I had the best experience at BMW of Morristown! Azmad was great to work with and helped me to purchase my first BMW. All of my calls/texts where answered in a timely manner. He was very patient and made sure that I was happy. I appreciate all that he did in making the whole deal run so smoothly. I would definitely recommend Azmad if you are in the market for a BMW, you won't be disappointed!! Absolutely love my new car:):)
Turned in my 3 series 6 months early to lease a new X5. Amzad provided a very transparent experience. Right off the bat he offered me a really competitive price, only Freehold BMW had a better deal but it's 3 times as far from our home. You would still expect some of the usual haggling back and forth, but overall it was very easy and Amzad was always super friendly and patient.
Definitely recommend this dealership.
My wife and I have just picked up our fourth car from BMW of Morristown; needless to say, we are very happy with this dealership and BMW products, service, and courtesy. Our Client Advisor, Amzad Malique, is a consummate professional who pleasantly, cheerfully, and diligently works tirelessly to help finding the perfect fit of a car for his clients.
I purchased my vehicle through Mohammad Soheb at the BMW of Morristown in late July. I sometimes pass by this dealership when I am in the area and on few occasions stopped in to see the vehicles in person. Overall, the process was very smooth and Mohammad went out of his way to ensure that it was a comfortable and easy process leaving the TSX that i held onto for so many years and then sitting into a brand new 2014 335Xi M-Sport. Mohammad was the very reason I went 45 minutes out of my way to purchase the car in Morristown as i have closer dealerships near my home in Bridgewater. This is my first BMW and thanks to the great experience at this dealership where i didn't feel the anxiety your normally get when purchasing a car, my next will definitely be a BMW at none other than this dealership with Mohammed.
I just leased a 535 and 435 from Morristown BMW. Diana Lynn, my sales person, insured that the entire process was a no pressure enjoyable experience. She assisted us with the wide choice of options, enabling us to choose what we wanted. Her knowledge of all BMW models and her ability to compare them to other comparable makes was like sitting through a seminar on purchasing a new car. She is the best.
I was recently in he market for a new BMW. This was a first BMW for me and I was referred to Michele Clarke by a collegue. I found Michele to be punctual for our scheduled appointment and although I was in the market for a 3 series I decided to accept a suggestion from Michele and test drove a 528xi. I fell in love with the car. Within 1 hour the deal was sealed and I was pleased with my trade in value and price on the new 528xi series. The following day I arrived at 6pm to pick my new car up and I was completely finished and on the road by 6:30. I found my overall experience to be great and all of my expectations were met in a expedient manner.
Have brought my X5 in several times to have it serviced and each time technician John Gray has done an excellent job! He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would highly recommend John and his team for all your service needs.
Just bought my 2015 BMW 528i Diana Lynn my sales person was instrumental in this purchase decision.
1. Diana helped me with my choice of various Luxury cars.
2. She helped me in deciding between a 3 series and 5 series.
3. She helped me decide between a New BMW and a pre owned.
4. She helped me with my choice of dealership. I was already at a different dealership's parking lot when I spoke with Diana on the phone. She explained to me the advantages of purchasing from Morristown BMW dealership. After that my decision was a no brainier.
I am so happy with my car and as I think about my buying experience I am very satisfied with the choices I made.
My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle and having owned several BMWs in the past, decided to look at other options. After many test drives and back and forth comparisons, we decided to purchase the 2021 X3. One of the main reasons for our decision was working with Andre Amorim. He is very knowledgeable of the BMW brand and knew every detail of this car. We were very impressed with him and have already referred him to our friends and colleagues. He took the time to familiarize us with a number of vehicles and assisted us in making the best choice based on our needs. We hope to work with Andre in the purchase of our next BMW. Sorry Audi and Mercedes.
I purchase a new BMW 340xi on Saturday's my sales man was SUPER.
We have been using Morristown BMW for years and their service department is top notch. I would not trust anyone else to work on my car. Whatever day, whatever we need, they always come through for us. In particular, Thoa, Nellie, Steve, and Danielle bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of.
On the sales side, Mike Wendroff is one of the most straightforward and low pressure people I have met. I know a lot of people in the car industry and Mike tells you how it is and genuinely looks out for the customer.
BMW of Morristown is the only BMW dealership I trust for my cars.
I was not happy to hear that my mom went to look at a car at your dealership and the person helping her was not wearing a mask. While she liked the car and is in the market for a new car, I told her to wait until the pandemic is over or go to another dealership that has safety protocols in place. My mom is considered in the high risk category during this Covid pandemic. During a time when many of us are concerned about the safety of our parents and grandparents, I was disappointed to hear about her experience at your dealership and that masks are not used out of respect to your customers and their safety.
I had a great car buying experience from BMW of Morristown. I used USAA/TRUECAR Car buying program. All the pricing was upfront and a great deal. I m sure you ll get a great deal without being a USAA member. My salesman Brian Desrosiers was great and went above and beyond. All the people I encountered at the dealership were great, Ann Wilson, Shravan sales manager, finance, and the 2 gentleman who helped me with the features on the X5 on 2 occasions. I felt no pressure from sales, management, and finance. The dealership is big and was very clean.
