and she was amazing. No matter how many questions I had, she would always respond with eagerness. They kept me updated about its arrival every step of the way. When I saw the car, I literally fell in love with it. Once, I got there to pick it up everyone was so nice and accommodating. Austin was the guy responsible for showing me everything this car could do. He went over every inch of what this car was capable of. He took his time and didn't rush us at all. He gave us time to ask questions and he responded with correct answers. There wasn't anything I asked that he wasn't familiar with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.
