I worked with Joe Sparta on getting my daughter a used GLE 350. The experience and his customer service were outstanding. Being new to this vehicle, he gave me a rundown of the car along with a few pointers. After inspecting the car, we noticed that one of the floor mats were missing, so Joe gave us brand new ones of our choice for free. Flying in from Kansas to purchase the car, he also put a week of complementary XM radio in the car for the drive back. The whole process has been great. I would 100% recommend him and this dealership to anyone in the future.
