Morris Buick Review

I bought my first Buick today and was not disappointed in my purchase or the service I received. Camden was awesome, the right combination of looking for the right fit for me without being pushy. Morris dealership went out of their way to give me a great experience. Camden even came in on his day off! The Buick Envision is a sleek vehicle with so many great features. One of the quietest and smoothest rides out there. If you re looking for your next vehicle, I highly recommend Camden and Morris.

my 2016 Sierra Denali PU truck was in for brakes and two small recall items- fist visit to the dealership after 47,000 miles-oil changes and wiper blades has been it- completely trouble free truck from the day I drove it off the lot- anyway the drop off into a heated service bay was awesome- it was 10 degrees outside- Trevor was my service rep- at drop off he said he would call me in about an hour and did just that- told me he would recommend not replacing brakes yet - did the two small recalls - no charge for the brake inspection was a huge surprise- great job in all respects- so nice and so rare- thanks Trevor and Morris GMC!

My husband s car unexpectedly died this past week, which meant we had to do some unexpected car shopping this weekend. We ended up at Morris Buick in North Olmsted looking at a used GMC Terrain. We felt that this dealership was very professional to deal with through the entire process. Our salesman, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about cars. My husband and I felt like we learned a lot about cars, just from talking to him. He was able to answer all of our questions, which was quite impressive since we had a lot of them. He made us feel comfortable the whole time and was sensitive to our needs, making sure each one was cared for. After we decided to make the purchase, the rest of the process was very thorough and smooth too. They didn t rush us out the door, but made sure we were 100% cared for before we left. This dealership seems to be a place that cares about maintaining a professional reputation, and helping you as a person, rather than just getting people in and out and making the sale. I hope to use this dealership for future car purchases, and would want to work with Jeremy again, as he was great to work with.

After days and countless hours of researching cars to purchase my first one, I couldn t pass up the deal for the 2020 Buick Encore Preferred AWD at Morris! I knew what I wanted when I walked in and gave a stock number to test drive to salesman Ed Schurdell. Really liked it, then test drove the new Encore GX but wasn t practical for my first car. I was really looking for something specific and since the car I looked at didn t have the remote start, Ed took out a book on all of the inventory that checked all, if not, most of my boxes and gave me three options. In the end, I chose the car I test drove first and added the one feature that it was missing. Requested a quote and was given a high rate that wasn t ideal for my first car loan. Ed gave my dad and I the privacy and patience that we desperately needed to help me make my decision and Ed went above and beyond to do what he could to get the quote down to where I needed it to be. Although it was 3 months more of a loan that I wanted, If that rate didn t change I would ve walked out without that car. We were there for awhile AND after hours so Ed let me take the car home and bring it back the next day to file the paperwork and talk finance with Scott (who also great!). I caught a tax rate error on my paperwork and he fixed it right then and there! Thank you Morris Buick for having such a friendly, informative, and PATIENT team. Ed was great and so was my experience! I love my new car and I will definitely be back in a few years for car #2.

Rep on phone when I called to make my appt. could not have been more friendly or helpful. She got in me in immediately & did it with style & grace. She even had fun while we chatted & she confirmed my v# for my service recall need. Wonderful woman.

Up arrival, Danny in Guest Service was warm, friendly & extremely accommodating. He made everything happen & noted where waiting area was located. Waiting area - exceptional. Nice & clean, flatscreen beautiful, nice snack / beverage selection. Went & thanked sales mgr in showroom for the experience. My only recommendation would be for team in front to not eat at desks. I am sure you have a break room in back for all to enjoy their meal & well deserved break. Thank u for an exceptional experience & the expeditious service - BRAVO!

I have a 2015 Cadillac that had issues and it would not drive. I live 1 hour away and was near this dealership. I called for assistance. The man that card me back told me that he could not wave his wand and help me.

Mark Yonke is the reason we keep going back to Morris GMC. We leased a GMC Terrain a few months back and had an awesome experience with Mark. He was more than helpful throughout the whole process. Because of that initial experience, when it was time for me to turn in my old truck and get a new lease it was a no brainer that we were going back to see Mark. I leased a GMC Sierra yesterday and my experience was better than the last! He was able to keep me under budget while also getting me in the truck I loved.