I'd like to take a moment to acknowledge the talents and expertise of your sales associate Mohammed. The first time I walked into your show room, Mo greeted me with a warm smile and a firm handshake and proceeded to answer all my questions about the new 4 series over a 2 hour period. He was patient and informative, and happy to research the different package options I was interested in. I never felt pressured or as if I was listening to a sales pitch. He was very candid with me, and I appreciated that. When my husband and I returned to purchase the car, Mohammed took us through every step of the process with precision and patience. We were especially pleased when he ran to get us a few snacks when our stomachs started growling! It was a delightful experience from start to finish, and we cannot say enough about his professionalism and enthusiasm. I've owned the car for nearly three months now, and I'm still hearing from Mo to make sure my experience is up to par. Thank you to everyone at Morristown BMW!
Just leased a car from BMW of Morristown and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Michele Clarke was absolutely the best and helped me with everything. She knows her stuff better than anyone I've ever dealt with at a dealership and she will help you get the best deal. She cares so much, she's patient and made my experience so great. My family was very impressed as well and will be returning to lease more vehicles from Michele.
Woman at the service desk was cold and a bit snippy. As if I had been there before and should know what to do. When I asked her to be more specific she was clearly annoyed and explained it to me like I was a child. The actual service provider was friendly as was the woman taking the cars. Maybe a little more patience and friendliness would go a long way for people who have to wait for their cars being serviced.
Top knotch service and top knotch people! Got an excellent deal on a new X5 with Shravan Patel. I can personally recommend him as a very honest, diligent and super responsive sales advisor. Way to go BMW of Morristown!
OPEN ROAD BMW IN MORRISTOWN NJ DOES ALL OUR SERVICE AND WE BOUGHT MANY NEW BMW"S FROM THEM.THE ARE THE BEST WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS.OSCAR IN PARTS GETS ALL THE PARTS WE NEED FAST AND CORRECT THE FIRST TIME.
excellent service, Ann Wilson is very friendly follow up with your schedule, and reminder. lowest price in Jersey to lease or purchase your car.
Probably the best dealer in the area for service, good techs, lots of loaners available, parts department even has better pricing than other local shops
Fabian Rendon is the best! I don't know what that other guy, Daniel, was talking about... If you order a car from Germany, it is going to take quite a while to show up, so not sure why anyone would expect it in less than 4 weeks... I always have the best customer service from Fabian and the crew at BMW of Morristown and will continue to do business with them for many years to come!!! 5 STARS!!!
Mohammad Saheb and Richie Augusto went out of their way to address all what I needed. I can highly recommend them as an excellent team to buy a car from them. Morristown BMW has done very well as their face to the customer.
Enrique Rios made my experience fantastic! He helped me pick the perfect vehicle. I wasn t there all day and the entire team was terrific.
Great experience today taking delivery of my new BMW X3 from Rich Augusto and Mohammad Soheb. I was treated very well and it was a very excellent customer experience. Strong recommendation!!!
It's a joke and complete waste of time. I took my car for a service two times for the same concern (noise in reverse) but never addressed. One time left it for almost a week, the next time for a day, but I also lost the registration sticker (usually attached to the front windshield) while there. Don't know if they intentionally removed it or was lost during.
This is most incompetent dealership in NJ.
I had a pleasant experience at Morristown BMW as I waited for my car to be serviced. My service advisor Monika was very sweet and attentive to my vehicles issues. I would definitely recommend this service center. :)
We were shopping around for a new car and BMW Morristown was third stop on our list. We came in looking to just get some quotes and Diana Lynn helped us out. We really liked the service that was provided and we did not feel rushed and we went over quite a bit of cars and features of each vehicle. After driving BMW i535 we instantly fell in love with the car. She gave us a great deal on it and then we signed the papers.
Diana had offerred to deliver the new car to our house and also to drive back our old car at infinity leasing office. What a great perk!! I would like to whole heartedly thank her for having spent more than 2 hours with my wife going through the instructions manual and setting up some key features. Diana followed up after couple of weeks to give us an update on the plates etc. I am really happy to say that if you are purchasing BMW in NJ then think first Morristown BMW.
I received TOP NOTCH service at BMW of Morristown especially from my salesperson, Shravan Patel. From beginning to end he was reliable, consistent and easy to work with. He helped me pick the perfect car for my needs and his level of customer service was extraordinary!
I had given this dealership a 5 star review and I maintain that my first two vehicles purchased from Omar were great experiences. However, my last purchase has been far from that. I bought my last purchase in August and have still have yet to receive my registration and transfer plates despite numerous attempts. That, however, was one of the minor issues I have had. More importantly, my new vehicle purchase also has had service issues that have since been discussed with Steve Hodossy who is the General Manager and sadly I am disappointed in the way I have been treated as a longstanding customer. My phone calls/emails were not returned until I reached out several times and there has been no resolution to my concerns to date. I have therefore unfortunately lost all credibility and respect for this dealership and can no longer recommend. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and hope this review can help someone else make a better and more informed decision.
