After looking for a vehicle for several months, I expanded my search area a few hundred miles. Came across a Buick at Morris with almost all the features I wanted. After unsavory interactions with other dealerships, I was leery about driving 3 hours to look at the car. Prior to this, every vehicle I looked at was not as the dealerships described leaving me disappointed each time. I connected with Mike Speck and told him my expectations. It was refreshing that Mike wasn t salesy and talked to me like a person. Instantly I felt like he got it and there was no smoke and mirrors just to make a sale. Mike went above and beyond plus stayed after hours to accommodate my drive to Morris. I was not disappointed; the car was exactly what we talked about and there were no surprises.
