It is a great pity that I am obliged to give a star, because I think that is too much ... I had a viewing on Friday and on Monday before 12 noon they had to have all the information if I wanted to respond. Now they ask for an explanation and that takes 5 working days. Had contact with Mooiiland and it was said that it was not a problem and I could send that statement as soon as I received it .. it did not matter much, because I am still living at home! Now I was called that I will not get the house, because of the missing statement. Very rude how this organization deals with house hunter !!!! And I bet they won't bother to contact you for an apology for this bad treatment!