In response to the the below, I was never offered the opportunity to return the car as stated, if I was, I would have obviously gladly accepted given the problems with a brand new car purchase. I also was offered a release stating that I had to give up ANY and ALL rights to EVERY service issue which I expressed to Mr. Hodessy I was not comfortable signing because we are only addressing the gas mileage issue. I expect professionalism and honesty which I have clearly not received. In addition, at the time of purchase I told our salesperson, Ricardo Farfan, I will be using my old plates as they were specialty plates, he agreed, never heard back until I called trying to track someone down that would help me, and almost four months later, and after submitting all the necessary paperwork we were told we needed AFTER, have still not gotten the transfer. The lack of communication has been disappointing to say the least.
Just leased a 2015 BMW 328ix from here and my sales rep AMZAD MALIALE was great. He didn't press or rush me; we test drove a couple different cars until I decided on the 328ix. He worked with me on the final lease terms to make my budget work. When my lease is up, I only want to work with AMZAD MALIALE.
Thanks again, Nelson Antunes
I just got my second BMW and received great service from Diana Lynn. I needed to downsize and she offered me a solution that addressed my needs. I love my new car.
Hi,
I just got a car from BMW of Morristown and Amzad M helped me from start to who knows when. Amzad has been more than accommodating, going beyond what I call just for a sale of a car. Overall, I got a deal that I felt very comfortable with. I actually live right by the other Open Road BMW of Edison but I just happen to stop by here. I saw a car I liked and they made the deal happen in a very comfortable and AFFORDABLE way. I'm just an average joe, making a dollar like all the rest of America.
To be honest, I've been looking at BMW and at the Edison location for over a year now. The people, and I mean Amzad, were overall nicer and didn't make you feel uptight. In regards to the deal, in order to make my deal happen, they took my trade and offered more here (a year plus later) than they did at Edison.
Also, a shout out to Kevin the Finance manager for being upfront and knowledgeable with what they offered and what YOU really need, if at all anything.
I would definitely recommend going there and seeking Amzad as well as Kevin. It would be worth the wait. BTW, unfortunately I had to get the car serviced, my fault not there's I lost my key FOB and Amzad was very instrumental in all of my needs to get it replaced and all. One more last word of advice, don't lose that key FOB, expensive to get one and it costs to reprogram it.
Thanks for your time and I hope this helps and you have a good experience like I did.
I am a long time & repeat customer for over ten years now! I own 3 BMWs currently (and have had a few others over the years) and because I maintain & repair them myself, it's great to have BMW of Morristown close by as I'm always needing parts for my cars or race car. I prefer to work with Michael Nylen in the Parts Dept for my parts orders, and he goes above and beyond to make sure part orders are correct for my vehicle, as I sometimes order parts from other models (or European specific parts) to retrofit onto my cars. I have found the online parts tool easy to use, and Michael @ Morristown BMW offering some amazing prices! I think that because Michael is a BMW owner & fan himself that he makes sure he understands the needs of his customers and ensures a great parts shopping experience & prices
The service was excellent, the only minor detail was the service advisor forgot to get back to me to update me on a particular question I asked her, but overall, I am satisfied with the service.
Michele Clarke has done it again!! My lease came due and in the middle of a ridiculously tumultuous time in my life, she came through like the professional she is. In the process of relocating, starting a new job, selling/buying a house, she made the end of the lease a true new beginning for us. Michele knows her client's needs and wants, often more astutely than the clients do! Certain color? Sure! Every conceivable option? Sure! This is our 4th BMW and my husband and I will never work with anyone but Michele. Not all superheroes wear capes - some wear dresses and boots! Love Michele and all she represents for the client and the Ultimate Driving Machine!
Don't trust this dealer! They will steal your deposit if you back out. Deplorable customer service. Do business with them at your own risk.
First time purchasing from this dealership. Horrible experience! I thought I got a great deal until I found the truth!
I was debating between Audi and BMW, so I went to the BMW of Morristown for a test drive. I told the salesman I wouldn't buy a car since I hadn't had a chance to look at Audi and compare the price yet. The salesman said "why do you want to shop around? BMW is the best car, I will talk to my manager and drop the price for you by more than $5000 today, the other BMW dealers only give you $2000 to $3000 off." What a great guy! I didn't even negotiate the price with him. I signed the paperwork quickly and did not read it carefully. He asked me to pick up the car immediately since this would make him looking good.
Friendly, fast and honest. Everyone at Morristown BMW is great but especially our sales person, Amzad. He was casual and friendly. Took his time to explain everything and help us find exactly what we were looking for. This is our 3rd BMW from Morristown BMW and I feel like we will be lifetime customers, thanks to guys like Amzad.
I owe a HUGE thank you to Fabian Rendon & his team at Open Road BMW of Morristown NJ. I was in the market for a new 2021 BMW M5 Competition lease that I wanted to spec. and build myself. Keep in mind, I was a LONG time customer of BMW More
We have been a customer of BMW of Morristown for eight years. Sales and service are top notch. In particular, Michele Clarke in sales is excellent at her job. She is dedicated to getting you the best deal possible on the vehicle you want. We have worked with her on three vehicles now and each time we have been happy with the result.
