Bad service. They don't care at all. Contact is bad after the termination of a lease. A deadline is then set that is not feasible, forcing them to rent an extra week to empty the house as they wish. Ridiculous!
You pay service costs, then you also need service, and you are sent from box to wall! Due to very old, porous faucets (not the first) in the apartment where I am temporarily staying, we have leakage. Mooiland does not want to send a plumber for this all day. 40 !! Phone calls later, still no help. We have children at home, plus this is a (partly) main tap. Called the mechanic himself, super sweet that he came, but that is not much. Three companies are already saying that there should be a plumber, but instead I just have to empty buckets of water all night long, she said: we are planning tomorrow !! Funny, but this building is not my best beautiful country, so good luck with the damage you get when my pipe bursts, and you therefore have a big problem

Easy-going housing corporation. have waited for years for decent extraction on the shower for example. And maintenance outside is very bad. Window cleaner never seen in number of years already. In short. (Cheap) living for people who do not expect too much. Rental prices are all different prices. Based on how long you live. New tenants pay the jackpot for this spot. Good for 1 pers. If I give a grade. Everywhere I give a 5. A lot of room for improvement. Isolation, washing glazing. As maintenance. I enjoy living at home 7. I'm still good at my price.
After having had some maintenance problems, and discussions about some damage to the house, Mooiland and I still got out after 12 months! Thanks to Yvonne and Victor.
In the meantime I have been renting a property from Mooiland for 10 years, sometimes you have to go after them if you want to get something done, but they will also be busy.

It is not Mooiland. It's that company they work with. Brehman service or something. (How they dare to say the name service in their name I don't know) Have been waiting for six months for my ventilation to be repaired. I have to stuff towels into my ventilation system to muffle the noise. And then neither does it take more than half a year. Really a big downside that you go into business with this. For the rest, a great company.
We have been renting from Mooiland since 1991, and never problems.
And then when your husband has died, you get a beautiful bouquet to lend a heart to.

With a measuring time of 8 years, I still cannot get a home. I have been responding at least twice a week for 8 years. When you call housing construction, they say that I should respond to the drawing of the house. But an average of 500 people respond to this per home. You can participate even better in the state lottery! You win even earlier and you can at least buy your own house. Because if you want to rent something through residential construction, you are now 25 years later.
Nowadays people are allowed to request their old measuring time back. So if you had a measurement time of 20 years and you rent a new house. Normally you would have to build up your measurement time again. Now these people can get their measuring time back. So the competition remains very high. And people who really need a house can no longer get a house.

Since April 2019 a home has been assigned through Mooiland. So far more than satisfied with how the process went from start to finish;
- Responding, group viewing and signing agreement went quickly and was very transparent.
- Always helped by employees by telephone if I had specific questions.
- Taking over the house was easy and this was neatly delivered. Employee has also explained everything nicely.
- Welcome pack with tips etc. and in addition a voucher for free cakes, was surprised by this!
- Everything can be found clearly on the site that is constantly being improved.
In short, a Housing Corporation that in my experience earned five stars compared to other housing corporations with which I have experience.
If you want to live in a certain area and you can only rent social housing, then you are stuck. Reasonable home that looks older from the inside than the age of the home is. Really neat that is not delivered. Just very dirty. Beautiful island could be a bit stricter in that. Even with low rent, you don't have to leave a home dirty.

I had a viewing on Friday and on Monday before 12 noon they had to have all the information if I wanted to respond. Now they ask for an explanation and that takes 5 working days. Had contact with Mooiiland and it was said that it was not a problem and I could send that statement as soon as I received it .. it did not matter much, because I am still living at home! Now I was called that I will not get the house, because of the missing statement. Very rude how this organization deals with house hunter !!!! And I bet they won't bother to contact you for an apology for this bad treatment!
what a bad company !!! if a repair or maintenance has to be done then they just shift it to the tenant! no service at all and then you also pay extra costs in the month for chores in and around the house !! Then 4 years ago I even lived on the green hills for half a year because of asbestos, when all laws and regulations were ignored and our health was not important at all! Right to relocation allowance but not received because they gave certain things a different name renovation instead of rebuilding. but throwing up the rent every time !!! We suffer from upstairs neighbors. Residential Foundation does nothing to solve this. We are awake by the upstairs neighbors, and in the evening we can not sleep, also from the noise from above. House in poor condition. Building from 1968 with ticking water pipes. Every time tap tap tap tap sound when neighbors start using water. Is not normal anyway. !

I have been renting from Mooiland for more than 6 years, but not a millimeter of misery. Problems are resolved adequately, reports of nuisance are dealt with immediately. And yes, where chopped meat falls, so not everyone can always be 100% satisfied. There are people in the world who are worse off. But no matter how often I complain or report broken things, they are always repaired within 1 or 2 days. Mooiland even thinks and acts along with people who sometimes have a bit more difficulty with regard to social things. I think that can also be said.
Maintenance shines due to absence, renovation is a dirty word, the office staff is unfriendly and they try to make YOU pay for it. Do you raise the rent every year, but replace a 30-year-old kitchen and bathroom? Ho but. And if you want to have the technical inspector come, that doesn't happen, even after repeated insistence over a period of 6 months.
The one star is for the field service of the Technical Service, because they are trying to do their best, and are clearly ashamed of the remedies they have to use. But with that the rest of the organization gets MUCH TOO MUCH honor.
Don't be fooled by the pictures of happy people on their site; they do not rent from them. If you don't necessarily have to work with them, DO NOT.
