I don't normally give praise to dealership service...

I don't normally give praise to dealership service departments. Honestly, I prefer a couple local service stations that I have gone to for years unless I'm still under warranty. Well my car is still under warranty so I contacted Montrose and they really bailed me out. My check engine light came on and my engine started misfiring. What was worse was that I was supposed to be leaving in two days for a family vacation 450 miles away and we were taking that vehicle. I tried to schedule online but there were no appointments available before we were to leave do I contacted Montrose directly. I explained the situation I was in and they didn't hesitate a bit. They had me drop off the vehicle that night and squeezed it into their schedule the next day. They even had the repair parts overnighted so that the work would be done in time for me to go on vacation. I really appreciate what they did for me.
