Maintenance shines due to absence, renovation is a dirty word, the office staff is unfriendly and they try to make YOU pay for it. Do you raise the rent every year, but replace a 30-year-old kitchen and bathroom? Ho but. And if you want to have the technical inspector come, that doesn't happen, even after repeated insistence over a period of 6 months.

The one star is for the field service of the Technical Service, because they are trying to do their best, and are clearly ashamed of the remedies they have to use. But with that the rest of the organization gets MUCH TOO MUCH honor.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of happy people on their site; they do not rent from them. If you don't necessarily have to work with them, DO NOT.

If you did go into the sea with them anyway; EMAIL EVERYTHING! Don't call, don't go, but make sure it's on paper. Otherwise they forget appointments.