This is my fourth BMW and first from Morristown BMW. Michele Clarke showed me what any BMW enthusiast should be rewarded by... Prompt Service, Practical and Honest Salespersons and Brand Standard as the Ultimate Driving Machine would require! Thank you!!!
I've recently switched to BMW of Morristown since my service advisor Monika Seidlecka relocated here. I must say Morristown really lucked out on someone who goes the extra mile for you. If not already, Monika will only add to the exceptional service you provide.
Purchased a 2018 BMW X6 from Scott Marlowe 3 years ago when he was at BMW of Bloomfield and it was the best experience I ever had with a Client Advisor. When I ready to purchase a 2021 BMW X6 Scott was no longer at BMW of Bloomfield. Luckily I was able to find Scott on LinkedIn and he informed me he wasn t at any BMW dealers at this time but will start working at BMW of Morristown in 2 weeks. We put a plan together over the phone while he was at home and when he started working at BMW of Morristown I was honored to be his first customer. My experience with Scott the second go around was even better than the first time. It was also a pleasure dealing with the young lady in the finance department we had a great conversion about customizing cars.
You are the best Scott thank you again sir!
Brian B.
My wife and i went to Brian Desrosiers at Morristown BMW to find a pre owned vehicle for us, and Brian managed to find the perfect car for us. The car met every need and more for us. The dealership worked with us to get the price right were we needed it to be. Brian kept involved with the entire process from start to finish, even a few days after we took the car home to make sure everything was good. Brian was fabulous! Thank you again to the team at Morristown BMW and especially Brian.
Horrible service department. Here's the phone conversation yesterday: me, "I want to bring my X5 in for service because I think the windshield washer pump is broken"
Morristown BMW "it's probably just that the fluid is frozen...we're getting a ton of calls on this...you probably have summer fluid in there and it needs to be flushed out and replaced...we can defrost it and drain it and replace it"
me: "but I've always had it serviced by you...why would anyone put anything other than full strength washer fluid in it"
Morristown BMW: "what time would you like to bring it in?"
You've got to be kidding me. It's January and it's freezing outside. Just drove 300 miles - mine was the only car on the road that couldn't clean it's windshield. An expensive dealer servicing a premium vehicle putting diluted washer fluid in a vehicle. And they're getting "tons of calls" on this issue...the world isn't crazy, just you BMW.
The service I received at BMW of Morristown was excellent! The facility was very clean and inviting. There was even a DJ there the first day I visited. My Sales Advisor, Deon Dawkins, was very helpful. His personality and friendliness made my buying experience enjoyable. The Finance Manager, Robert Redcross, was also very supportive. He reviewed my options to assist me with making the best decision. He was very personable and professional. I would certainly recommend BMW of Morristown to family and friends looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you all!
I would not recommend their service department. My 535xi was towed in due to the flat tire on Sunday and they replaced the tire and at the same time I asked to do the 20k service as well as wheel alignment. I got the confirmation call from the dealer that my car is ready but when I reached their notice that wheel alignment was not performed so need to get the loaner and one more trip to them. Next day I received my car but when I noticed that my vehicle status still says that oil changed needed in 700 miles? Did they really change OIL or they just write up .. Also notice that on all of my inflation system reading is different for all of my tires.... How come some one do the wheel alignment without the proper inflation.. Save your time and money and find different dealer...
I've purchased 2 BMWs from 2 different dealers previously, but this was my first trip to BMW of Morristown. I am an internet shopper, since I prefer not to have to haggle, and I generally use the BMWUSA site for preowned cars. I found a good bargain at their dealership, and called first to make sure they would hold it prior to my 90 minute drive up. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly, but was told that there was a deposit on the car and they could only show me one other vehicle in a similar price range (which was actually $6000 more than the car I liked). The whole thing felt like bait and switch... I questioned their claim about a deposit on the car, since I had checked ahead of time, and the salesman wasn't exactly pleasant or sorry about the incident. I did ask about the person who they were holding it for, since I had my daughter call for me, but they never checked and kept insisting that a deposit was on the car. Left very disappointed and unhappy with the service.
Needless to say, after driving another 90 miles back home, they then called me to let me know there was a mix up and that the car was still available. They were holding it under my daughter's name (again, if only the lazy salesman checked, this could have been avoided, since I told him that this was a possibility). Since I really had a poor view of the dealership, I decided to keep shopping, and told them very clearly that I was no longer interested in their car. No hedging, just not considering it anymore.
Well, 2 days later, the sales manager calls, and when I informed him that I purchased another car the day earlier, he gets downright rude and snippy - "if only I had told the saleman that info I wouldn't have wasted his time". Really? I told the salesman that I wasn't interested in your car very clearly, and that I was going to shop locally, and it is my fault that his salesman didn't want to let it go? I wasted his time??? Well, never been treated like that at a BMW dealership before. Would never recommend these guys.
Happy to say that I got great service and a good deal on a 2013 X3 at one of their rival dealerships.
