There is nothing left unattended. The staff is exceptional in everything they do. Jeremy the bartender at the pool bar is the best in the business. He always knows just what is needed

I was with friends at brunch on January 1st., Absolutely negative !!!. I always went for both breakfast and an aperitif .... and up until two years ago, brunch was FABULOUS.
Unfortunately they have changed management, "La Dama" is no longer Italian, but it is called Leynia managed by an Argentine chef and an Asian chef, so Mrs. Delphine Codaic, General Restaurant Manager informed me, when she collected my complaints. Poor food was horrible ..... apart from a brazier with quantity of meat (I don't eat meat) ... poor set up .... "four oysters and some sushi ..... before that they offered champagne cliquot in rivers .... and there was an infinity of delicacies; so much to be amazed (by the visual pleasure too). Indecent table service, rude waiter and eternal waiting times even for cutlery .... .
A MYTH has fallen. I hope that when I return to Miami there is no more of this
However, I thank the owner of the Delano, for his kind response and we hope that you will soon find the pleasure of staying again and happily.

Rating reduced to 4 starts because they charged $10 for a bottle of water. This is not only testicules and greedy, it's irresponsible. Dehydration and overheating are the top cause of death at live music events.
