Easily the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a used car from them almost 4 months ago and still haven't received my plates and registration yet. I've left messages for both the GM and sales manager with no call back. Each time I have to go in to renew my temporary plates the sales manager acts as if I'm bothering him and he doesn't have time. When I asked how much longer it will take I was told "I don't know, go home and wait for the phone call". You might save a few dollars here but the lack of customer service and aggravation aren't worth it.

Raul greeted us and within seconds invited us to have a hot meal. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. They didn't talk me into something I wasn't ready for. They listened and met my needs and answered all questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new/used car.

First lease with Motion Kia, been driving Fords for years. Honestly stopped by to keep my Ford dealership "honest." Walked away with a new lease with more features for less money and absolutely no pressure from the sales person Steve Mattison or the sales manager. Everyone was courteous and actually listened to what my needs were. The car was prepped and ready to be delivered on time as promised, no surprises.

Called Monday morning to see if they had the Seltos EX in white, I had been looking for white for a few weeks now and couldn t find it anywhere. I spoke with Steve M. and was told they did have one in white. Made an appointment to meet with him at 1:30. By 3:45 I was out the door in my beautiful new car! Steve and his team are awesome and fast. I can not recommend them enough!

2nd best car buying experience ever. My 1st best experience was 3 years ago on my first visit to motion Kia. You can't go wrong there

I cannot say the same for the service dept. I had to take my car there 3 times now for the same problem. The car is still there and it is now 5 days later and still the part has not come in. I don't feel that the people in the service dept care how inconvenient this is for the customer and they never offer any real explanation for not fixing the problem the 1st time. This unfortunately will keep me from leasing from that dealership in the future.

This was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought 7 cars since I got my license. I never realized it could be fast, easy and exciting and Howie Weiss at Motion Kia showed me it could be. I will go back for sure! I highly recommend you at least give them a chance to show you their inventory and what a car buying experience should really be like. I m shocked!

I highly recommend this dealership. I have been leasing since about 2012 and this is the first dealership where i felt absolutely no pressure. I worked with Howie, Brett and Bob and all were truly professional. My previous dealership was not as accommodating. These gentleman did not waste your time with back and forth negotiations, they worked with me to get me a quality car at a decent price. I will definitely be back.

My husband and I purchased a used Kia Sorento today. This was hands down, the best experience we ve ever had buying a car! We were helped by Jay, Mike and Orlando. No BS, no hassles and all of them were a pleasure to work with. I can guarantee we will only get our vehicles from this business in the future. We are thanking all of you for making it so easy. Definitely worth an hour and fifteen minute drive from Dingman s Ferry!

My dad purchased a 2017 Kia Forte S 2 months ago and during that time has had to bring his car back to the dealership 3 times. Warning lights came on and he took it in. They had the car for a few days then when he inquired about it they told him they sent all the information to the technicians in California and nothing came up so they returned his car to use while they waited for any info. Everything came back fine per the diagnostic.

A few days later the same warning lights appear and so forth. This last time his car has been in the shop for a week and a half. He has asked about a loaner vehicle and is told they don t have any. He s checked in numerous times on the status of his car and to see if a loaner vehicle is available. He gets told the same thing nothing yet.

The dealership was suppose to call beginning of this week with an update, no call received. I contacted Kia directly and opened a case with them. I am also in the process of acquiring an attorney for lemon law should this issue persist. I will not be purchasing cars from Kia or this dealership just off of my dads experience alone.

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! I went there after a bad experience at another dealership in Sussex County and have to say it was the best thing I did. They are very relaxed, not pushy, and have a lot of fun. They definitely are not the typical salespeople!

I visited them today to purchase a car. I felt like I received VIP treatment because I was in and out in about a little over two hours. I was amazed. I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in and they took their time with me and answered all of my questions. They were pleasant, informative and best of all not pushy! I was very happy to get what I wanted and perhaps a bit more!!! Very satisfied customer! Bob, Steve and another gentleman were AWESOME!!!