We had to wait for a bit for the car to be serviced. The entire staff were fantastic, especially Hilario Solares, who is always professional and kind, and Ben, who works in parts. Ben went out of his way to make a little 15 month old baby's day when he handed him a teddy bear.
Just parked my brand new 2015 428xdrive in my garage. I cant even begin to tell you how beautiful this machine is. Id like to add that Morristown BMW and especially top client advisor Michele Clark were the utmost pleasent, courteous and knowledgeable auto sales professionals i have ever dealt with. Fast easy and very informative is the only way i could describe Michele's work ethic. She was engaging and friendly in person as well as on the phone. She kept me updated with emails and texts to let me know when ship was leaving Germany and arriving in the state of NJ. When people ask me where i bought my car. I will gleefully tell the from Michele Clark @ Morristown BMW. I am so looking foreward to seeing and thanking her again when i return to pick up my plates. Thanx again Michele!
Bill
I brought my car in for service in the beginning of November and got it back in the beginning of December. Literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They barely diagnose problems, the service department loves to say "It's Normal" or "Cannot duplicate"... oh how they live for those words.
The service advisors are a complete joke. They absolutely do not call you. One of the service advisors named Danielle talked to me and told me she would call me back in a bit, 3 hours after not hearing anything I decided to call her and of course she went home. One of the other service advisors named Katie Richards is the same way. "I'll call you later today with an update" translates to "don't expect a call from her." Heck, even the managers don't call people back, it must be something everyone there lives by.
Katie never knows whats going on. If I ask a question about the repair she'll leave a note for the technician and never follow up with me on what I asked. In fact, today she put me on hold, or at least she thought so, and I clearly heard her say that "I was saying 10 different things and didn't know what I was talking about," then she must have realized then hung up.
The repairs in general take a long time. I had many cosmetic repairs and it still took a full month for me to receive my car. When the car was finally done, I drove around the parking lot just to hear that my car was making the same sound that I had already personally showed the technician (David Mendez). Literally all the time that I spent driving with him to show him the sound meant nothing as he claimed he "could not duplicate" the sound after I had already duplicated it for him. And of course, my car had to be left at the shop again, and that repair was completed in one whole week.
I also had recall work done by these guys in my taillights. When I looked over the work, all the wires from the taillights were freely hanging, not even taped up, but FREELY HANGING! Is this why I take my car to the dealer?? As a response, the manager gave me a free detail and Katie was completely clueless about what was included in this detail. I ended up never using the detail because I didn't want their valet drivers taking a dirty towel to my car and leaving soap all over my car for it to be baked by the sun. And YES, this did occur to me.
Needless to say I've had it with this unprofessional dealer. The only thing the service department is good at is giving me quotes for anything that isn't covered under warranty so I have to pay their ridiculous labor rates (highest in the area) and part prices. Save yourself the trouble and don't come here. Completely unprofessional staff all around.
Love the service ! They attended me quick Chastity was a sweetheart and Alan always gets me in and out.
Carlos Duarte is an outstanding professional. Reliable, responsive and patient. He is the reason why we will keep coming back. Thank you Carlos!!
Everytime I need anything Lenny and his parts team are there to help out the best they can. Extrememly professional and always courteous. Thanks for all your help with all you do! Nice job Morristown BMW parts
Amzad was the salesman I worked with and I had a great experience. He went above and beyond by picking me up from my old dealer when I dropped off my old lease car. I would definitely choose to do business with him for my future BMW cars. He's easily accessible and very professional.
I was negotiating a purchase with Mark Monnano at BMW Morristown. I was set to buy a pre owned 3 series BMW. I had an appointment to meet mark to finalize the sale, unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership Mark had fallen ill and had to go to the hospital. Max redirected me to Angel Perez. From the start Mr. Perez seemed to be bother by my presence, all though there were no other customers in the dealership, it was empty. When I discussed the terms that Mark and I had worked out, Mr. Perez insisted that the price was wrong and he would have to talk to Max. I explained that I had already had a verbal agreement and would wait for Mark, then Mr. Perez agreed to the price I had originally negotiated with Mark. I stated that I had not yet been able to get inside the BMW or drive it. Mr. Perez said it was a bad time for a test drive because of traffic. I asked if I could look inside the car. Mr Perez walked over to where Max Horn was and I heard them talking about me and Max used a derogatory term. When Mr. Perez came back to me he held out the keys and said, "you know where the car is, right?" At that point I told him I was no longer interested and left the dealership.
My first BMW Purchase went as smoothly as a car purchase can be. Angelo and Nick were helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Kudos to you both!
I had been going to another BMW dealership for service that was a mile or so closer to my house, and was very dissatisfied with their customer service. I then came to try out BMW of Morristown and the difference was tremendous. From the moment I spoke on the phone with Angy Gomez who took my call, easily transferred my preferred dealer in my profile to BMW of Morristown, to when I arrived at the Service bay in the dealership, they welcomed me, were kind, courteous, and very thorough. Thank you!
Service center here is horrible. The techs scratched up my car, deep enough where they had to take it to a body shop. Worst part about it, not once did anyone from BMW apologize. As if this kind of thing happens all the time. I had to drive around with my windows down for a week to get rid of the paint smell. Not what you expect from a luxury vehicle dealership.
