I love Morris Cadillac Buick GMC. Start to finish their staff is professional, friendly and treat you like family. I ve had body work, and service on my vehicle done in a timely manner with reasonable costs. Everyone s experience is different. I ve been going to Morris for two years and I will never buy or lease from any where else. No dealership compares to the hospitality, professionalism or friendliness of Morris Cadillac Buick GMC (N. Olmsted) staff. Thank you for the 5 star experience every time!

After looking for a vehicle for several months, I expanded my search area a few hundred miles. Came across a Buick at Morris with almost all the features I wanted. After unsavory interactions with other dealerships, I was leery about driving 3 hours to look at the car. Prior to this, every vehicle I looked at was not as the dealerships described leaving me disappointed each time. I connected with Mike Speck and told him my expectations. It was refreshing that Mike wasn t salesy and talked to me like a person. Instantly I felt like he got it and there was no smoke and mirrors just to make a sale. Mike went above and beyond plus stayed after hours to accommodate my drive to Morris. I was not disappointed; the car was exactly what we talked about and there were no surprises. Thank you for being honest and making this a quality car buying experience. I LOVE my one owner (now two) well maintained and exceptional clean Buick LaCrosse premium!

My experience with GMC was disappointing . As I sat my infants car seat down, I noticed how filthy the floor was under our sales associates desk. There was dirt, m&ms, hair and a screw. The associates at GMC were condesending and insulting. They spoke directly to my husband while avoiding eye contact with me . Many small talk was made with my husband but the associates were not personal with me . They shook my husbands hand but did not shake mine . I could not help but wonder if GMC has a sexiest bias . It was very hurtful. Unprofessional comments were also made when they asked about my husbands income. After we answered the question of how much our mortgage was, our sales associate responded with baller . My whole experience was very uncomfortable. We were then promised to be finished in a remaining 40 minutes but left after 90 minutes. Although we purchased a vehicle that we enjoy very much, I will never forget how GMC made me feel.

This was by far the BEST experience in car shopping/purchasing I have ever experienced and now I will continue to do my business here! Not only did they locate the exact car that I wanted (after listening and asking specific questions), but they did it with speed and ease. Most of the preliminary work was done before I even stepped in the door! Alyssa, Ed and Dean were all so friendly and accommodating! Can't say enough positive words and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!

The transaction was flawless. My car was waiting for me. I chatted with the owner and sales manager and went right into the see the finances manager. An expert ran me though the new upgrades the 2020 Avenir was able to perform. I was in and out of the dealership with a fabulous new car in less than one hour. A great experience as always. This is my 9th Buick Enclave from the same excellent dealership.

I wrote the following in an email to Adam and Robert Morris and received no response whatsoever. The Manager of the body shop, Barb Sikora, has been very apologetic and has been the ONLY person at this dealership that seems to care about the service provided to your customers. It's appalling that your dealership would allow an employee, Dave the Asst. Mgr. of the body shop, to discriminate against a disabled veteran in such a manner...you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

'Mr. Morris: I am writing to let you know how your body shop not only failed to provide fast, friendly, efficient and fairly priced services but they also insulted me as a disabled veteran.

First, when I brought my 2008 CTS in to be painted, I asked about other aftermarket items that could be put on my car and was told to just Google it and so that s what I did. I found a fiberglass mold that was supposed to be for the hood on a CTS but wasn t sure if it would work or not so I emailed (I can provide copies if necessary) the pictures of it, measurements, instructions and even links to the website where I found it to your manager, asking him if it would work or not because I didn t want to order it if it wouldn t nor did I want to order it if it would cost $1000 or something ridiculous like that for a $100 part. So he called me and said it would be fine and it would cost about $4-500. So I ordered it and had to drive to your dealership with it strapped to the roof of my car.

