what a bad company !!! if a repair or maintenance ...

what a bad company !!! if a repair or maintenance has to be done then they just shift it to the tenant! no service at all and then you also pay extra costs in the month for chores in and around the house !! Then 4 years ago I even lived on the green hills for half a year because of asbestos, when all laws and regulations were ignored and our health was not important at all! Right to relocation allowance but not received because they gave certain things a different name renovation instead of rebuilding. but throwing up the rent every time !!! I think it is a shame, it is that it is so difficult to get another house, otherwise I would have left Mooiland long ago!