The lack of customer service, attention to detail and overall poor communication warrants a 1 star rating.
I would not recommend this place to my family, friends or colleagues.
I dropped off the car for Oil Change. The mechanic / advisor checked the car and sent me a generic email that listed all possible issues with the car based on visual inspection with a tag price of $10,000. I asked them to fix an identified coolant leak which was previously fixed by another BMW dealer within a year. A week later, my car overheated because of low coolant and the car still leaking. Unfortunately, they never admit that they did something wrong. It is always something different that caused a new leak by coincidence. I am not happy with the service or the attitude of the people there.
My wife and me were contemplating between Audi Q5 and BMW X3. Our plan was to check with all dealerships on options before arriving at the decision. We started with Audi meadowlands and then visited BMW morristown. When we visited BMW showroom at Morristown we were convinced that X3 is a better choice owing to warm reception. Rich was exceptional in discussing with us the options. He patiently and passionately answered all our queries. The overall experience was good. Surprisingly Experience with Audi dealer was never warm. This made our decision simple cos BMW customer courtesy and experience nailed it. Thanks to team BMW Morristown. I m a proud owner of X3 now
Horrible experience. We were looking for a certified used car. The salesman did not know anything about, well, anything. First he said he had the car we were looking for, then he said the car's gone. Then he said there was a silver one available then pulled up a black car. Before the test drive, he said the car was free of accidents. After the test drive, he said he would like to disclose that the car actually had an accident. What the....? Bought 7 cars so far and never had this poor experience before!
My husband and I have purchased several BMW's from Mark Carvalho over the years. His vast knowledge and insight on all the vehicles provides us confidence when we purchase a new vehicle each time. We recently had the privlage of purchasing 2 new BMW 2018 X3's from Morristown BMW (one for us and one for my mom). The experience was more than five stars with the dealership being top notch. The best part is when we go back to pick up our new cars and Mark takes the necessary time to show us all the many luxury features at the tips of our fingers!
My second purchase from MTO BMW. Painless purchase experience and service department always goes out of its way to ensure satisfaction. Would recommend MTO BMW without hesitation.
I only wish there were a O for rating. Right after they changed the water pump on my X5 in Feb, 2019, my gas mileage significantly decreased from (480miles/tank to 380, i.e. 26mpg to 20 mpg). I brought back the car for investigation and was told today that there were 3 recommendations: change front tires/alignment, clear DME and car adaption and retest, and use premium gas. I pointed out to the service rep Mario as follows:
1. This happened very abruptly, immediately right after the water pump change and it is not a gradual process. This never happened the last time before I changed my tires.
2. I pump premium gas mostly at BP and the only time that I used regular gas is during hurricane SANDY. He said the car tracks this. I ask for a report to see how many times regular gas was used. He could not provide me the report today.
3. When I asked if all recommendations are met but gas mileage is not improved, will I get a refund? he said NO because there are a million other isssues maybe involved.
The service rep Mario is very condescending as in the past and disbelieves my previous gas mileage and saying I should go buy lottery ticket if I am that lucky. This is not first time that they cheated on their customers. I bought my X5 there but I am not going back for another one. They are very unprofessional in terms of service due after service warrantee: Just one of the examples: They recommended unnecessary change of powersteerting fluid twice in two years. Luckily I kept my record, confronted them and they reluctantly agreed to a refund. Do they do these to all their customers? Or is it because I am a women and they think I don t know much about mechanics so that I am an easy target to be taken advantage of?!
I will start off saying that I ignore reviews with only 1 star, and those from disgruntled customers, because usually it is just an upset customer and not representative of the service. However, BMW of Morristown deserves nothing more than 1 star and I am now one of those customer. I have been an officer in the military for 15 years and work alongside people serving their country who value integrity just as much as I do. This dealership lacks integrity. I talked with my salesman Mark twice over two weeks before flying up to NJ from NC to purchase a CPO BMW 335i. When I first talked to him and showed little interest in one of his $36,400 CPO BMW 335i, he told me not to worry that the car had just been taken in off a lease and the price was listed higher than normal to get the car out into the market but still give them time to get the CPO completed and ready for sale. This car had everything I wanted, the M Sport package and most importantly the Sport Auto transmission. I had a few other prospects to see in NJ when I got off the plane but this BMW in Morristown was on the top of my list. When I got on the plane at 0700 on 27 January, I noticed the BMW of Morristown website listed a "price drop alert of $3,915 SINCE 26 January!" On 26 January the price was $36,430 and I talked to my Mark about that price on 26 January. This price drop alert brought the price of the car down to $32,515! I went right to the dealership and when I walked in, they tried to set me up in another similar BMW, with more miles and without the Sports Auto transmission. When I reminded him that wasn't the one we had discussed or texted messaged about he got me the correct car which was dirty, dents in the hood, and clearly not ready to be sold. I took it for a test drive while he worked on my $32,515 price. Long story shortER, they refused to honor the price on their website. They had me wait 1 hour while they tried to get the price lower and eventually told me I could have the car for $35,500. Additionally, even though they advertised the car as CPO, it was not complete with the CPO. There was zero chance I could have purchased the car and drove it back to NC and Mark the salesman knew I was flying into NJ specifically to purchase a BMW and drive it back to NC that weekend. They used deceptive business practices, both on their website and over the phone to get me into the store and sell me another car. They also said they are not responsible for the prices on their company website, according to the fine print. While waiting, I had my father submit an eprice request on their website. Their online sales department replied to him and offered him the same car for $33,495. At this point their was no chance I was doing business with this dealership. I will be filing a more detailed report with the NJ State Attorney General with screen shots of their website showing their deceptive business practices.