I don t know where to start or what to say. I m still stunned. This is the first time in my life that the leasing process had gone incredibly smoothly for me. I spoke with Jay the afternoon before on the phone re: what I was looking for, he said he could do it and agreed to meet me at 9 am the next day. I showed up at 8:55 am and he was pulling the car to the front of the building and warming it up for me. Above and beyond.

From there, things just got better and better. He kept true to his word, and I got the deal I wanted and needed, the one we discussed the afternoon before. And instead of spending endless hours at the dealership (a previous experience at an inferior dealer), my transaction was concluded in an hour and fifteen minutes. Seriously - it began at 9 am and ended at 10:15 am. Simply amazing.

I have never had such an easy or enjoyable car buying experience until today. Thank you Motion Kia, and thank you Jay, for making the process simple and worry free!

I'd like to share with you my experience with this dealer.

I was looking for a car for my daughter for her college graduation present. She had previously test driven a Kia Forte. Her boyfriend had told me that she really liked it.

I went to talk with Ashley about the vehicle. First, she did not even introduce herself, or ask my name. Second, she was dressed like she was on vacation. Third? That comes later.

On May 26st, I came to an agreement with Motion Kia salesman Raul for a 2017 Forte S, Vin: 3KPFL4A7SHE104254. I told him this was going to be a surprise, and I would be bringing my daughter to the dealership on the premise that she would be looking at a used Kia.

On Saturday May 27th, Sales Manager Sal Albanese called to say that everything was good to go, and he needed me to leave a deposit to hold the car. I gave him a credit card payment of $500. I told him I probably would not be back until Tuesday with my daughter.

On Monday evening May 29th, I told my daughter that I found a used Kia and I wanted to take her to see Tuesday morning. When I got up the next morning, very excited about what was going to be a once-in-a-lifetime surprise, I called Sal to let him know that I was on my way. He told me to hold on and transferred me to Raul. Raul then proceeded to tell me that they sold the car by mistake. I was in shock and disbelief. They could have called when they realized it was sold and I could have worked out another plan. I was told one was found at another dealer and would be there on Wednesday.

I was trying to remain calm and came up an alternate plan with Raul. I told him I would my daughter to look at another car, and Raul could show my daughter a Forte Lx base model as her surprise. Then when we returned Wednesday evening, she would be surprised with the S model in the color she wanted. Unfortunately, that didn't happen either. Raul took my daughter right to a similar Forte S in the color she had wanted. There went Plan B

Everything that I had worked towards, in surprising my daughter, was flushed down the toilet.

Everyone at the dealership said the right things but did very little to make things right. I again asked what they were going to do for me for the egregious mistake. I was told I already got a good deal for the car and they couldn't do much except giving free service for the first year. That is what their litany of mistakes was worth. I tried using different analogies to make them understand the hurt and frustration they caused me. All they could say was that they were sorry.

As for the previously mentioned Ashley? She did not care what had happened, all she could say was "Well, she got the car". I suppose if she was at the Ford's Theatre in 1865, she would have thanked Mrs Lincoln for attending the play too.

I did buy the Kia because it was the car my daughter wanted. At 1500 miles, my daughter went back to them to get the oil changed to get rid of the metal shavings from the break in period. They refused to do the service, with or without the free maintenance. I was PROMISED that I would not have any future issues. Just another issue with this dealership

I emailed Kia USA Customer Service about this. They called me back and gave me 3 years of free maintenance at any Kia dealership. They were shocked that a dealership would treat someone like this.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from Motion Kia EVER. You will thank me, and yourself, later. Motion Kia will never see me, my daughter or that car ever again.

We had a fantastic experience at Motion Kia. The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the wealth of knowledge management displayed and took his time explaining a very important purchase process. I was especially impressed with Robert Lizanich - he is courteous, straight forward and fair. You don't find that anymore. We came prepared and did our homework. We did not feel pressured or forced. The importance of knowledgeable, guiding staff is invaluable. Thank you for making our experience memorable. You are bound to have a repeat customer in us.