Then he calls to tell me that, because it got a couple minor cracks in it, it would cost $1200 to put it on the car. Needless to say, I told him not to do it and, frustrated, told him to toss it. Then a week goes by and I was wondering what was taking so long (I had no idea it would take nearly 3 weeks to paint my car) and called to check on my car and was, in so many words, told how stupid I was for even ordering such a thing and that I should ship it back for a refund.

So then I called back several days later asking when the car would be ready, the rental car was getting expensive!!! Had I known it would take this long, I could have used my mother s car instead! I was then told it would be ready on Thursday last week. Friday comes around and no call so I called them and they complained that they re way behind (not my problem) and they will get it done ASAP and that they will pay for the rental for the weekend.

Then I called yesterday to ask when the car will be ready and was told tomorrow after 3pm. So, I took the car back to Enterprise and was told that the cost was nearly $1000 and that the dealership didn t say anything about covering the cost starting last Friday!!! Then their rep took me to the body shop and the car isn t even close to being ready!!!

And, while discussing the outrageous rate being charged by Enterprise and that they should have charged me the dealership rate, I said: "I m a disabled veteran if that helps" hoping that maybe they had a discount or something and then your assistant manager Dave said: "you re disabled in your head too" ...seriously??? How completely disrespectful and insensitive can you be??? That is so wrong on so many levels and is NOT something that you should say to anyone, especially a disabled veteran.

Needless to say, I m very angry about this whole ordeal. I hope that you can find a way to rectify this before I have to seek other means."

We have bought our two current vehicles from Brandon at Morris. Buying used cars is always a risky situation because you cant know for sure what you're buying, but we've had been super lucky with not only the cars but Brandon as well. Only regular wear and tear things have come up and when they have, Brandon has been able to get us in the shop as soon as possible. Not only did he do that, but he also kept an eye on our car when we were there in case something came up. I highly recommend both the dealership and Brandon.

We originally visited a different local GMC dealer that we've purchased from before. They had no interest in helping us whatsoever and didn't take us seriously. They lost an easy sale. We then ended up at Morris GMC and were not disappointed. We were referred to Morris GMC by Costco Auto. Camden was excellent throughout the process of purchasing my new Acadia Denali. We went inside knowing exactly what we wanted and the only decision I had to make was which color I wanted. It was nice to deal with a salesperson that was actually familiar with the vehicle and options unlike my previous experiences at other dealerships over the years. Camden educated me on some of the vehicle settings and features before leaving the dealership. He made it a point to make sure I had all of the resources I needed to learn everything I needed to know. He also kept me updated throughout the entire purchase process. We requested the vehicle to be hand washed only and Camden made sure that is exactly what happened. While I didn't have much interaction with the other staff members at Morris GMC, I am completely satisfied with the overall experience.

We wanted to take the time to thank you at Morris GMC for the wonderful service when we bought our 2017 Yukon Denali this past week. We had been looking for several months for another Yukon ( this is our 4th one!) and were a little concerned about going so far away from home to buy a car. But when we made the call to verify that the car was still there, Jeremy M. told us that is was pretty foggy up there as it was in Bucyrus so maybe wait to come up until later (thanks for that, too!). Around noon the weather cleared up, and we decided to take the chance, title in hand, and see if this was the car for us.
Jeremy is a great young man and was very kind and conscientious even though he had 2 other customers to take care of at the same time we were there. We never felt that we were ignored. Believe me this is not what we had been dealing with over the past several months at other dealerships.
Thank you again to Jeremy M. and this dealership for your great service.
And by the way, this is exactly the car we were looking for at a good price!

Morris Buick really knows how to waste my time! I've been trying now for half an hour to schedule an online appointment (as I have many times in the past, which usually takes 3 minutes), and their website defaults to some car finance ad (Sunbit?). Every time I attempt to make the reservation, this pop up ad fills my screen and prevents me from doing so. Ridiculous!

Update: 7/5 Thank you for your response, and website correction. I now rated you more accurately, taking into consideration past visits to your dealership and service department.

