Sylvia was amazing right from the start! I have always had good experiences at Motorwerks but Sylvia went above and beyond. She was able to get 2 issues I was having with my GLE43 covered by warranty and kept the other necessary items within my budget. She let me know about a special "COVID discount" and applied that as well. Sylvia kept me updated every step of the service and my car was ready earlier than we had thought.
