The best place to eat in the greater Lafayette area.

Visited for a quick cocktail after lunch then dinner after a late meeting... both servers/bartenders were excellent and the food at dinner was perfect! Will be back next may for the Firefighters convention for sure!

Great food, solid prices, and great service. I especially recommend RedSeven for a cute date! The chicken dumplings are the best in town! I'm always full, happy, and content after I leave here.

The service was pretty good here. Everyone was very friendly but they messed up my sisters order. Even with that mistake the food was really good. They let me put a fried egg on my burger which if you havent tried that before this is a great place to try it. The atmosphere is pretty cool and its a nice place to just chill.

The food was great! But no Captain Morgan. We were celebrating, and were so disappointed, but we had a great dinner.

Nice atmosphere good wait staff food was good but nothing special. No issues but just wasn't quite on point.

These days, I only give 5 stars for life-changing events. The Truffled Lobster Mac & Cheese was reason enough to plan all my east-west travel through Lafayette, not to mention the Chocolate Pots de Creme and Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake.

Absolutely delicious oh, perfect place for date night

Sometimes they are a 3, sometimes a 5. The service is always good, the food is kinda hit or miss. But the experience is great and the atmosphere is good. Will continue to go here

Their Mango Chardonnay Salad Dressing is outstanding. I took my mom her for lunch years ago and she still talks about the Pear and Bleu Cheese Pizza. Great service each visit.

Nice modern place, kind of pricy. The food is good but I feel like the menu is very limited. Drinks are good but also pricy.

Early there, but they agreed to serve us drinks. Seems like most lights were not on. Bit pleasant experience, good drinks.

The salad was good, but the steak in the salad was so tough I had to ask for a sharper knife to cut it. The service was excellent.

Food is great. Place is clean and fancy with a decent selection of steak, pork, and seafood. The only bad thing It's a little pricey but not too expensive.

Date night.. been here for drinks before.. Salmon was great, drinks were great, atmosphere was nice. I like that you can talk and you can hear fine without a lot of restaurant noise.... however the service was just ok.. I ordered the filet and bacon wrapped scallops.. scallops were excellent but steak looked and tasted like ribeye.. I do not care for ribeye at all!! I asked my husband to taste and he also thought it tasted like a ribeye. He likes a ribeye..Brandon, our server said he put in for a filet ... that was it, and walked away! did not eat it..Would not recommend the filet. Neighbors dog might enjoy it.. We will go to Indy for a good FILET..not here.

This place was packed but we had a reservation and were seated promptly. Excellent service and food. Varied menu. Something for everyone.

Service was sub par, employees didnt seem to care that I was there...food was undercooked...would not recommend to a friend...unfortunate it seems like a nice restaurant

Went for dinner with the family and may I say it was not what we expected I have to say the best part by far was the salad the kids got chicken and barley touched it me and the husband got chicken fettuccine Alfredo and may I just say it tasted as if they either put artificial smoke in the chicken or just burnt it period either way it was nasty we hoped this would be a go to for us but I hate to say it unless we are going to just get salad we won't be going back the menu didnt catch our attention much either

Food was so good, I forgot to take a picture! We started with the pulled pork stuffed potato skins and Moscato Pink Lemonade. Delish! I had Salmon served with onions and potatoes in a green sauce, very good. My Hubby had the baked Rigatoni with sausage. It was very good, tasted roasted with lots of flavor. Sorry, no room for dessert. We sat outside and had wonderful service.

I had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, the chicken was finely cut and added in. I was there for an hour and had fast service with an attentive waiter. The atmosphere was perfect, and it wasn't loud I was able to converse with my partner. I will definitely return soon.

Good food, good service, great location, and atmosphere! I've never had a bad meal here. The cocktails are equally delicious. Martini night (Thursdays) is lots of fun. Good spot for a romantic dinner, a family dinner (with older kids,) or business. You can always hit some downtown Lafayette spots after or walk the bridge to West Lafayette and enjoy Tapawingo park or the Landing.

This Was About Our Third Or Fourth Time Here, And We Were Still As Blown Away As The First Time! The Manager Always Remembers Us And The Drinks We Tried The First Night We Were There. (which by the way, were phenomenal!) He Has Been The One To Always Greet Us, Very Quickly, With A Huge Smile And Friendly Conversation. We've Opted For The Patio Seating Each Time...Besides Being Rained Out At The End Of One Of The Nights. The Service Is AMAZING! They're Very Knowledgeable Of The History Of The Restaurant Itself And Even More So The Menu And Hamdmade Cocktails. Which Is ALWAYS Great! The Prices Are More Than Fair For The Amount And Quality Of Deliciousness That You'll Get. I Am Not One For Trying New Things, If It's Not Broke Don't Fix It, Right. Well, I've Gotten Something Different Each And Every Time We've Came Here. And I Have Not Yet Been Disappointed In The Slightest! It's Got A Quiet-Maybe-Upscale Vibe To It, From The Outside. Lovely place people are great food and drinks are good nice place to just take the wife out.

I love eating at the red seven it has a very distinctive taste that my palate enjoys I like the outdoors seating areas to eat and enjoy my food because outdoor seems much better with the openness and breeze on a warm day. the owners are wonderful. very nice people. The only thing that I did not like at red seven was the dark bathroom because I was on a date night with my husband several times there and I wanted to make sure I didn t have anything in my teeth I couldn t quite see everything.

Classy modern place in the shadow of Purdue. Cross the river and get away from the college traditional eateries and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and good food.

Great experience, my new favorite place in town. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was amazing. The prices are very reasonable for a nice sit down restaurant. Free dessert for birthdays. Good bar menu. I will definitely be back and tell my friends about this place. Only downside was finding parking.

I enjoy eating at red seven. They have many different menu items that I have tried and still have yet to try, all at a decent price. I will continue going back as long as I'm in the area. Great place for dinner.

Great food and great service. I love their salads and parm crusted as almond chicken. My husband loves their pizzas. The have nice dining room, great bar area, and great patio.

My first time here, loved the ambience. The food was great; I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops and the tres leches bread pudding. YUM YUM YUM

This place is just awesome. The ambience is perfect. The interior decor is great. Over that the food is delicious. The bookshelves are also good to look. Location wise its close to West lafayette just across the amtrack station, so accessible. There were many options of cocktails as well. We took chicken and pork dish and the quantity given is sufficient for you. I suggest you make reservations.

Revising a previous 2 star review when I had my leftovers discarded. I was accomodated for the inconvenience. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of RedSeven. There is a variety of seating styles and sections, including a patio so you can always find the environment you are looking for. Drinks were wonderful as was the service. Shared Asian Lettuce cups appetizer. They come out deconstructed, which would be okay if the lettuce was sturdy or more "cup" shaped. They tasted wonderful, just messy and falls apart easily. Menu packs a great variety without being overwhelming. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Four of us ate dinner here before a Civic theatrical production. Food was all very good, received 1/2 price menus items, drinks but a little slow in filling my water glass and when one friend asked for a to go box for her chicken breast, the waitress said do you want me to box it up for you Nd my friend said yes. When we were ready to leave, my friend had not received her to go box. We asked about it and the waitress went to check on it. Come to find out, it was thrown away by mistake. The manager came out and told us another one was being prepared and we would have it in 2 minutes. We did wait and she got her to go box. No discount, but I am sorry was said by the manager not the waitress.

Very cool and college town great place to eat and drink alcohol

Drink menu is exceptional and priced well. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Cannot comment on food as I have never eaten while there.
