I have been with ricago (Clonect solutions) from past 10 months.
I am enjoying my work at clonect. As it is a startup you can work in multiple domains which is a great learning experience and it it is also helping to up-skill myself.

Worst place to work. Beware of higher management. They play politics and try to remove you. Sales is the worse dept to go for.

I have been working at Clonect solutions from past 1 year.
Though i am a fresher to the corporate industry I have no trouble in working with the highly experienced employees as the management and the team is very supportive.

Cons:
As it is a startup organization, you have to stretch yourself beyond the working hours.

If you are looking for a salubrious environment to work, this place isn't suitable for working. Management here is cynical, lack basic work ethics, your opinion or input doesn't matter.

1.Learning is zero.
2.They enlist the old employee with bad reputation.
3.There is no individual meeting or interaction of employees with the CEO/ Founders.
4. They treat employees like drudge.
5: Product and implementation is OK
6. GST dept is usually idle.
7. Sales dept is faulty, substandard, unfavourable. No incentives.

A real good company, i really learnt lot from this company, like professional ethics, and technically i improved lot from this company, product is also very good, don't hesitate to join if you got offer from this company.

Worst company. Employee turnover is more than 75 percent here. It exemplifies how they treat their employees. They will pay more pay for new joiners while they never increase 1 Re for same experienced candidates in their own company. No cab facility for employees but have to work overtime.Pathetic. They won't consider long term Relationship with employee.

If you are a fresher then why shouldn't you join. Here's why?

Sales and Marketing Fresher: Management is a confused one, companies pivot if they are failing but here they have a very wrong notion of pivoting. My reco, if you work in a good tech based start up you will learn more about BD in 2 months than what you learn here in a year.

Product Fresher: If you really are a coder then please show your self outta here. No innovation at all. You will not be building anything new neither you will be solving a problem.

No all hands, and management's message never reaches the customer touchpoints.

I think the lack of funding sums it all up to you, you will be paid less, there is no growth strategy, management isn't able to sell it to the VCs which means sadly no job security and mental peace.

Nothing seems to be great here. I worked and left the organisation, thanks to few people. They claim to be ISO certified, yet they don't follow the practice.
1. The product is good, but person presenting to client is bad.
2. The old lay was far better, and company had some reputation.
3. The feedback of old folks is thank god I left the organisation.
4. There is no proper management and care of employees.
5. Higher salary bracket people do nothing apart from timepass and put the entire work load like employees are like slaves.

Nice place to work. Fun filled startup environment. Even if you are not in manager level your ideas and thoughts are considered and respected here. Management is very much supportive.

If you are looking to build your career, plz DONOT join. Infrastructure is good, HR is very sweet. I doubt if they give you job security, sales head is pathetic, expects 100% calling (worse than a call center). False promises.
They expect you to do wonders by paying peanuts. I saw the other's reviews and the negative ones are no false.
Another thing is no respect for the candidate, they are made to wait.
Suggestion for management: Try to respect the candidate who comes for an interview. You dont need to laugh at them or make fun by asking stupid questions. It shows your level of experience, commitment, and sorry to say u need to learn how sales procedure works in other companies.

Came hear for interview. Unprofessional, unethical and lack of clarity. No bonuses, no proper sales structure and no security for female employees. Feed back of ex employees is not good.
The location where the ofc is, becomes isolated after 7. They don't provide cabs. Management is not at all concerned about the female safety. few incidents have been reported. Lucky me not to join this organization.
Suggestion: incase u r in urgent need of job then join or else there are better ones to offer you.

A very good start up for freshers and also experienced.

Very worst experience with the company they do not have time and work value of people who attend the interview. They will respond back and take 2 weeks of time. No value of work and wasted time, its unprofessional.

I had been for an interview here in August 2016. Since it's a start-up it's in a residential area. I still regret for not joining there because company was really far from my place. I was selected.. However, HR manager there was very cool and friendly. And I am glad i get to meet such a nice person.

No job security, no security for employees specially female. Heard around 3 to 4 incidents. They say they are providing compliance, yet they are non compliant. Some of the employees leave after 8... No cab !!! The strengt has been drastically dropping from 100 to 25 :D. Their hiring process take months like the MNC.

I have been working at Clonect solutions from past 2 years.

As Clonect is into GRC space, and as an MBA graduate specialized in finance - it is a completely new world for me and I have lot of new things to learn in this organization. I have also been given different opportunities and responsibilities, which has helped me to grow professionally.

I am also happy with the support from team members and seniors, and this has helped in upskilling myself.

Good place to start you corporate career as a fresher, you can have development both in terms of learning and job role. Management and colleagues here are very much supportive.

#clonect is better place to learn. I had a great experience here. Was able to get several references, get a lot of great hands on experience, and there was always help when ever you needed it.

Small company, as per the hr now they have only 20-30 developer. The company is a product based company.

I joined Clonect as an accountant. Here i got lots of learning opportunities and exposure, the level of knowledge i gained here is helping me a lot today.
The directors, Co-founders and the technical team are very knowledgeable. They are always engaged in improving the quality of the product.
You will get a lot of work pressure here but simultaneously the work life balance will also be there.

I came here for interview for Business development position. I liked the company, but I realized the person who took my interview knew nothing about Sales and marketing. Knowledge was shallow and was casual.
