Years ago a complaint was filed for disorderly administration at Unive, which made it seem like I was a month behind every month. Eventually ended up at SKGZ, had to go to Zeist, it turned out Unive was only there by telephone. I explained my complaint, and Unive responded that there was no backlog ... Everyone in this room was surprised, except Unive. A month later I received a letter from SKGZ: complaint "unfounded" and therefore rejected. And to date, the administration of Unive Zorg is a mess.
They have sold my insurance under false info. but they help you forget it .. nice one year to determine when you are cheated.
if you ask me, they are paid by the health insurance companies and often the part of the insurer does not choose the people. here trying to pick your right has very little meaning.
