I would like to thank Bob and his team for such an amazing job on my Mercedes. My Sirus had not been working for months and we took it to another service department close by and even though they had tried to fix it multiple times it still gave me issues. I only took it once to this service dept and it was fixed! Amazing! Finally a service department that is very professional and takes the time to actually listen to your needs and fix the problem the very first time! Then my window had messed up and they had no issues fixing that as well. I would definitely work with this dealership and service dept in the future as well as recommend it to all my fellow BMW and Mercedes owners. All my friends are moving over to this service department for sure! Thank you all for such a wonderful job!
