I purchased my Buick Enclave from Morris and have taken it in for maintenance twice thus far. Every time i call, the operator and service team are courteous, helpful and work around my schedule. I have personally purchased 5 trucks in the last 7 years as I drive 50-60k miles yearly. I have purchased from many areas (Columbus, Akron, Cleveland...etc). I can say from Jeremy who helped me to Scott in finance this was the best experience I have ever received. I am a family member of the GM family as my wife has had 3 new vehicles in the past 5 years. Branden is always willing to go out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the purchase that you have made and that it meets all of what you wanted/ needs. . While the purchasing process was ultimately average, what happened after that was sub par.

This is my 8th vehicle- all GM- and I ve never missed a payment once. I d like to think I m a loyal customer. Unfortunately I was not treated as such by the finance manager, Dean.

According to GM Financial, they did not receive the Loyalty Waiver from my salesperson and therefore would not accept a payment that I submitted. If they could not prove that I stayed within GM (which is quite obvious) then that payment would go towards the fee. My salesperson faxed it in twice but they still claimed they had not received it. At this point my payment was now 10 days late and therefore would receive a late payment. I was extremely worried it would become 30 days late and hurt my credit and as a single mother battling cancer and paying medical bills, my income is budgeted. I could not afford a double payment.

I reached out to Dean and politely requested his assistance. He sent an email with the required documentation into GM. Over the next 2 weeks I followed up with 2 emails and a voicemail and never heard back. My salesperson was kind enough to respond, but clearly he did not have the contacts that a Financial Manager would have. After 30 days, I requested the name of another manager that might be able to assist me. Dean responded that he only helped me as a courtesy and it doesn t matter how many emails or calls I make to him he has done his part.

A simple response advising me of this would have sufficed as I m not receiving collection calls from GM and had no idea what the status was. Average customer service would have sufficed.

I called and spoke to a kind woman in customer service and she was able to clear the entire situation up within mere minutes. A+ Customer Service from GM Financial. If only that were the case for those at Morris Cadillac GMC.

Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed. 6 of my grandparents retired from GM Lordstown and several family members still work there including my father. After 8 GM vehicles, this will be my last. If this is how a 20 year LOYAL GM customer is treated by anyone who works within the organization, I want nothing to do with it.

I tried working with another dealer and they blew me off. I called Morris Buick and they gave me to Nick. I told Nick what I was looking for and he was straight up with me. We were able to get a deal done withing 30 minutes which was nice. I was very impressed with this dealership and Nick. If you are looking for a car you should definitely check them out.

Mike Speck was a great salesman. He was upfront and honest with everything. We live 3 hours away but it was well worth the drive. We called ahead and Mike was able to explain the rebates and the deal we would get and had the car ready when we got there. They also gave us a fair price on our trade. Great experience, we will be back.

I leased my car from Morris last year. I so far brought it in for one oil change. I have a Buick Encore. That experience was great. However last week my side detection system failed and when I tried to reach Morris service center twice well before closing, both times got put on hold and then was hung up on. When I went there I am told well they go home at 6:00, and oh well it is no big deal I can still drive my car. Clearly they do not need or want any more business. I certainly will not be bringing my car here for any kind of service. The person did not even listen to me when I was telling him that I was hung up on twice by their staff. This is apparently an acceptable behavior for the Morris service staff. Please do not take your car here for service. They do not need your business and do not care. I am now taking my car elsewhere.

An engine light went on in my Buick Regal, I took the car to Morris Buick and the car was supposedly repaired for $500. However, the engine light came on again a short time later (days), but I can t return the car to have problem corrected for another 7 days.

This is the second time this happened with Morris, a repair wasn t repaired the way it should have been.

I would give zero stars if I could. A truly disappointing first car-buying experience. I'd been looking for an older Jeep Grand Cherokee and was unfortunately led here by one of the many car buying apps. Aside from generally not being taken seriously and outright lied to on several occasions throughout the process, the worst part has been that they sold my personal information. I've been spammed hundreds of times since I purchased a vehicle from them in May. I love the car but the overall purchase experience was terrible and continues to be. Don't shop here under any circumstances. Not good people.

Just bought a Jeep from this dealership, and Mike Speck was so helpful!! He was easy to deal with, wasn't pushy, and managed to make the buying process fun and enjoyable. He was there to answer any questions, provide different scenarios for payment options, and make it a comfortable experience. You don't feel trapped with Mike as your salesman. We have purchased multiple vehicles with Speck!!! The team stayed late to allow me to take my car home that day. Overall, it was such a smooth process!

Called in to get information about the new 2018 GMC Terrain, and I talked to some guy named mike. Immediately when I spoke to him on the phone I felt uncomfortable, mike was not very friendly on the phone and spoke to me like he did not care about giving me information on the new terrain and the whole conversation was just awkward. Then he had the nerve to ask me how much I was paying for my Terrain and and said get ready to pay double, I was just shocked at the stupidity of this man and how rude he was. I will also call General Motors to report him for this. FYI to the GM here or owner, please train your employees to great customers and give them the information they ask for, especially when a new product drops. I will take my business to another GMC dealership and even if this dealership was the only one in the state I would travel to another state just to buy a new car, that's how bad I felt over the phone. I hope a apology is issued to me and mike to properly trained to answer questions rather then just tell a customer, get ready to pay a arm and a leg for a car your interested in. Great idea mike scaring a cusomter away like that.

THE SALES TEAM SUCK HERE!!!! I CAME TO SPEND OVER $60000.00 FOR A NEW TRUCK..... THIS DEALERSHIP IS NO BUSIER THAN ANY OTHER FOR YEAR END SALES. THE SALES MANAGER TOLD THE PERSON I WAS GOING THRU FOR A NEW ONE. THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO GET ANOTHER TRUCK TRANFERED THERE???? TOO MUCH OF A HEADACHE AT THIS TIME COME BACK AFTER ALL THE SALES ARE OVER AND WE CAN GET THAT DONE THEN!!!!! WAS VERY UPSETTING TO HEAR VERY SUCKY SALES TEAM HERE...... Haven t bought a brand new car in many years. Our current 11 year old car needed some repairs and instead of repairing the car decided to call Morris Buick. We called and were directed to Mike Speck. Mike answered every question and provided us over the phone with real time options. My husband and I discussed the options after the call and decided to take a ride to the dealership to meet Mike and test ride a car. Mike answered our additional questions with NO high pressure sales talk! We decided to trade in our car and came home with a brand new Buick Envision! I was very disappointed in the service. I took my Buick for an oil change and to check the heating system. This whole process took a week to complete. They did not announce me when my car was done; I had to call them myself. When I got my car back it was a mess. In the glove box I had some napkins and some cords; the napkins were on the floor and the glove box was closed with a cord sticking out. The compartment in between the seats was also a mess and some things were taken out and left on the passenger seat. Overall, I had a bad experience and I still have not gotten the paperwork for the service check.

Excellent service. I was going to lease my Enclave through another dealership, but I called Mike at Morris and he beat the other price within an hour. I came down and we were good to go. Faster than most other times I ve gotten a new vehicle. Will probably return when I need a new one.

I made an appointment 2 weeks out and the service advisor mentioned they might not get to my vehicle that day. I called the following day at lunch time and they still hadn t gotten to it. I did get a loaner but shortly into driving it the check engine light came on and the performance was impacted. The service to my vehicle was good at a good price and it was clean when I got it back. They did deliver it to me since the loaner was not working.