Shravan Patel has been an excellent representative of BMW Morristown in the several years I have leased through this dealership - he goes above and beyond his job, looks after you well after the deal is done and gives his time when you need it. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Brought my car in for oil leak, dealer quoted $1200 repair, brought for second opinion elsewhere and they advised my oil pan was just loose. They tightened the hardware, verified no leak and then had me come in a week later to confirm they fixed it.
As always the folks at Morristown BMW were great. Car was serviced and returned clean when promised and the waiting area makes the wait practically painless. I've been a long time customer [ over 10 years] and have never been disappointed.
I just bought a car from Open Road BMW of Morristown and the experience was great! I called and and spoke to Marc Bonanno and and i can't speak highly enough about the experience he provided! He was more than accomodating and very knowledgable as to what I was looking for. The overall experience that Marc and Open Road provided me was exceptional and I definteley reccomend anybody checking out their lot of beautiful cars!
I dealt with Mohammad Soheb at BMW of Morristown. He provided me with the highest level of professionalism I have ever received from any car dealership in my life. He went above and beyond to assist me, all the while not being pushy. Mr. Soheb has also assisted numerous colleagues and friends of mine purchase their BMWs from BMW of Morristown, all of whom have responded with positive feedback and recommendations. He does a fantastic job of making sure his clients receive the best solution possible while accommodating all the luxuries that BMW is known for providing with their vehicles. For these reasons I will never purchase a BMW from anyone other then Mr. Soheb or anyplace other then Morristown BMW.
I recently purchased two vehicles (X5 and a 5 series) from BMW of Morristown. I've purchased BMWs from a number of dealers in Northern NJ, but found the overall experience at Morristown to be the best from walking into the showroom to picking up the cars.
In my experience, a reasonable, no-nonsense salesperson that is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling is the key to making a successful transaction at a car dealership and I found that in Mr. Shravan Patel. Mr. Patel helped me initially with my 5 series purchase, and given the great experience, it was a no brainer for me to go back to him when I needed to purchase an X5. He was very patient with me given all the test drives I made him go through, he helped me select the right options that best suited my needs and driving style, and most importantly he offered me the lowest prices.
I definitely recommend BMW of Morristown and Mr. Patel if you are looking for a BMW.
Great experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone
Michele Clarke was absolutely AMAZING to work with. She is the ultimate professional and made the car buying experience extremely enjoyable. I give her the highest recommendation and encourage anyone in the market for a BMW specifically ask to work with Michele Clarke at BMW of Morristown. You will thank me!
I'm glad that we came back to purchase another vehicle here. Elka Kaye-Green was great to work with throughout the entire sales process. We came to the dealership several times and she didn't hound us. She is personable, knowledgeable and kind. She contacted me an hour after we drove away, and the next day, to see if we had any questions. I appreciate Elka's attention to detail very much. She's a keeper, BMW Morristown.
This service department is the best! When I called to schedule an appointment I spoke to Francesca who was so nice and accommodating to all of my needs and made it so easy to schedule an appointment. When I got there and dropped off my car I had Ralph as my service advisor, and he was just great, he kept me informed the whole time! Then, just when I thought the great service was over, Lauren even followed up with me to make sure the car was working well! They made me feel so special and went completely over the top! Will definitely come back for service!!
Amazing experience I purchase an i8 from here. Salah took care of me. Nice guy and works with you. Enjoyed my time here. Thank you Bmw of Morristown and thank you Salah
Outstanding service and a quick turn around! Morristown BMW Technician Edward Lafebvre was professional and knowledgeable!
Normally, I don't write reviews. However, dealing with these guys has been a horrendous experience.
The car buying process was fine. Deon offered a good deal on a lease for a dealer-driven 430 convertible at the end of the summer.
Everything after signing the paperworks has ranged from being annoying to horrendous.
1) Getting delivery of the car was problematic: They said that they would deliver it on a flatbed. After several conversations, they said that scheduling was an issue and someone will drive it over. I didn't really want them putting miles on my car, but after paying the lease for 2 weeks and not having a car, I finally gave in.
2) Getting the plates was an ordeal: The car was delivered with the temporary plates, which is normal. Since I live in NY, they said that they had to go through an agency. It took 6+ for them to finally deliver the plates. I had to call multiple times, even speaking to the manager. I asked him to call me to update me, and I guess that a paying customer isn't worth his time, so he never bothered.