The sales rep Nick was rude to my wife during a test drive appointment. Instead of answering questions we had about the vehicles we went to look at, he was more interested in my wife's ability to handle a full size SUV such as the Telluride (she had not yet done the test drive). I directed him to look out of his window at the full size pickup truck parked out front and told him that my wife both drove and parked the truck in their congested lot (I was floored at this point). He appeared as though he was too busy to be bothered with us. Perhaps he believed he was dealing with people who wouldn't qualify for a loan because of the relaxed attire we were in (I have 3 excellent standing loans on new vehicles). After our experience, we turned away from KIA entirely and went to BMW. There's no comparison to the treatment we got at BMW or her new ride.

Just finished picking up my 2017 Kia Sportage LX from Motion Kia. Second vehicle purchased from Motion Kia because of the quality of the vehicles and the staff. The service department is always friendly and professional and the sales team makes the purchasing process a pleasure. My salesman Bill McLaughlin and Finance Manager Sal put me into anew car at the price point I wanted and with the features I requested. Nice job guys !

Where do I start...this is the straw that broke the camel's back.

From the start (April 2014) my experience with Motion Kia has been sub par. First my CPO vehicle was sold to me missing an entire piece of windshield trim. It was dark and rainy when we purchased so I really didn't notice. That should have been picked up during their onboarding detail. My car also started making a rattling noise two days after purchase. I was essentially told I was imagining it. A different Kia dealer fixed it for me.

We purchased tire and wheel protection, in the fall of 2015 my tire was severely damaged while driving, the tech reporting it to the warranty company did not report it properly, so it wasn't covered. I had to pay out of pocket for not one, but four new tires because of having AWD.

At the point of purchase we were told multiple times that we "had the extended warranty up to 120k miles." When my vehicle was there last week we were again told the same thing. That our extended warranty (10yr/100k miles) started at the mileage we purchased the car with...which would have us covered until 123k. The car was there because it started making a horrendous noise, we brought it in on Tuesday to have it assessed on Wednesday. At 3pm Wednesday I called to check the status, and was told "they started it this morning and didn't hear the noise." I asked whether they heard it when driving, and was told the in-take notes only said the noise at start up. So then they told me they would have the tech take it for a drive. It stayed another night, with my husband following up around lunchtime on Thursday. They claimed that the noise was a significant repair with my AC that would cost $1,400. They did ultimately say they could do it for less ($1000) but that just wasn't something I wanted to spend without a second opinion. They also told me I needed brakes asap.

Today, I took my vehicle to a local, non-dealership mechanic to assess the noise and check brakes. Not only was the noise NOT coming from my AC, but the fix was a fraction of the cost at $300. They had my car assessed, and fixed in less than a day when Motion Kia took two days to diagnose the wrong thing. I also did not need brakes yet, as I still have 40% of my pads remaining.

I will absolutely never do business with Motion Kia again, and will make sure everyone I know is aware of my negative experience. The bottom line, I do not trust them to tell me the truth about my vehicle and not charge exessive prices for things that don't need to be done. If I buy another Kia, it most certainly will not be from them.

Hi ,Very displeased, they price gouge .My Daughters 2010 Kia Forte broke down in Hacketstown the Shifting cable broke.She used here on side road service and they only toe 15 miles ,so we had it taken to MOTION KIA. They gave a price of 1000.00 to 1100.00 dollars to replace the cable.7 hour job.Called our local kia dealer they said 2 1/2 to 3 hours top .Motion kia there crooks.

Visited them today to buy a car. Was a bit late due to in-climate weather and poor planning on my part, they were super understanding and accommodating. Was not planning on buying a vehicle today, however they offered a phenomenal deal on trade in and came down on their asking price for the vehicle I was interested in. They were willing to work to make a deal and they were very honest and forthcoming! They did not try to push on shady dealer math on me and wrote out everything how I wanted. Were not pushing with anything I did not want. 5 out of 5 would recommend! Mr. Rentas was a great sales man.

Horrible!!!
Stay clear. Never been treated this bad at any other dealership ever. They love you up to the sale then don't know you after! Wanted to charge me $160 to ship me something that they forgot to put back in the jeep they sold me. Made me drive 4 hrs back to get it. Then was promised a full tank of gas for my "troubles".
No one knew anything when I got there. Spend your money elsewhere.
