I arrived at Morris GMC after having been to several other GMC dealers in the area. I knew what I was after (Sierra Denali HD with a Duramax). I had a plan B lined up but Adam Morris and Jeremy Moomaw made sure that didn t happen. They worked tirelessly through a Saturday afternoon making sure I got their best effort and best deal. This made for a really assuring feeling. I was as happy to do business with with Morris GMC as I was driving away in my new Denali.

Personnel and service at GMC Morris are phenomenal...

Personnel and service at GMC Morris are phenomenal, love these peeps.....however, GM has a problem with their 15 - 18 8-speed transmissions and the buyers and service personnel are being thrown into the lions den to deal with it while GM plays the pass the buck game. Shameful GM, handle your business accordingly before you lose a 3 time Denali buyer to Ford.

I brought the car in because the latch for the shade for the roof was broken. A part had to be ordered. I called after a week and was told it had been ordered and i would be called when it came in. After two weeks I called again and found that the part was in but I was never notified that it had come in. The car was repaired at that time.

This is my 4 Car (1 buy and 3 leases) from Bob Morris GMC. I couldn't be happier with the Sales and Service team. With the crazy things going on right, it was great to still get the same excellent service from the team there. I did almost all of my communications with them via e-mail and phone and when it was time to pickup the car, I was in and out in 30 minutes, including the new features demo and setting up OnStar.

Just a horrible experience! And a severe case of bad customer service! They make you feel like you need them and not the other way around through their cold tones and lack of courtesy!
I said I could deal with that, I just need to get my car fixed! But to have your appointment canceled on you twice and spend a month without vehicle just so that when you complain, and ask to talk to the service manager, to have this shop manager tell you not call his shop ever again, and that he's canceling your scheduled appointment and he's never going to on your car in "HIS" shop, then hang the phone up on you!!!!

HORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !!!!

In a world where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, i was blown away with the experience. 12 years driving BMW s and decided to just take a look Morris GMC-Cadillac. Will never go anywhere else for the rest of my days. First class rides with best in class service. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Best car buying experience ever, Sam is by far one of the greatest car salesman I ve ever worked with. I highly recommend Morris Buick GMC dealership. Their internet process is Great! I found the car on the Internet they called me, I told him what I was looking for and asked themcould they do the deal at a certain price. They called me back in less than an hour and said yes they could do it at that price and did I want to come out and take a look and take it for a ride. I arrived at 7:50 PM was walking out at 8:50 PM, done deal and was home before 10 PM. That s the way it should happen all of the time. I love those guys and highly recommend them.

Mike Speck pushed and pushed me to change my mind and not buy what I really wanted. I'm glad I put my foot down. Very disappointing! Just interested in a sale not their customers needs or wants!

Bought a used truck off of them in November of 2016. Told them I already had my financing arranged through Capital One but they insisted that I allow them to try to get me a better rate. After they assured me they would pull a single credit report and share it with the potential lenders I allowed them to do it. That is not what they did. They provided my information to 5 different banks in an effort to beat the incredible rate I already had from Capital One. Each of them pulling my credit report and causing my rating to drop slightly because of so many inquiries. When I brought this to the finance manager's attention he thought it was funny. "We were determined to find you a better rate. Oh well, they will fall off in two years." In a sentence, they lied to me. I was so happy with my purchase i would have been a repeat customer. Not now.

Car was at the dealer for 2 weeks!!! Brand new car 2900 miles on it with a serious safety issue and since they couldnt replicate the issue, I was given back the unsafe vehicle. Very disappointed that I now have to be worried while driving the vehicle around with my 2 children...and since the car is only 3 months old and been to the repair place one time there is nothing more that can be done...such a shame. Probably be the last lease from there....the service manager was very nice though and he tried...so this review sort of includes gm overall

Though the staff at the counters are professional and friendly. The overall experience was horrible, from delays, no communication, the supposed "backorder" part that miraculously appeared about an hour after they said GM wouldn't tell them so, I reached out to GM about the problem , and damage to the vehicle performance and aesthetically while not taking responsibility. On top of other interactions I've had with this dealership in the past that I tried to move past on quality, because the men in the Cadillac Service Center are very nice, this has gotten to the point where I can no longer bite my tongue on it. Absolutely cluster at Morris from Sales to Repair. Side note: when someone is trying to buy a new car and says they would like to, you would think you would get a response back from the sales person too.

Went in with my parents so they could buy a buick encore. Which they did m. In the mean time my husband was looking at a GMC Canyon Denali on the show room floor which he really liked alot, problem was we had bought a new Silverado 5 months earlier with only owing 3 more years on so we didn't need a new truck . The salesman ran some numbers with us and I wasnt on board with us buying another truck, so he then threw the option of leasing which I told him absolutely not but he just kept pushing this truck on my husband. So of course my husband caved in and said yes against my better judgement. So when he was signing the papers the residual was 6000.00 more dollars then what he told me and all he could say was I'm sorry, at this point I was not wanting this truck .unfortunately we took the new truck home and I kept telling my husband my the hell would you give up are 5 month old 2018 Silverado that we didn't owe that much on for a lease that you get nothing back from when the lease is done so he called the salesman to tell him he made a mistake could we bring the truck back he said he understood and would see what he could do well that was bullcrap because he called the next day to say the vehicle was funded already which I called the lease company and was told it wasnt funded yet. These salespeople can be pretty convincing when there talking you into a vehicle you dont need but if you change your mind its turf cramp for you. Now were stuck with a truck that's going to be way to expensive to buy at the end of the lease and have no vehicle at all . I am so so upset over this worse mistake of our lives, when your gut tells you dont do it you should listen.

The oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I noticed that they didn t put a reminder sticker on my windshield. I called and asked if they would mail it to me and I was told to wait to the change oil now came up on my dash. I have always had a sticker on my windshield as a reminder. I don t see what the big deal is in mailing me one.