They assured me that they would pay for any tickets I got due to an expired dealer plate. That's mildly comforting, but who wants to risk getting pulled over and wasting time whenever they go out for a drive?
(Incidentally, when I finally went to attach my plates, the nails were rusted through, so I had to shell out another $50 to get a holder. I didn't even bother with the dealership because I would have had to wait forever.)
3) Missing wind deflector: I test drove the car twice, buying it on the second day. When I drove it the second day, I told Deon that the wind deflector was not in the back. Deon assured me it was there and would make sure before delivery.
When they delivered the car (8/25/18) (I was not home and my wife didn't know to look for it), it was missing. I immediately texted Deon. He said he would send it with the plates. When I got the plates, but no deflector, the excuse was that he thought the manager had sent them. On 10/29, he said I would have it in 2 days. Still didn't get them. I texted and called him, now the reason was supposedly that they sent it to the wrong address. Called again, now supposedly they were waiting confirmation from Deon. Let's see if they arrive.
----------------
Deon has been a stand-up guy throughout the process. However, ultimately, I should not have had to waste so much time to get what should have happened automatically, especially the wind deflector.
Wherever the fault may lie, I can't recommend this dealership. It was not a seamless transaction. I lost time in getting delivery and then also had didn't feel comfortable driving without proper plates. Still don't have the wind deflector 10+ weeks after delivery. All of this translated in me basically not using my convertible as I would have hoped in the late summer and fall.
We had a very informed salesman - Mark Carvalho who enabled us in purchasing our choice of car. He made our buying experience memorable and fun. He went above and beyond in giving us a quick training session with essential and most useful features required along with some good tips.
Was very diligent and followed up even after the purchase.
Overall we are very satisfied and was amazed to see the inventory of cars available at this location.
I recently visited Morristown BMW with a friend of mine, and was greated by Diana Lynn. We had not yet decided on a specific vehicle, but Diana assisted us, took time to show us inventory, narrow down options, and ultimately provided an agressive lease on a 2015 650! . She was able to prep the car and deliver it in less than an hour after our decision. It was awesome dealing with Diana and her team, and would recommend this dealership to friends and family!
If I could give this review a zero I would. I brought my 5 series in for a recall around 11 am one day and they said it would be a 4-hour job. They gave me a newish Nissan Altima and informed me that this would happen which I thought was weird in the first place. It was only for 4 hours though so I didn t mind at least that s what I thought. I get a phone call saying that the car will not be done until tomorrow. Fine, it happens. I call at 11 am and wanted to know the status of the vehicle and they said they would mark the matter as urgent and let me know. I do not receive a phone call and I call at 5pm very upset and demand an answer about the status of my car. I talked to the shop manager and he said that he would call me an hour once ready. I get the phone call and drive down there and it wasn t ready. Very angry at this point! Plus they give me a list of things that they recommend that needs to be fixed totaling over $8800, which is ridiculous. The next day I pick up my car and bring it to my mechanic who works on my car. He laughed at the list and looked at the car and said I only need a few things changed that would only cost a few hundred dollars. Stealership. I would never of brought my car here in the first place if it wasn t for a recall. Do not bring your car to this place. Plus I heard from a few friends who wanted to buy a car from them, that they are rude. Customer service is terrible at this place. Stay away.
Excellent experience. Our sale rep was Scott Marlowe. He was thorough, professional and helpful. This was for a lease of an X5. We walked in to the showroom, pointed to the one we wanted (it was on the showroom floor) and drove off the lot with it hours later. Scott's follow up after the sale has been excellent. Morristown has won me over for our next car purchase.
Awesome service, Service dept. highly skilled and knowledgeable. Tech "Kenny Ramos" did an great job on my 335xi.
Horrible Dealer, I try to return a lease BMW.They wouldn't take back.
I had an excellent experience buying my X5 at Morristown BMW. Amzad Malique was an absolute professional, and I would recommend anyone who is in the market to go to Morristown and ask specifically for him as your sales person.
It was a pleasure working with Tony Herrera at BMW Morristown. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and worked with me to find exactly what I needed within my budget. Highly recommended!
Extremely poor service experience. The mentality is to squeeze more cash out of customers, and not at all about making customers happy. Bought 2 new tires over last 3 months at $300 each. Technician did not put second new tire on front as requested. Wanted $77 labor for 30 mins to do this. Or free, if we bought 2 more tires at another $600, which we don't yet need. Focus purely on making the most money.
I will avoid this dealer.
Bad experience with dealer. Set up an appointment, came with cash in hand, drove 2 hours for the car to not even exist.
Do your due diligence
Excellent Service !! Plain and simple best price on BWM with no hassles . This is exactly what I was looking for to have a dealer with give me a best price with not much of hassles .
Mohamad did an excellent job as sales person .
Recently visited the bmw store in Morristown, great people . Met with friendly sales person who was very informative and not pushy. Before leaving I also had the chance to meet with a sales Manager who was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Definetly the dealership everyone should buy their bmw from!
Royce Blackwell is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson that made the entire car buying process a pleasant and smooth experience. He was very easy to work with and very attentive throughout. I only wish every salesperson could be more like Royce. Thanks again.
