After 3 months and 12 times calling, now hanging on the phone again for the same repair complaint.
Again the same backbone remarks and promises, which now completely come to my head.

What an amateurs, if you are looking for a home, leave Mooiland nice, they do the same with their tenants in their neighborhood.

Operation: The repair has not yet been done and to make matters worse, I have just been dismissed by an employee who did not even want to answer the simple question: "If next week is not done, then what ?!"
