What a rotten business.

What a rotten business.
After accepting a rented house neatly emailed that I want to remain registered. (Also received confirmation of this)
Every time when logging in, the registration time was neatly stated.I want to respond to a house after a few years, it says that I have been deregistered !!! Why unsubscribed ??
Neatly called 3 times registered letter with proof sent even once in Grave the letter issued proof that it was received but according to them nothing has ever been received.
After 3 months I get someone on the phone the only thing he says was that I was very unlucky and he would register me from now on, but would drill through my nose for 6 years of registration time.
what idiots work there promise you that you will be called back after filing a complaint 3 times now a year later and 10 times calling with only call back requests I am still waiting
outrageous what a shitty company !!
