Great staff, food and drinks. Terribly outdated rooms. There is no heat in any of the rooms, and I had no water pressure. There are hardly any outlets, and really bad lighting. I was up all night bc the sls hotel next store plays really loud club music til 2:30am. Hopefully this place gets a makeover soon!

Awful awful service. Worse than a Motel 8. Will never stay at again.

We had a great tine, its modern and very clean. The service from the lobby to the waiters was excellent. Please try the open grill at the restaurant amazing will go back there when i an in Miami again.... but its a little pricy but worth every penny. The cocktails were on point

Zero point for the cleanliness of the floors of the Entrance to the assessor sticks as in a night club ... room washed 2 times in 8 days and the drats not changed in 8 DAYS! room too easily accessible by people from outside (door forced at 2:30 ...) we were told that it was a security who would have gone through the wrong doors 5 times ... And otherwise positive point, good location, we eat there good and the services at the beaches are nice.

It's just darn beautiful here and very Miami, I only went for a drink, so I can only imagine what the rooms are like. A must visit while in Miami.

If you are younger I would recommend staying as far away from this hotel as possible. Every server will look at you in dismissal and do the bare minimum you ask them with a frown and attitude the entire time. The stay started off with us having to wait hours and multiple calls to even get hangers sent to our room. Then every time we would leave the room we were asked if we were actually guests of the hotel. I have never felt so disrespected by people whose sole job is to be there for their guests. The visible change in how people who worked here would treat older individuals around us was astounding. I am 22 years old and am more successful in my career then most but that meant nothing here. I am used to staying at places nicer then this but would have stayed at a Marriott instead of having to deal with the constant disrespect.

Great sophisticated hip hotel with one of the bedt pools in Miami.
Go for brunch st the restaurant or just chill in the pool, you will have a granat time no matter what.

Delano is delano. It's happening and cool. The style and decor design are among the best in miami beach. The pool is amazing and the restaurant is fine. It's always a place to meet great people.

The only good thing about it is the staff to whom I give 10 points, we arrived late and they still made us dinner in the restaurant that is near the pool and the food is first class!
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the super uncomfortable bathroom, few lights that do not allow us to see the cleanliness but those of us who are retailers notice those things right away! It is not a place for children, the pool at night is very nice but strange people a lot of cheap debauchery (ahem woman leaning on the
Side of the pool showing her private parts to two men in front of her. I think this works because of the wave of your employees but there is no control.

This hotel is very beautiful with a fun, hip vibe. The lobby is sleek and tree staff find to be incredibly helpful. We only ran into one minor problem, which wss brought to the attention on the front desk, and was immediately corrected.

The parking is valet for a fee, but I think that's very standard in this area. We booked a package which included parking. The valet was quick and friendly.

I did not stay at the hotel but hang around the bar several times at night. Love the lobby decor! The best part of the bar is to be able to get a drink and relax on beach chairs by the infinity pool - beautiful view. They even had a table with chairs inside the pool on the shallow part which was quite cool. If you are new to SOBE this is definitely a place to check out - it is always busy. It was not overcrowded any time I went.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars are the bartenders. I found them snobby and they charged more than the menu price twice. We didn't say anything at the time but may be we should've. So watch your bill.

Amazing spa experience.. and great cocktails at the bar. Would highly recommend this place.

I felt like I was at an ancient roman villa, but 1920s art deco style. This the definition of posh. If your not a guest pay for valet service and walk straight in like you own the place. Get your ticket validation on the way out $15.

Ate at their main restaurant. The food is served family style and is delicious. Absolutely have to try the baked crab, hamachi tacos and rissotto. Be prepared to drop some money though at this hip SoBe restaurant.

The only pool you should be at when visiting Miami, all around great vibes!!

Honestly one of thev last Grande dam of hotels in operation. Staff is diligently trained and friendly and The rooms built-in the 1920s are more then adequate.. The concierge Claudia and d michael know tips and special things to do and see utilize their services if you visit. I could not find a single negative thing about this hotel worth every penny you get what you pay for don't pass this hotel up for a bland average hotel chain. .

A very nice place. The attention of those in charge of the pool bar is unbeatable. A pleasant memory.

The site has a swimming pool. Bar for early lunch or dinner because it closes at 22. The location is perfect and has direct access to the beach. Breakfast is good and is included. The lounge chair service is included if you make the contract directly to the hotel. If you do it by Booking or taking off, they will charge you 10 DLS per deck chair on the beach and 5 for the umbrellas.

Slightly older crowd but still an amazing place. No hate here, worth it...

Rose bar shows up under a rooftop bar search but it is not. It's expensive but the mixologist know what they are doing.

way too cool for me, im 60 and the noise by the pool , even the furthest cabana almost killed me. Great for a real young and party all nite crowd.

They lost my luggage. Over 40k of my personal belongings. Unbelievable. This has got to be the worst experience of my life!

Expensive prices but a friendly waitstaff, expansive Sunday brunch, lounging music and relaxing settings makes for a great afternoon!

We enjoyed this hotel; it had a cool patio and pool area. At first we got a room that was not cooling down but the hotel staff made it right and upgraded us to a bigger, cooler room. The hallways were dark but the rooms were so white and bright. We liked the little apple stand in the room as well as their soap, lotion, shampoo, etc. Nice touches!

I knew about the splendour of Delano since many years ago I lived a few months in South Beach with my second boyfriend when I was 21. I had no money and I kept looking at it from behind the pool bench and wondering about it. This year I was mentally strong enough to return to Miami beach after I quit him 22 years ago with sorrow. Wanted to be hosted at Delano with my beloved husband this time. I did the best choice, since we recovered from the worse mood ever felt in our couple (due to severe deseases) and Delano played a big role. A big help came from Jessica Londono who trained me and other amazing guests with daily morning agua yoga lessons. It gave me not only serenity but also a direct health injection to my suffering body and mind. Thank you, Matteo

Overpriced. I ve stayed at hotels for $100.00 a night that we nicer than this establishment. The carpet is worn and dirty, the drywall is peeling, mold on the room windows, and peeling mirrors. The room itself feels like a mental institution with white decor coupled with an old dirty rug. The gym does not even have disinfectant spray or wipes. The only positive part of my stay was the food at the beach and pool. I will never return.

This place always takes me back to a time gone by. Beautiful aesthetics, amazing rooms and facilities (what a gym), and in a top location in Miami. What more could you want?

Great 4 night stay here. Perfect location, right on the water and right by Lincoln road shopping. The hotel lobby and the pool area are really nice. Service from the wait staff was excellent. We had a few minor complaints about the room, and the elevators were unbearably slow, but would definitely stay here again.

Clean, grand, chic. This place had a relaxed vibe and bubbly, airy atmosphere when I visited on a Friday. Drinks are a little pricy but the bartender, Kosta, has shown me that they how to make a proper cocktail.

In my opinion the best hotel in Miami. Art deco yet modern and they have a very good club on the premises where often celebrities come to party.

Delano is the best luxury hotel in Miami, in my opinion. Everything here is the best of the best from dining options to room choices, and entertainment selection. Best among these is the service. The people who work here are genuinely concerned with making your experience memorable and authentic. True relaxation and luxury awaits at Delano SoBe. I will be back.

It went really bad on my birthday. The hotel was unable to allow hotel guests access to the outdoor pool and bar, because it gave them over to an events company, without safeguarding its duties towards hotel guests. Disgusting, as money in Miami is worth anything .... if there were events every day, there would be no pool, no bar for anyone.

This place is so chilled at night. Reminds me of the great Gatsby