I was expecting to spend the whole day there, nope I was in my new lease and on my way home in less than 3 hours! We took the car to Morris at Great Northern to fix or repair tire. They told us it would take about 30 minutes. An hour and a half later, they said, nothing wrong with tire. Probably a rim leak. I got to Clauge and Lorain (a few blocks) and tire that nothing was wrong with was already to 20psi. Returned. Said 30 minutes guaranteed to replace tire - another 1 1/2 hour and didn t even put spare and jack back properly. VERY FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTED.

I worked with Ed in used cars from Detroit metro area regarding a 2015 Yukon Denali and everything he said was the 100% truth. He sent extra photos, videos, etc. of the car to allow for me to get a full idea of what i was buying before I drove 3 hours to get it. The whole experience was well worth it when I got there. Terrible service experience all around. Body shop ...

Terrible service experience all around. Body shop had my car for 3 months after a rear-end collision, rarely returned my calls until the last few weeks, then I had to leave my car for re-work twice with issues still remaining the third time. The first time I picked up my car the blend on the new rear quarter was VERY noticeable with coarse sanding in the filler still visible under the layers of paint, there was little to no paint coverage on the inner lip of the quarter by the back glass, 3-4 huge fisheyes in the paint by the right rear window, and sanding scuffs on my roof (which had no previous damage).

After leaving it for the above issues I was called again to say the car was ready. When I arrived, about half of the quarter panel was still completely dull from wet sanding, so I left it again for the job to be finished.

The third time I arrived on appointment the car wasn't ready and I had to wait over an hour for the quarter to be buffed then the car washed before leaving. After arriving home and in the sunlight, the fisheyes are still there as well as the roof sanding scratches from poor masking, they are just sanded/buffed to be much less noticeable.

After almost 4 months with my car and 2 re-works it's still a half-assed job. Paint color matches well though, and aside from the listed issues the paint looks good.

I also have a few mechanical complaints on the repair - 15 minutes into my drive home the car started running at about 1/3 power in a limp mode. Not sure if this is from the accident or the repair (abs/traction control sensors?), but I'm waiting on a service appt to try to figure out what's wrong. The right rear of my car also sits about a half-inch higher than all other corners now after the work. I'm having another shop look into this as I have no faith that the Morris repair shop is paying enough attention to ensure a fix. They seem capable, just not committed or concerned with completing the job.

Twice in the middle of this I requested a call with the service manager from the front desk/receptionists to get some help in trying to bring this job to an acceptable close and was assured they'd get back to me the following mornings. I never received a call except for David and I's ongoing conversations.

I have a feeling it's going to be closer to 5 or 6 months before I have a fully functioning car from Morris all from a medium rear-end collision. Again - aside from a couple of issues the paint work looks good and the suspension hasn't fallen off or anything, but I really couldn't be much more dissatisfied in the service, my treatment, and the end result with my car - especially for a certified Cadillac dealership.

While I realize the description above seems dramatic - I've tried to be as honest and factual as possible without embellishment. It's honestly just been an impressively bad series of events.

Working with Morris and sales consultant Jeremy Moomaw was a fantastic experience. We worked with another GMC dealership close to our home and it was terrible. After discussing with a friend he recommended Morris which was about 40 minutes from us but we decided to make the trip. It was completely worth it. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, personal and professional. The experience from start to finish was one that will keep us coming back to Morris on any car purchase in the future!

Worst automotive experience ever. I went in to replace a broken radio antenna. I was told it was an hour and a half job so I waited. An hour and a half in I was told it s a four and a half job. Had I known this initially, I wouldn t have done it, but It was too late to quit. Six days later, still not finished. They should have known what the job entailed from the beginning. They never called to let me know what was going on, you have to call them and they never answer the phone. While I m venting, they left the steering wheel greasy, and most dealers would have done a complimentary car wash but not here.
