I cannot recommend these folks enough. I originally called them when I thought I would just add a few cabinets to my new house. Rich came out and walked me through the modest change and Jennifer sent over a very reasonable quote quickly. I ended up changing my mind and instead gutted an entire kitchen. Rich came back out to walk me through some options and Brian did a great rendering to show me my options of the kitchen. Ordering was quick, installation easy to schedule and the workmanship perfect.
The Applebys went above and beyond at every step of the process. I am new to renovations and Rich patiently answered every question. I would enthusiastically recommend these folks and would happily hire them again.

On July 30th, we had an in-home consultation with Rich, the owner. He was very nice and we had an enjoyable conversation, explaining in detail what we were looking for... We received a randation that was not what we asked, but rather what he wanted. We had to follow-up several times, and we never received a quote. Guess, business must be good, as he did not need ours... He never followed up and never got back to us! What a waste of our time!!!

We have been waiting diligently for Rich's responses. Amazing how this is now our fault, but a follow-up would have been nice, if that was the case. We have been the ones following up with him, consistently. On August 21st, we were told that you were still working on the design, and it was not finalized at that point. And we were also still waiting to hear back about the glass pieces with specs.

Instead, we got someone else that took the time and designed the project with us, and we already have a delivery date set. It just took four days to get that done!

Very disappointed, that's all.
